“You’re eating a rock?!” Lilly exclaimed, somewhat shocked that anyone would view a rock as a suitable source of nourishment. The unusualness of this act definitely managed to distract her from any other plans she had, at least for the moment.
Shaking her head slightly, Honey stated, “Well, he is a Larvitar. They eat rocks.” Of the two, Honey was definitely more knowledgeable about other species of Pokémon.
Leaning in towards Aggro, she asked, “What’s that even taste like? Do you eat normal food?” While that last question might have come off as rude, she certainly didn’t intend for it to be.
“Don’t be rude Lilly. His food is just as normal as ours.” She knew she hadn’t meant it that way, but still, Aggro didn’t know Lilly as well as she did. If she said something, then he would know she hadn’t meant to be, as well.
“I didn’t mean it like that. Food that most Pokémon eat! Like berries!”

The Tototar stopped, mid-bite and stared at Lilly, obviously he was eating a rock. An odd noise that sounded like a combination of a groan and a sigh emanated from him when she continued with the ridiculous questions. He was happy that Honey was there to explain everything to the other girl.
Getting back to the rock, he held it up and moved it around in his hands again. A few more nibbles here and there, and a rough shape was taking place. It looked like he was carving the rock with each bite he was taking. After several more bites, the rock was beginning to look like a simple flower.

Leaning in, Honey observed, “Wow, is that a flower you’re making?” It really looked like he was carving a flower into the rock with his bites. Interested in seeing how the carving would progress, she sat down in front of him and watched him work. “Wow, I wish I could make something. All I can make is honey.”
Smiling, Lilly gracefully sat down next to Honey and added, “And it’s the best honey ever! You should try it Aggro! If…you….umm… eat honey… I mean. It really is the best!”
Honey couldn’t help but blush slightly at the compliment. “I don’t know about that, but thank you….”
“Well,” Lilly giggled, “I know it’s true!” Lilly probably wouldn’t of noticed that it was taking the shape of a flower, if not for Honey’s comment, but now that she looked at it again, she couldn’t help but see it. “Wow, that really is starting to look like a flower. That’s amazing Aggro!”

Aggro's reddish-orange eyes looked up from his work in progress to the young Combee girl. He eyed her, his hard expression softening as he admired her ability and character silently. If she'd been looking, she could've seen a reassuring smirk that flashed on his face for the briefest moment. After that, he went back to his flower, now licking it with his sandpaper-like tongue.
It didn't take long before he smoothed it out to his liking and held it up. It was a simple daisy, with no stem. Flattening his palm he held the rock out to Honey and motioned for her to take it.

“That…that…that’s for me?” Honey asked. It was obvious, to even Lilly, that he wanted her to take it, but still, it had caught the little Combee completely by surprise and she was reduced to asking obvious questions. Carefully she took the rock from his hand and first held it up in front of her face, to closely examine it, and then pulled it tight against her chest with both hands. Smiling, she quietly said, “Thank you. It is beautiful.”
“Wow!” Lilly exclaimed, seeing the finished flower. “Can I see Honey?” In response to her question, Honey held up the flower. Lilly leaned in close, examining it, and then ran a finger along it. “Wow, it is even smooth!”

Aggro smiled sheepishly. He rarely gave any of his sculptures to anyone other than Zoey. She, of course, always praised Aggro's work, he figured she was just being nice. So, whenever anyone else said anything nice about his little trinkets, he was always surprised.
He pulled out another rock and looked at, rolling it over in his hands. He was trying to decide what to make this one, based on its natural shape and coloration.

At seeing Aggro pull out another rock and carefully examine it in his hands, both girls quieted down and began to watch. Both couldn’t help but wonder if he was about to start carving another rock, and, if he was, neither girl could wait to see what this one would be. They just sat across from him, side by side watching. Honey rolled the stone flower in her palms; Lilly’s hands, currently empty, were resting on her knees.

He blinked and swallowed hard, Aggro had never had an audience before when he was carving. Trying to ignore the sense of awkwardness, he took a deep breath and began taking careful nibbles from the stone. He worked quickly, and it wasn't long before a rough form of some type of bug began to form. The coloration in the rock made it look like a grayscale bee.

Honey was the first of the two to realize what he was carving. “Wow!” she quietly exclaimed, “It’s a bee! You are so good at that!” If she hadn’t been witnessing first hand, she would have a hard time believing that someone was even capable of doing that with their mouth.
Leaning in, after Honey’s comment, Lilly was able to see it forming as well. “That’s so cool!” she exclaimed, louder than Honey, but still far from full volume, “It even looks like it has stripes!”

A soft smile came across Aggro's face at Honey's compliment, which almost instantly faltered at Lilly's. She was so loud. He tried to smile genuinely again, but it looked like it was being forced.
A few minuted later and it was finished. He handed this one to Lilly. Even if he found her annoying, she seemed nice and didn't want to have her feel left out in anyway.

“For me?” Lilly exclaimed, as he handed her the rock. “Thank you!” She was rather shocked actually. For some reason, she had been getting the impression that the other Pokémon was finding her annoying. Since he went out if his way to make her something so pretty, this couldn’t be the case! Holding her bee towards Honey, she added, “Look! It is a bee and a flower like us, only in reverse! I have you and you have me!”
Smiling and carefully holding the flower, Honey replied, “Yep, just like us.” Turning back to Aggro, she added, “Thank you again.”
As Honey thanked the boy, Lilly waved her bee in the air, as if it was flying.

Aggro nodded as a "you're welcome" and then moved to get up. It was getting late and his parents would be getting done mining soon, so they could go home. He absently wondered if these two girls had places to go home to. They seemed like they did, they didn't look unkempt or anything. And they both seemed fairly healthy as well.
Once standing, he stretched and began to walk off after a short wave. He wasn't really great at goodbyes, especially if he didn't know the people very well. He hoped they wouldn't follow him or go back into the caves, though.

As Aggro started to walk off, Lilly got up to follow him. Honey, however, grabbed her friend by the hand and added, “I think he is going home, and we should to.”
“But it’s still early?”
“It won’t be when we get back!”
“Fine; I guess we can go home..”
“And anyways, you don’t want to risk losing your bee right?”
“Well, yeah, we should take them home so that they are safe…Then we can go out adventuring tomorrow!”
“We will see then, but now we should gt home. Calling out, loud enough for the boy to hear, Honey stated, “Goodbye! It was nice meeting you! Thanks again!”
“Yeah! Thanks for the bee! Goodbye!”
At that, the two girls started heading back home, periodically looking over their carved stones.
