[Tyshina Enters]
As she entered the new area she slowly glanced around. This place was so different than the dorm rooms at school. Yet at the same time they were both alike, since to her all of these things seemed foreign and new. Be it a darker colored room in one place or a place with unique lightening. It all was the same to her, since neither of these places were home.
Home was the circus like environment she had grown up in. A place full of laughs and smiles and plenty of friendships. Plus there she never had to worry about sleeping alone she always had family close by, but here she had no one yet. Would she be able to sleep here? Especially when she came from a place where sleeping in a tent was a luxury for her. Would this really work for the best or worst she wondered, and it was then that she whispered happily but quietly to herself, "Enough. Only positive thoughts from this point on!"
On a plus side she hadn't had to start school yet since she had arrived so late in the day. So luckily she had no homework and she could use this trip as a vacation of sorts!
It was then she started looking for a place to sit down for a bit, with her bag tucked close to her side. It looked as though the more she looked around it appeared they all would be sharing one wonderfully smelling room. So she smiled brightly and walked to the nearest empty stone wall space and sat down with her back against it. It oddly more comfy then she had imagined and as she sat there she watched to see if her new acquaintance Sparrow would walk in or anyone else that looked friendly...
It was then she looked beside her and saw another person who looked alone like she was. He looked a little different from herself but he looked friendly all the same. He had some rat like features and looked very intelligent to her. Well its worth a shot she thought as she turned to them and said with her smile, "Hello there! I'm Tyshina. Sorry if I'm bothering you, I just figured it might be good to try and no someone here. Since I don't really know anyone in here right now...."

((entering)) Malodore's phone buzzed the instant it walked into the dormitory cavern, and it quickly tugged the device out of its sleeve. It plopped down on its bedroll and read the text, then hurriedly typed out another one in reply. Nio Love Mi dispiace, mia cara - there is just so much to do! I have learned much already. These Horsemen are fascinating creatures. Our instructor is astonishing. Have you ever seen the Heir of Famine expel any form of insect from her body?

Rafael looked up from his reading, startled. He blinked up at her, owlishly, from behind his glasses. "Oh. Oh! Hi!" A slight blush crept up his cheeks and he scrambled up to his feet, his long tail whipping behind him for balance. "I -- I didn't hear you come up. It's n-nice to m-meet you!" He stammered, extending his hand. "I'm R-Rafael. But people call me Rafe. If you want."He didn't recognize her from before, so she wasn't one of the ghouls that had approached him and Mortimer previously. "Are you a, um, student? At Amityville?"

Tyshina had noticed quickly that she had startled him and quickly spoke, "I'm so terribly sorry I didn't mean to frighten you." With that she ducked her head a little bit before she spoke again, "It is wonderful to meet you to though Rafe! You have such a very cool name, much cool than my own. Most people just call me Ty or bubbles." As she finished her words a giggle quickly followed from her mouth.
Maybe her judgement wasn't so off after all, since he seemed like one of the nicest people she had met thus far. "Oh um ..... yah I just started at Amityville a few days ago, I guess you could say I'm a new student. How about you, are you a student there as well or do you come from another part?" Her curiosity beamed out of her though she tried her best to hold it back, since in all honesty she didn't want to scare him away by asking to many questions.

The plague doctor's phone buzzed again, and it opened it up and read even as yet another text arrived. It laid down, wings spread behind it, and held the phone over its head as it tapped out another reply. This was quite comfortable, actually. Nio Love Battle scars? Do tell me of your exploits. I hunger for your words. Then, belatedly: Nio Love I believe you would find the home of Famine most soothing. It is underground and they have a very hive-like nature, without being illithid. Like home, without the familia?

Malodore tilted its head up and watched moths loop lazy flights through the lighted orbs until its phone buzzed again, stirring it to another reply: Nio Love That sounds splendid, provided the damage is superficial - but I suppose all can be mended, and in battle such things are to be expected. All I ask is that you return in one piece. Or no more than three easily reassembled ones.

[Entering]
Enzo had... mixed emotions about the decor of the place. The gloom was hip enough, he dug the lighting technique, making notes for some nice mood lighting back at Amityville, but the halls... This is what his critters felt like, he supposed, scurrying about their tunnels.
He was almost starting to miss his natural charisma with the little creatures, this place was certainly filled with enough vermin. It was probably for the best, he would have been quickly overwhelmed.
A pair of students were chatting nearby, another stooped over their phone texting avidly.
He sighed. It was... definitely not the party scene. Maybe he'd have to get some exploring done.

The plague doctor stretched, then sat up, smiling at the last text and typing out a quick reply: Then it tucked its phone away and headed for the exit, ready to resume its studies anew. ((Exit~))

He shook his head. "Me? No, I'm...um, visiting, I guess. I'm...home-schooled, actually. Kind of." He was seriously beginning to wonder if he was the only student in the entire program that was from the exchange program. It was so daunting, not knowing anyone and feeling so far behind in class! "Do...do you like it? At the school?" He tilted his head. She didn't need to worry about asking too many questions -- he tended to do exactly the same thing! "And, uh...are you hungry? Because I'm hungry, and I have no idea where we're supposed to get food, and I was thinking maybe we could go look for something? So we don't get lost?"

Taryn was groaning pitifully as Mort helped her into the dorm room. Oh, Jack... she certainly hoped that this poison got worse before it got better, or she was on her way out. How would she explain to the Clans doctor how she had managed to dissipate... or would she be back at Amityville?! This wasn't good. She closed her eyes hard against the spinning world and grunted.
To bed?

Tyshina nodded, "I see well Home-school sounds fun! I was like that for awhile when I traveled with my family." Inside her excitement was growing since it seemed like maybe she wouldn't be the outcast. She was actually talking to someone and they were talking back to her. In this tiny moment she could already see this adventure would be better than she ever imagined.
"Well so far I do, I just don't know anyone there yet," she said honestly before questioning him, "How do you like homeschooling?" Hopefully her questions wouldn't bother him, but her curiosity had been unleashed. Despite that she was really nervous it seemed liked the questions kept forming in her mind. Though at the mention of food she could feel her stomach growl. "Food sounds good. I haven't eaten since I left home a bit ago, and I like that idea. Though I don't either they never said where we could go for that .... and I'd hate to get lost and be all by myself..."

((aaaagh somehow I made a mobius strip out of time in this RP. Damn you, continuity! *tries to fix*))"Well...let's go explore, and see what we find. If we get lost, at least we'll get lost together? And then somebody's bound to come looking for us." He grinned, feeling fairly confident in his reasoning, and started for the door. They could talk about school at great length once they found some food -- and he was definitely looking forward to it! [exiting]

Ooooooh Jack help him, if Taryn got sick on this trip while on his watch, he'd be so frustrated with himself . . . With a grunt he lowered her onto the nearest bed, scratching his head as he lightly paced. Please don't let this be anything serious, please don't let this be anything serious. "Ah, er, n-need anything?" he asked, concerned even while sleepy. "Water? Er, could try find ice if feeling hot, but . . ." This place looked like the last area anyone would look for something cold.

Taryn shook her head, which only made the entire ordeal worse, and groaned to roll over. The ghoul removed her glasses, setting them aside, and looped an arm up over her forehead. It wasn't a fever, she didn't feel hot, and water might just make her puke.
"Uh-uh," the chimera said finally, licking her lips, "Don' think it's... neurotoxin. Should be okay."

"Mrrrr . . ." He ran a hand through his hair. "Sure? Will st-stay with, just n' case." Because he still felt a little responsible somehow, despite not being on the scene the moment the plants had struck her and Rafe - at the least the plague rat seemed to have done alright; then again, given the name alone he should've figured. Stifling a yawn, the zomboil eased himself onto the foot of the bed, trying his best not to look ready to just curl up on the sheets and go unconscious for an hour or two.
"Not, er, like 'spected. Isles, meaning. Very . . . themed." He didn't know how else to describe it, having seen the jungles of War, the array of colors from Conquest, the volcanic land of Death, and this sandy home of Famine.
