"I can't help but be violent. You wouldn't want to be nicknamed after some disgusting piece of chocolate would you?" Bongani sounded downright petulant and the huff only added to the childish comment. He looked between Dev and the new rabbit girl, Mea, as if trying to get them to back him up. His eyes glinted almost earnestly before he rolled them at Fallow's...excitable behavior.
Bongani made sure to keep at arm's length of Fallow, not wanting to be leaned on again or almost nearly careened it. Though...Fallow had been equally warm just moments ago. However, Bongani would jump off the nearest cliff before he admitted that.
"Bon, Fallow. You may call me Bon," Bongani finally relented, thinking that he didn't want Fallow to hurt his brain or something. And no, Fallow was not being endearing, no way, Bongani firmly told himself as he rubbed the bridge of his nose in a long suffering manner. "At any rate, nice to meet you Mea," the witch doctor tacked on.

With a squeak she moved from his sudden jerk before settling to stare up into his eyes with wonder. "Rabbit." She repeated with a pause, thinking the word over before adding a shrug to it. "You don't know when either, huh?" She said with an irritated foot tap, though keeping a smile. "But if did have snacks then that means you would?" The rabbit said, tilting her head at him inquisitively before turning her eyes to the two near him.
"Nice to meet you too. Bon is it then?" She flashed her white smile at him while her ears continued to bounce given the event of meeting new people. "And Dev huh." She felt the grin extend. "I really like how you talk, it sounds neat!" It was an odd statement, but the Mouryou meant it and with sudden interest stared at her. "And so pretty!" She added with another bounce.
It was almost too much to take in to the point she had barely noticed her earlier complaint of food until it lurched again. Patting it gently she made a "shoosh" sound down towards it. Her eyes met Fallow's again and with vigor she nodded. "I want to be friends with you, you're like me but..." She stopped for a moment and glanced back.
"Cooler. But we can all be friends!" She stopped herself from shouting but felt herself move closer to them, gravitating towards them like she would to a warm meal.

((Entering)) Lucinda's mouth almost dropped open as she looked around inside the pavillion, she had never seen anything so beautiful before. She looked around to see if any of the ghouls or boils from the other school were here. After a moment she saw Xiu, she walked over to her quickly so she wouldn't lose sight of her. She poked her arm slightly once she was close enough. "Hi again, I'm glad to see someone I've met here. I was really nervous that I wouldn't know anyone." She fiddled with her hands in her pockets again after realizing she had kind of butt in on a conversation. "I ummm... sorry if I interrupted anything." She pulled her left hand out of her pocket and scratched her right arm lightly, a little embarrassed at the situation.

As Auri stepped through the door the sea air struck her face with a warm welcome. The island they had stepped on was beautiful.
It's almost as big as daddy's beach house!
She looked up to the palace. The architecture was gorgeous. This is he isle of conquest eh? Glad I'm staying here, she thought to herself.
She followed the guides finger to the other islands. Her eyes fixed on the island of famine. That was where she would be spending her second week. A sense of dread came over her.
Oh Jack... Why can't I just stay here another week...
She turned to JD. "These are some nice diggs. This isn't quite the stable I was expecting."

Mercy looked around the pavilion. Needless to say, she was feeling very overwhelmed. She had ye tto find someone to get friendly with, as earlier she was distracted by her now inanimate dolls, and now she was too busy taking everything in. She stayed away from the larger groups of people who seemed to be friends and chattering about how they were all excited to be in the same class. She was near the edge of the pavilion, looking at the lotus flowers. She was tempted to do some exploring, as this isle was very pretty.

[ENTERING]
As Zar arrived on the grandiose and intimidating island that housed the clan of Conquest it was with no small degree of excitement. The whole place was gorgeous and though it was warm it was pleasantly warm to the Incubus. Perhaps he'd need to find something else to wear while here than his suit, it didn't seem entirely appropriate attire. He had to admit, he was fairly glad he'd opted for this island out of the others, this one looked..important.
And easy to observe without having to tolerate the somewhat less tolerable looking conditions of the other islands.

Willow nodded her thanks to the guide, hoping it hadn't been one of those questions better left unasked. She just wanted to make sure she blended as much as possible. Aside from that she remembered her mother having spoke about ways to show respect.
Her ears flickered backwards when she heard what sounded like bickering from the guest students, and again when she heard someone else mention stables. Her eyes traveled back to take note of who had said that. There was a pause, a ghoul beside of JD. There was a sigh, the star; at least from what she'd seen had no respect for anything which made her slightly worried that he was here. Of course, his rabid fans would disagree with her.

((ENTERING)) Junko was in love. The Isle of Conquest was a place of magic. It was beautiful. It was perfection. She had seen the Isle of Death from the floating isle and it made he sorely regret not just choosing Conquest for two weeks. Oh well. She'd...she'd be okay. It'd be fine. Sigh. Now, there were few things that bothered Junko about herself. She had finally come to accept that The Mistress wasn't going to succumb completely to her will, but at least the two of them were working better together. Junko finally had completely control over her own hair when she wanted to have it, she'd finally learned how to move it on her own and not just when she felt strong emotion. This was good because since the trials had started her hair had grown long enough that in a completely relaxed state it dragged several feet behind her on the ground; it was somewhat of a hassle she had to grow accustomed to. She loved her hair. She was proud of it. It was her most prized possession. It sucked when natural abilities were on lockdown, however. The moment Junko had taken a step on the isle she had tripped and nearly fallen flat on her face with an undignified squeak of surprise, flailing her arms until she was able to fumble back into a more balanced position, her legs spread and arms held out at either side. Oh Jack! Someone walked by behind her and stepped on her hair, tipping her head back with a wince of pain. "What the Jack is this?!" The Mistress barked, attempting to tug at Junko's hair. It didn't budge. Groaning, Junko rubbed at the back of her head and then reached around to pick up and carry draped over one arm. Sigh. This was going to be such a bother. "I want to go back. Now." "Stop that. We have to be on our best behavior, and this always happens whenever we go someone as a field trip. You know that." It was just going to be a hassle. Her living hair was just so nice to have. Junko would never take it for granted again, she supposed.

With a familiar clicking of heeled shoes on pristine floor, JackB made his way in to the pavillion, to meet up with the classmates that were going to be with him for the first week of classes. Conquest had called out to him with ghostly tendrils, wooing him with hopes of glamour, and did it ever. With a journal in hand, his eyes soaked in all the luxuries that he was not accustomed to, hand scrawling across the paper, trying to capture what he saw for Tomo, who had decided against joining him in this event of a sort. He had only recently realized how dependent he had become with the Kitsune constantly helping him stick to schooling, and wondered how he would survive this week . . .
Making his way to the little conglomoration of students who had decided along with him to go to the conquest trials, he was almost there until a seemingly graceful lady made a bit of a graceless falter, sending her careening to the ground. Scrinching up his nose, he closed his journal, walking closer to her, making sure to step around her hair as he offered down a hand to her, hoping he can be of any assistance.
"The floor seems to be a little slippery." He tried to offer, awarding her with a soft smile as he adjusted the tote bag on his side, Drei having burrowed in to it, and the tail of the cat hanging out. "Did you need any assistance?" He asked, trying to make the fall a little easier on her.

Someone unfamiliar approached her and Junko turned to see who it was. Huh! She'd never seen this boil before! Was he a student in their own school? Or a guest? It was nice of him to try and blame the floor for her fall though. She giggled. "No, no. The floor is fine. My hair is just too long in its relaxed state." She would own up to her own stumbling. At least it didn't seem to go too noticed. One student was fine. Hopefully not everyone saw it, especially the clan member. "Ummm do you know how to braid about ten feet of hair?" She asked with a laugh, swinging her hair around a little as if to emphasize her point.

So pretty. Was Olivia's first thought as she quietly made her way through to the islands. Pavilions and lakes and smaller islands upon a larger island. Everything was so ornate and beautifully displayed before her that the wight wasn't sure where to keep her eyes focused.
Already, she had a small green notebook out, scribblings a few notes for future reference of what she was seeing. Conquest was not what she expected, none of this probably would be really, but she wanted to make sure to keep her experiences handy. (Oh, how she wished she could draw).
No dress code. She had vaguely heard that from the guide as she was coming through, but look presentable. Olivia wrote a few more things down, unconsciously moving her body towards the bulk of the group.

[Entering]Well I'll be gosh darned in'a ditch... Adjusting the strap of her tote bag, Levi watched the horseman that had greeted them, explaining the need-to-knows about this island of those like Invictus. So this is where he comes from. Being rather close to home herself in heart and mind, the tatzelwurm ghoul grinned and nodded to herself approvingly. Did all horsemen live in really fancy places? She could appreciate the greenery of the landscape a lot, unsure of how to word just how baffling the intricately decorated bridges and buildings were here. Everything, in it's own way, was perfect. Wow.Still scanning, Levi blinked as her eyes followed along a stream of black hair- to Junko. Jack almighty, ghoulie. Ta'be walkin' 'round like that ya'll must have some pretty strong muscles in that thar neck a'yers. Chuckling playfully, she turned to the boil there with Junko. Noting his ears, she took a moment to remind herself that not everything with fuzzy ears like hers were tatzel. Lookin' ta help 'a ghoul out, eh? Name's Levi- She held out a hand with a grin. ...er... whaddaya' thinkin', Junko? Think ya'll can walk round without gettin' caught in things? Levi would help if help was needed; perhaps the boil knew how to braid hair? She could show him how if he didn't- somehow Levi figured all this hair would be trouble in such a watery/grassy place.

"Well as long as you are fine, that would be best, hm?" He offered. Her ability to laugh off the fall was endeering to the boil, his tail skirting happily over the smooth floor as he watched her recover, glowing green eyes smiling. He had seen this ghoul around, just in passing has he went through the school, so it was nice to have met someone who was vaguely familiar - besides the winged boil across the room from the two of them.
It was not long after this moment that he was accosted with an accent that was a. very strong, and b. not what he was entirely used to. His eyebrows shooting up as he turned to the ghoul now introduced as Levi, feline white ears and a tail that rivaled his own in length offering a hand out to him. Clearing his throat, he swung his currently outstretched hand to award her offering in a firm handshake, his minor stunned face warming up in to a soft smile.
"A pleasure, Levi, uh, Junko, was it? Jack-B-Nimble is what I have been called since I was younger." He offered up to her, turning to the long haired ghoul and nodding to her also, "but most if not all people call me Jack, or JackB, something like that." He realized he was introducing himself often today. "My familiar is Drei, who's burrowed himself in my bag." He quipped finally, being awarded with an uncertain meow from the totebag, the tail flicking back and forth before slacking again.
"I actually do know how to braid hair." He then offered up, looking down at the lo-ong hair that the lass, who he assumed was "Junko" as Levi stated, "You learn a few things while travelling for a living - braided trinkets really do sell well if you have the right knack for them . . . I could do something quick for you if you'd like - it may help when it comes to travelling to whatever they're deciding to put us up with." He posed, looking to both ghouls, folding his hands over his chest.

JD smirked. "Yeah, you should meet the heir. Dude is posh. It's all very choice." And then he had to ruin their moment of camaraderie by adding, "Nothing less than perfect for daddy's little princess, right?"He scanned the other students who'd arrived so far. He recognized Zar of course, and gave his teammate a little casual wave. He didn't see Nuru yet, but surely the boil wouldn't be far behind? Herryk was nowhere to be seen- he guessed he'd been assigned to a different island. Welp, time to make new friends. He was pretty sure he recognized the tiger ghoul standing idly nearby from somewhere. Had she looked at him? Oh yeah, she was definitely checking him out. "Hey pumpkin, like what you see?" He issued her his cheekiest grin.

[[ ENTERING ]]
Admittedly, Amarus was more at home on the battlefield than anywhere else. Despite that, when she followed the other students signed up for this clan's week of classes, she felt that the settings mirrored her own internal calm. Which was a good thing, since her natural ability seemed to not affect anyone else; it sustained her, so she needed its essence to exist, but it seemed like she would have to rely on the location's natural tranquility to soothe others. Frustrating. Amarus did not like to deal with the emotions of others.
She was scanning those present, looking for any faces she knew. She did recognize Zar, but before she went over to say anything (she wasn't really sure if he would remember her in the first place), she was distracted by Junko and her slightly graceless spill. In the name of Jack, that was a lot of unbound hair. Amarus remembered how nice Junko had been to her at the Scarentine's fiasco, so Amarus walked up to the small group which had assembled. She was there in time to catch the end of JackB's introduction, but not who the ghoul with the heavy accent might be.
"If braiding becomes a problem you could bind and coil it?" Amarus suggested. Her hair was nowhere near as long as Junko's, but it was at least five feet, given it was as tall as Amarus was. Her lotus charm dangled off the edge of her bound hair, catching in the light. This place made her feel calmer than even usual, which was nice.
Her mirror-blank eyes scanned those around Junko. She suddenly remembered all the times she had gotten in trouble for having less than good manners, and she paused awkwardly before giving them all a half-bow. "I am Amarus, the Lotus Eater," she added, "Sorry to interrupt. I recognized Junko-- it's kind of hard not to-- and I seem to be seeking out familiar faces to make this new scene a little easier to take."
Not that it was hard on the eyes, or anything. But she could always use a friend in an unfamiliar isle. Especially if it had something to do with the four clans, whom she inherently distrusted.
