"Μπορώ να καταφύγουν σε άλλα πράγματα, αν σας αρέσει ...." She gave him a sweet smile before frowning, "I could speak the language of the oceans if you wish but I don't know if you would understand...Sicut hoc?" She gave him another smile.
She frowned though as the reporters got worst and worst. It felt like the space was tightening in on them and the mermaid could only whisper to Thana now..."Δεν θέλω να είναι πια εδώ ..."
A reporter shoved his way finally in her face again, breaking the hold Thana had to answer a question Amphi didn't expect at all.
"Why didn't you participate in the Trials? Was it because you know something the other students don't know?" This guy looked seedy and he was staring at her as if she DID know something.
"I...I don't know anything that the other students wouldn't know." Which wasn't all a lie, most of the older students knew about the happenings of Amityville, Four horsemen and the hunters. "I didn't participate because I preferred to watch my friends-" She blinked as the guy repeated his question.
She didn't know anything! She looked to Thana for help.

"Εσείς και εγώ, Amphi," He listened to her answers before looking around, spotting an opening in the crowd that had surrounded them. Giving Biskoto a pet as sign for her to hang on, he then literally swept Amphi off her feet, lifting her up bridal-style. He grinned, ignoring the stunned looks of the reporters around them, "Είναι η ώρα για το μεσημεριανό γεύμα."
Thus, while carrying both familiar and mermaid, he pushed through the still-stunned crowd and made his way towards the 'food street'; hopefully they weren't too late for lunch.

"We should make a run-" She squeaked as she felt him sweep her up into his arms. She wrapped her arms around his neck in clear terror of just needing something to hold on. "Thana!" She held tight as he jogged away from the reporters.
Oh god oh god oh god.
Too many thoughts and not a lot of plausible thinking was going on in the mermaids head right now. Beyond the fact that Thanatos just swept her up like she was a FEATHER.
Be still Heart, be still.
It was thumping at a breaking neck speed.
Or was that her stomach growling.
or fluttering.
"Είστε η έξυπνη αλεπού μεταξύ των κυνηγόσκυλων ....." She whispered and prayed that he wouldn't hear or see the flush and thunderous heart beat. and then proceeded to burrow her face in the fur of his jacket.
This was some beginning to a lunch date...
