WHY HAVE I NOT POSTED HERE YET?

My most favorite character is Lloyd. I loved his idealism, his proclamation that everyone should have the right to live. He was kind to everyone too...sad for the people he killed. ('Cept maybe Kvar, but that creep didn't deserve any kind of sympathy.) I mean, c'mon, didn't you hear what he said at the end of the battle with Mithos?
That just broke my heart.
He's also a superb fighter. The lack of spells means he can move quicker and the controls for his techniques are just really easy to grasp. I could really kick tail with him, it was great!
And because I'm so fond of him, I will always think he's good looking. whee
My 2nd favorite (I have 3, hope that's okay) is Colette. She has the sweetest nature, and she's so unbelievably kind and brave.
I couldn't sacrifice myself for my home and keep a smile on my face like she does. I just couldn't do it.
I don't care that she's sometimes a ditz, I think it's funny. Her innocence and naivete are part of her charm.
She's of good use as a fighter, and her signature spells are really something. Colette can hold out in a pinch and she's' great against the monsters of the Light Seal. wink Especially if you take the time to raise her properly (which I do).
My 3rd favorite (can't wait to hear the hate for putting him last) is Kratos. I loved how he went out of his way to protect Lloyd, even AFTER the betrayal. His love for his son was unconditional, that just...ARGH. It tugs on my heartstrings. I also loved how he hid his concern cause he never wanted Lloyd to find out..."it".
Yes it backfired, but it was still really sweet.
I favored him as a character because he's a great fighter, very versatile. I managed well without him, but fights were always easier when I had Kratos by my side. (And, let's face it, us fangirls can hardly get tired of him saying "I won't let you die!" when using Healing Wind on Lloyd. SQUEE!!)
And yes, he has some darned good looks. Oooh yes~ heart
