Log 6 Dear journal,
We're all still lost out here in the city. Ryan doesn't like the heat, Neil's a control freak, and I want to go home. But no one is listening to me... Nooo... No one EVER LISTENS TO ME! Heaven forbid if they were to try and lean in and actually ask for my opinion! Oooh, the horror! The unspeakable horror!
No food yet, because we don't have any money. I'm getting really sick of being out here. I'm thinking about leaving and heading back home myself. Would Ryan and Neil hate me for that...?

Log 7 Dear journal,
Managed to get some food this morning, thanks to someone we met in the park. Ryan was so sick that he couldn't speak! With no water, he just... Shrivels up! We really shouldn't have left, we could all die out here without someone to help us! I mean, yeah, that guy was nice enough to help us today, but what about tomorrow? We need to think about the future, here! We could be stuck out here forever and never be able to fend for ourselves!
Neil is starting to become more and more violent, espescially with me... ONE MORE FIGHT AND I'M GONE... GONE. JUST...
I'm gone.

Log 8 Dear journal,
Neil finally did it, he beat me up, and I mean it... He really beat me down. I was really hungry after we had been walking around for so long and I went to get another breakfast bar from the bags we had but Neil caught me. He said I'd had a enough for today and I was just being greedy. Of course, I snarled at him and said that I hadn't eaten anything this morning and I didn't feel good, to which he growled. He refused to give me any food from then forward until I tripped him and grabbed the bag before running away.
That was a huge mistake. He barreled after me, snatched the bag, and began to pulverize my face. I have bruises all over my face, neck, shoulders and arms, and I can barely see what I'm writing... He wouldn't stop, even when I stopped fighting back, until Ryan tugged him off of me and got a good punch of his own. Neil, of course, was horrified that he had punched Ryan and tried to apologize, before blaming the whole fight on me. Ryan's no idiot, though, and said he'd seen the whole thing. Neil had been irrational and was being a terrible person, I was innocent. But did that stop Neil from leaping on me again and beating me further? NO. NOT EVEN RYAN COULD STOP THAT.
About an hour later, when I felt less dizzy, I gave Ryan and big hug and ran away from the group. I heard him shout out to me, but I didn't look back. I couldn't stand being near Neil any longer, I had been beaten by one of my closest friends, and I'm not about to let it happen again. I think I ran for like... Three hours until I found the garden again. I cried and cried and cried, you don't know how happy I was to see my home! My mother, my safety, I'm home!
It's really late now and I'm curled up next to mom and my new little brother, Atsui. He's deaf, but I can speak to him telepathically. His mermaid tail is really neat, too. I think he's going to be a great little brother! I can't wait for Ryan and Neil to come home and meet him, too!

P.S. There's a rainbow haired lady and a blue sea-horse girl sleeping close by... Maybe mom woke up and made a friend while we were gone?

Log 9 Dear journal,
Well, we're going back to the city to look for Ryan and Neil. While I'm perfectly happy that we're going to find Ryan and bring him home, I'm absolutely terrified about trying to drag Neil home again. He became some sort of monster when he beat me up! I don't want to live with an angry monster like him! What if he tries to hurt mama? What if he doesn't like Atsui and tries to eat him?!
...Okay, maybe that's a little overboard, BUT IT COULD HAPPEN! He had this bloodlust in his eyes, like he actually wanted to kill me! All I wanted was a breakfast bar! Why was I being beaten for absolutely nothing?! YOU CAN SEARCH ME!
Eeeeeeh, anyway, there's a girl that mom met that has a dream, too. Her name is Hannah and I think she has a crush on me. >3>; I don't know how to deal with that. I mean, she's pretty and I like her hair and stuff, but...
...Maybe I like her, too?
