biggrin As for games, we still need a couple more mini-games for mask finding. I was thinking we could do one along the lines of each person taking a turn, and accuracy determining the winner.
We could also do something where everyone has to do something at the same time, like sing or something.
interesting, want to expand on those ideas?
Sure!
*pulls some random ideas out of her butt*
As the group approached the mask of fire, a fierce grunt made them come to a halt. Looking up, they saw a rather disgruntled looking stone gargoyle sitting on top of a pedestal. "Get off of my lawn!" he yelled at the guests. Puzzled by the gargoyle's strange request, though the floor of the garden labyrinth could technically be called a lawn, one young guest said, "Please let us past. We need to get the mask of fire so we can save this world!" The crotchety gargoyle hesitated a moment and grinned. "Sure," he said, "I'll let you past if you pass, but only one of you. You see that stone ball at my chains are attached to. Whoever can come closest to knocking that ball from its bindings may enter. After that, I have a little surprise for the person who enters," he said with a devious grin.
*Guests will take turns rolling a 20 sided dice, and whoever rolls closest to 20 enters. Then, whoever enters has to answer an easy "joke- riddle" by the gargoyle who is then thoroughly embarrassed. You then free him from his pedestal, and he can go play around with the nymphs.
The guests ventured out into the enchanted castle forest looking for the mask of earth. Thanks to the maps that Brom thought to bring, the guests had no trouble at all finding the location of the mask. It was fully visible from the flowery branches that held it in an ornate woven pattern high in the tree tops. "Wow..." one guest said, "Who is going to climb that thing?" After no one volunteered, an elegant wood nymph appeared from the tree. "Here for my mask?" she said with a sweet smile. "I'm always happy to oblige good people like yourselves; but, before you take it, could you do a favor for me? It has been so long since I have heard a chorus sing sweetly as one. It's one of the things I have missed most since becoming a guardian. If you would be so kind as to sing for me, I'll gladly give the mask to you."
*The guests all have to post themselves singing in the same minute for it to count or else it will be out of synch. All guests at that time will receive some random, inexpensive item.
So, how was that?
