Dakota frowned as he moved from the war zone to the tent in a mere matter of seconds. He hadn't even had a chance to battle the boss.

Rubbing his arm, he looked around to see if he saw anyone he knew.

Rep and Molly stood not far and he went over to them instead.

"Hey Sweet and Petite. Rep." He nodded grimly at the two, "Do you guys need any help?" He just wasn't sure what he could do now that he hadn't defended or battled.

Jude tilted his head toward Marcus and he nodded a bit once, "Eh, sure. Not like I'll be much more useful around here..." He said with a shrug. He was a bit more useful out in the field gathering info and doing all the things.

Patrol sounded like a delightful mixture of both of those things to Jude.

He stood up a little straighter, "Ready whenever you are," he said softly sparing only a momentary glance to just make sure most of the people were getting back.

Julie sounded ... well, saner than the last few times Jordan had seen her. He wasn't sure if this was a good thing or a bad thing. Overall, that was - she was definitely being helpful at the moment, anyway.

This was the infirmary tent; he should probably get out of here and not get in the way of the hunters tending to the injured. The liquids that the centipedes had sprayed seemed to have cancelled out. He was still damp, but the stuff didn't sting any more. Jordan glanced around the inside of the tent, checking who'd gotten hurt in that fight. Fewer people than he'd expected, given how nasty the bugs had looked.

His eyes fell on Rep, who was getting help from Molly; the scarring across the man's shoulder was worse than he'd expected, and he winced. He picked his way over to the cot. "Man, that does look bad. You gonna be okay? Hi, Molly," he added, with a nod and a smile.

Molly had gotten rather good at mummifying injuries it seemed. Just something she picked up over the years. She nodded her head a bit as Rep held still, taking the bandages and started to apply then, glancing up at Dakota as he approached. “Hey there.” She greeted with a smile, genuinely pleased to see him. “Um…I think I got it…” She hoped. She looked to Rep curiously, hoping she wasn’t missing anything…and then another Hunter poped up! Molly startled a bit, before smiling widely at Jordan.

"Hello! I think this is the first time I've met you in person, Jordan, sir! I'd introduce myself, but you already know. It's a pleasure."

She then took a moment to look around the room, seeing who else was filing in. Ah…there was Bix! Wait…he was laying on a cot…

“…Hey Bix!” Molly called out as softly as she could. “Are you alright?”

Harrison had learned his lesson about focusing on the guy you were guarding. That was the only reason he hadn't been slammed with an acid-covered axe.

While he saw it happening, he still hadn't been expecting it.

Dodging had put him back in the sand.

He hadn't even had time to respond before there was a whole knot of the giant things coming their way, and they were being herded back via barrier to a shielded collection of tents. Away from the bug vomit, at least. Why the ******** would he ever guard a guy so focused on Betraying. s**t happened, okay, but s**t on the mission was his neck. It wasn't even s**t! He wasn't even sure what had happened. Guard his boyfriend? What the ******** was a lesson he should have learned a long time ago, with Candace. It hadn't been the enemy teams that had got him.

That b*****d could die this mission for all he cared. He wasn't going to run him through himself, but he wasn't going to do the guy any favors. Seething, Harrison spared one glare at Rep and found a seat on the opposite side of the tent.

He nodded to Molly as he made sure the bandages were in place and gave Dakota a nod of greeting.

And then she was off to tend to Bix.

He froze as Jordan approached, once again fighting back that surge of raw emotion and sense of betrayal. Emotion was more terrifying than the fight they'd just come from and he couldn't even speak.

He wanted to run.

He settled for just looking away.

Was everyone safe? The first thing Eva did was do a quick sweep of the group present with her eyes, taking in all the faces. While she was doubtlessly happy to see that everyone was alive, she would be lying if she claimed that she hadn't been seeking out a few specific faces among all the trainees. Reine, Otto, Jude, Gale, Clerise, Davey, Marcus, Dakota--she took particular care in seeking out those who she knew best, and with each person who she saw safe, a weight was lifted from her heart.

Thank god, they were all still alive.

Miraculously unharmed from the battle, Eva didn't bother moving forward for medical attention, her focus shifting at the mention of "patrols". Perhaps she should go and give the patrols a go? Truth be told, despite her lack of sleep, resting was the last thing that she wanted to do right now. The very idea of simply sitting around actually made her feel restless.

As soon as Michael was sheppeded into the tent he grabbed the new bandages offered, picked himself a piece of wall, sat down and then stared using it to wipe the goop off him before using the remaning clean bandage to cover the slightly raw looking skin.

Nodding Marcus looked at the other trainees gathered. Jude and him were both Intermediates and- "Hey Deryk." He motioned to the other death trainee. He'd been promoted to by the look of his coat. Three intermediate trainees- that would be a good mix right? "Care to join me and Jude doing some patrol duty?"

And avoid seeing the injured who they couldn't really help? (Well, that he personally couldn't help).

"Er - yeah, nice to meet you in person," Jordan said to Molly, a little flustered. "You don't have to call me sir, really."

Rep was acting strange, looking pointedly away, his whole posture tight, withdrawn, angry, and he hadn't answered. He looked much the same as he had the first few times Jordan had talked to him, totally shut down, defenses pulled tight. "Hey, what's wrong?" Jordan tried, confused.

Rep gave Jordan a look, blue eyes cold and blazing. He wasn't about to ******** cry in the middle of an infirmary tent, not a ******** chance. He'd sooner remove his own eyes first.

What could he even say? If he said what he'd seen, it'd pull out all sorts of awful questions he didn't want to have to answer about why it bothered him.

He settled for vague.

"Everything."

By some miracle, Wilson felt fine. Once he de-summoned his weapon in favor of the reassuring feeling of goggles hanging around his neck, Wilson stared down at both of his hands, curling and uncurling his fingers. Eventually he realized he was standing in the middle of the tent and hastily scurried for one of the walls or corners to idle in while he gathered his bearings together. Glassy eyes watched the other trainees shuffle around, bandaging themselves or idly conversing with others. A hand reached up to press against where he thought his heart was. It was still beating, warm and softly. He was still alive. He blinked a couple times at this revelation, shaking himself out of whatever daze he had managed to throw himself into. This time, when Wilson looked around the text he could register the familiar faces. They were okay, mostly.

Pressing his lips together in a tight line, he wondered what to do next when he heard a voice nearby. When he turned his head, Wilson found Aleister. He smiled softly and walked over to the other death trainee. “Probably, but from what I can tell I don’t think it’ll hurt you now,” he answered, lifting an arm to vainly wipe away at the goop on Aleister’s coat. “Are you okay?” Out of the corner of his eye, Wilson noticed Sherry and directed his question to her as well. “Are both of you okay?” he repeated.

Dakota nodded as Molly said she got it before ruffling the redheads hair. "Recover soon Rep, I'd like to patrol with you soon." If he read the mood, he didn't show it before heading over to where Eva was.

"Eva..." He felt restless, awake and raring to go. He could tell his angel was as well. Even after he'd known her for the time he did. "Let's do some patrol, We're both intermediate so we should be alright." He blinked though as he saw Harrison seething farther off.

"Harrison...you up for patrolling with us?" Harrison looked like he wanted to rip a new one..."I could use another moon hunter with me..." Dakota again, was only inching on the surface of reading moods.

Or was it that he just want to patrol alone?

Gale sat on a cot near the back of the tent, leaning forward with his arms resting atop his knees and his hands linked together - the pair of which he seemed to be staring at, though Gale's thoughts were miles away. The smell of the sand still surrounded him on all sides, pressing in on him and making everything around him smell the same too - just like his memories, threatening to turn everything black and dismal and despondent.

It was almost suffocating. Gale closed his eyes briefly. He had not been hurt in all of the chaos - thankfully - but there were a few others who had not been quite so lucky. He let his gaze sweep quietly around the tent, taking in each face as he got to it, his mind automatically registering their name in his thoughts.

Marcus, Bix, Tedan, Candace, Molly, Aleister, Jordan...

Eva.

Gale closed his eyes again. He pushed his memories away, throwing up his mental defenses again to try and block out the thoughts that kept barraging him left and right.

Jinhai.

Something must have happened during the fight; that was the only explanation Jordan could think of. Rep had seemed fine right before the mission began, even relaxed. Maybe it was the centipedes? "Bugs getting to you?" he asked. "I don't like things with too many legs myself."
