Jubilee smiled back and said, "Thank you, I'm glad you think so."
Then, she observed Yotta as he demonstrated a better stance and how to throw a stronger punch. "Ah, I see. If you do it like that, then it's easier to give it your all. You aren't just using your fist, you're using, like, your whole body."
"Oh, wow!" Her ears perked up and her eyes widened when she heard that you could accidentally break your thumb. That surprised her. "Thank goodness I got that right." She had just been punching that way, because it was most comfortable to her, not because she was afraid she might breaking something.
"First two knuckles. Got it." Then, she looked carefully at her own hands when he explained what to do and not do when throwing punches. After that, she copied what he had done with his hands with her own, so she could remember it better.
"Okay, I'll give it a go." This time, she tried to kick first. She was slower and more deliberate this time around. Her whole foot made contact this time. After she got back on her feet, she tried to punch the way he had shown her. Both attempts certainly looked better than her first time around. She felt giddy.

"That was a lot better! You're a quick learner!" Yotta beamed, nearly shouting in enjoyment. He tended to get a little too carried away sometimes.
"I bet cher not even a Fighting-type!" he commented. He'd always been picked on by a specific Fighting/Fire-type that also lived at the dojo for his "lack of type," as she so nicely put it. So, he went out of his way to prove to that Blaziken that anything could be accomplished if you put your mind to it. Jubilee here, was just one more bit of proof. "What do ya wanna try next?!"
