The words Emil had chosen to describe Luke were enough to force Guy to stifle back laughter, and he chuckled to himself. Well, those all certainly fit Luke - particularly the 'short' comment - but it wasn't enough to completely convince Guy. Emil could have been talking about a coat-wearing leprechaun, for all he knew. He had to be positive about it; there had to be no room for doubt.
"Okay, okay, I think I might know who you're talking about. Does he, say, have green eyes? And does he carry a sword with him?" That was specific enough, right? Surely no other red-headed, green-eyed shorty carried a sword around with them. "Oh, and does he have a weird-looking blue Flareon that follows him around?" ...He might as well be absolutely sure.

Emil blinked at Guy in confusion as he started listing off several questions about Luke's characteristics.
"Yes."
"Yes."
"... Yes."
Apparently they were talking about the same Luke here after all. "You know him too?" ... Well duh.

'Well duh,' indeed. As Emil confirmed every concrete detail Guy offered him, it was rather painfully obvious that they were both referring to Luke fon Fabre. Shaking his head in disbelief, Guy chuckled, feeling foolish for all of these assumptions about these 'different Lukes' when they both knew the exact same red-head. "Yeah, I guess we do both know him. How odd is that? Not particularly odd, he thought to himself, as it was a small world. It was still kind of weird, though.
Guy brought himself to his feet and looked down at Emil. "Well... I should probably head out and keep searching for him and hope he doesn't get into too much trouble. If he comes back here before I do, be sure to tell me, okay?" After leaving those hasty instructions, Guy left Emil and the hotel to continue the search for his missing friend.

"Okay," Emil said with a nod before watching as Guy got to his feet. His gaze then followed the other blonde as he left.
Still sitting there, hugging his knees, Emil pondered to himself quietly.
"Maybe I should have gone with him," he said to himself in a worrying tone, then sighed in exasperation. It was too late for that now.
"I guess I'll just wait." And so he did.
