"It does not matter. Not to me! Any body would do - were she even to return as an animal, I would keep her beside me for all my life." He had not truly stopped crying, but now the tears that well in his eyes and the song that rose in his voice was flooded with hope and joy. He stood from his chair, and seemed on the brink of saying more before an abrupt and jarring arrival.

Liliana appeared in his sanctuary, and with her in the dark was a soul whose primal fiber already twisted in the abyssal belly of his sibling. So lost in his thoughts of Azur's resurrection, Krayth said nothing. He sought to understand the meaning of this intrusion, and another stranger in his sacred place... but Beyruun did not honor the silence. Still coiled between the joined hands of Krayth and his consular, The Exodus lashed forward like a whip, invisible in the pitch black. It was not close enough to strike the Vampire, but fangs gnashed in the dark as it hissed, "I see you! I smell you! Come and avenge your Barons! Come to me now so I may feast!" The Anima's hands released Rivkah's swiftly, snapping his arm back to cause Beyruun's snake-like frame to whip backwards onto his withdrawn limb. Beyruun did not move towards the Vampire again -not yet- but a growl like crushing rocks and metal issue low through the tower.

Still, he did not speak. In fact, he was amazed. What words he thought to say were spoken by Rivkah... nearly a perfect reflection of his own thoughts. It was a shocking, wonderful, unusual thing... but that awe fell under the heel of Liliana's response to her.

In so much darkness, his face could not be seen... but his emotions could be felt by both Seers. Anger. Defiance. Disgust. The presence of the Vampire was all but lost on him. It was not what spark his rage."Fate? FATE? There is such a thing? You have seen it? Then damn your eyes, Seer! You offered so much wisdom, stood by as I swore war against Grix and any Creator who stands with him, stood by while I butchered the Generals and witnessed every memory and dream I have ever had... a lifetime without love or kindness until she came to me. Now I am to believe that her death, The Plague, The Barons and every year I suffered alone in darkness was the choice of Fate? Is this the truth? Is this the fate The Creators chose for me? Then I curse the ghost of Rykros! I SPIT ON FATE! When I die, I will not join her in the Dead Lands! I will not know her embrace in the afterlife!"

His voice hammered between the walls of the tower, feel with furious disbelief. The fact that Liliana would stand against this cut him deeper than he could fathom. It shook the foundations of his trust in her.

"I have to try... I -MUST- ... There is a way, there has to be. I will find it no matter how much I suffer! Nothing can compare to being without her. I will seek the aid of the Shamans, the druids, the necromancers... Every book and spell. I have but one life and when it ends I will be nothingness forever after, never to return. My soul will not go into The Void knowing that my only joy is gone forever without her farewell! I will not live the life fate has cursed me with anymore! I would sooner slit my own throat. I would sooner kill you!"

The Anima bit back a breath. He struggled to reign in his rage, but it was clear he'd meant every word. Beyruun's "eye" remained on the Vampire throughout, glaring through the blinding darkness and through his soul.

"...It could be our Legacy... Our greatest contribution to our world. Imagine the lives we could save beyond hers; the souls we could spare from death that was not deserved, but forced upon them by the feuds of the Creators. The consequence for failure... I will not think on it. It will be done perfectly. It will be written and kept for future generations... the people of our world who refuse to slave to the cruelty set on them by Fate. My people would stand beside me. If Fate chooses our paths, then it has made them suffer more than any one should bear. Even if not for me, the Shamans spoke truth. She carries the blood of Salathis. I will not allow Fate to raise my people up only to see them fall again. She is the last hope of the Tribes. I am not...I am Voidsworn... I serve The Black Shev'Axjrum until my final day. I damned my own people, sentenced Triwinds to eternal night; sacrificed all of their dead and even the living. What Lord stains his hands with his own people's blood...It's been only two days, and already I have undone their only year of prosperity. Without the sun, the harvest will fail. If people will starve... I am to blame. I was never their true Leader. They need their Lady now more than ever before... as do I."

The Anima stopped there. There was nothing else to say. He hung his humbled head, and weighed the consequences of his actions while he let the Seer speak.

Liliana shook her head, unsure how to explain this to the grief-stricken man. "Krayth. My friend. I am not trying to hurt you with what I say. Yes I have seen Fate in some form. It is one of the worst things about being what I am. And there are many, many things I wish I could take back from Fate and change. I even tried once." She shuddered in the shadows, pushing the memory down. "I still don't know all the ramifications from doing that. And my attempt didn't even work. If yours does, there's so much that could happen from if. What if the things she did to help your people become undone? The Barons would be alive again to reign terror everywhere. The sands wouldn't be free anymore. Your..." Liliana stopped. She still wasn't too sure about that last one and now would be a horrible time to bring it up. "Of what I can see and what I know, Fate chose someone to be the salvation to the tribes. But it was never to be Azur." She knew he was holding back an attack on her, thinking her to not be his friend by bringing up these painful truths. And if he felt the need to attack her, she would let him. She didn't come here to fight him but to warn him. "If you want a chance to face Fate, you'll need to go to the Silken Shore in 10 hours."

He held his tongue and listened through her words to their very end. When he spoke his words were ember.

"I have said I will not fail, and I will not fail. It will be perfect. It can be nothing less..."

The Void Lord watched Liliana. He was breathing more heavily from his tirade, and his eyes were narrowed in suspicion. She had seen Fate all her life? How had he not known of it? How oblivious was he to the powers that be? What hadn't she told him? None but the last question lingered in his mind.

He was tired, angry and anguished, but he was still keen. A life of deception, trials and executions had taught him how to read a creature; to gauge their guilt and pierce through their lies. The Seer was not lying now, but she held something back. Some part of the truth; why wouldn't she share it? She had said "your..." there was no doubt it was meant for him specifically.

"What are you keeping from me, Liliana? Tell me now."

He could see Rivkah nearby, but she was silent. He struggled to understand the girl; she spoke as he might. Liliana spoke of Echoes, and the word was ominous to him. Just moments before Rivkah's voice had echoed his before he could even speak them. Beyruun's grinding growl rose into a snarl, as it railed against its brother's refusal to let it free. "Let me eat The Vampire!" It hissed, and Krayth touched one hand's fingers to the Exodus' core. The weapon fell silent.

"Who is he?"

The Anima's voice was as hard as steel. So were his eyes.

"I don't mention seeing Fate because it brings nothing but horror in my wake," Liliana said, talking to his thoughts first. "Not many can see the paths it lays out for them until they're well along them. There is a reason I call you Void Lord and not a voidsworn like others who have given their dark oath." She stopped for a moment before addressing his actual question. "There is still an unknown in play, Krayth. I can't rightfully mention it until I can fully see it. Because if I do and I am wrong, it will only cause more pain. And this pain I can spare you of." Liliana gestured towards Dominic. "This is Dominic, someone who chose your lands to call home. He didn't know about the land's history and is only looking for a home."

Dominic stays quiet most of the time as they speak, he saw it interesting how they spoke to one another. Krayth seemed to have lost someone he loved and wanted her back.... he understood his pain...Dominic knew he had no way to bring her back now so he looked for revenge... Moving a few inches up he swings his arm across his chest and bows." Ciao il mio signore(Hello my Lord)," Slowly raising himselr up to face the man now."I am Dominic Czar ..... Its a pleasure to meet you...." he said softly. Truly he wasn't trying to butter up the man but just being respectful trying to get the man not kill him off the bat like all the rest here...This man before him was anima because of the talking blade that wished to eat him, wonderful, and from liliana's swords he was one of those Dark Avengers. Dominic kept his composer as he thinks of this man, Dom could not fight back against this man... he would kill him before he moved...

"I fight a Voidsworn tomorrow, Liliana. I have been faithful in my service, but I have no doubts he has as well. Do not keep secrets from me now - it is all the time I may have." For a moment, he wondered at what would happen if he did not face Vincent at all... if his Oath was broken, his life would be over. His soul would be taken, and all of the hope he had to return Azur to him would be dust in the wind. How could he prepare for this? His people could be deprived of their Lord as quickly as their Lady, leaving none left to lead them... and still with enemies. The Anima's hands tightened into fists. "Is this my Fate, Liliana? Am I to be taken tomorrow? Tell me truly, and hide nothing from me. I will not go without your trust.... and as for you, Dominic."

The Lord of the Desert stepped towards the Vampire. Beyruun slithered down into its brother's hand. The shape it took was unseen in the dark, but the Exodus' purpose were always clear.

"I tell you this now, and only once. You would be wiser to leave and seek another home. If you are bold enough to live among the tribes and follow their tenants, in time they may come to accept you... or they may hate you for as long as you remain among them. Their acceptance will not come from your words; do not try to convince them. Show them. Proof of deeds and action will be the only way to earn their trust, and even that may not be enough... you stand here despite a century-long legacy of death and suffering afflicted by your kind. I do not blame them. Their reasons are justified." Beyruun did not speak, but the air around it vibrated from the bass of its hungry growl. "Make no mistakes. If you cross the tribes, you cross me... and should I live through tomorrow and find you a traitor, no ally or army will save you from me. Do you understand?"

It was not an idle threat; the Anima did not have time for diplomacy or tact. He looked back to Liliana, and there could be no doubt of the thoughts in his mind.

Liliana didn't wish to speak these words at all. But she owed him her assumptions in the matter. She spoke directly to his mind. By death and blood, a child was born in Triwinds to a perished mother and missing father. It rests in a secret haven beneath my trees, growing despite being taken from the dead. I... I have reason to believe the child is of Azur's blood. And yours as well. Her heart ached to have to say it but it was what she thought. The child's lifethread was still being crafted so she couldn't see much about it and had to make assumptions. "Our fates are too tightly twined, Krayth. And I am not allowed to see my own fate."

Dominic stepped foreword from behind Liliana and looked at the man before him. He understood from what the man was speaking from, though what he was hearing it seems that words weren't going to work at all. "My Lord, what would I gain from such thing? You think I enjoy being what I am?" His voice was starting to come up to its normal tone. "My whole family was killed by a.."Baron".." his voices hissed as he said that name."I lost some one close to me because of that b*****d... You say that your people have fear and hate towards this curse? Well my Lord I do as well..." He takes a deep breath as he feels he would soon push his limits of speaking, talking the time needed to calm he spoke once more."Truly your people and I have a common hate, but If given the chance I wish to prove I am not them... I am not some sick beast that goes around killing and torturing innocence..." glancing towards liliana he smiles slightly."The gods smile on me for what happened with the women that had saved me. Maybe that is a sign that can start showing that I do have a life to use my lord." Dominic slowly finished, he was right about the words but he had wished to speak them to get all out and done with. If his new lord asked for action than so be it.... He would prove though his actions

What words the Desert Lord might have offered Dominic choked in his clenched throat. What wisdom, or direction he might have offered was lost before it could be found. Krayth stared at Liliana. He could not manage anything else. His brain was a firestorm of impossibilities, truths, lies, the reality and falsity of everything that had come to pass. Hope and failure were no longer on his mind. He could not think clearly. To Liliana, it was as though his brain was plagued by a thousand broken thoughts at once. They ricocheted through his skull and into one another, shattering into fragments of incoherent feeling.

[1]He couldn't take it. That was all he knew. He couldn't take the noise in his head. He could not endure another second of it. He needed The Dark. He needed the The Void; here and now. He wanted only to be surrounded by it. He needed the perpetual shade of the tower and cave to come alive; to swallow him in its sea of unbeing; to be lost in its sound and fury, signifying nothing.

[2] He felt it inside of him; gates being thrown wide to that vault of knowledge within him - of the skills he knew yet not at all. The Black Shev'Axjrum could hear his petrified silence. It would not let its beloved child becomes his own enemy. He sought release. Release he was given.

[3]It flooded through him; tidal waves of black sweeping into his skull - incomprehensible perceptions that were not thought nor word nor anything at all but what it was meant to be. The Call. The Answer. The solution to his suffering. The banishment of these people around him... mortals; flesh that could never understand him as his Master did. It was not that they were unwelcome. The Void Lord could not be in their company. He could not be with anyone but himself and the dark...

It was rising to his mouth. It would be spoken. When it was, the Black Speech would free them all. The Son of Valdiir managed two words before that insidious power possessed him.

"LEAVE... NOW"

[4]The Anima's neck contracted; drawing his head towards his chest as his shoulders tightened inwards. Beyruun screamed in fear, not knowing what took hold of its brother nor how to set him free. He was free; this was by choice. Whatever was growing inside of him would be unleashed, and only The Void knew what was coming.

Liliana knew something was coming. While she wished to face down this impending storm, solitude might be better in this regard. "Come on Domi-" She was cut off by his decree, ordering all to leave his presence. Ushering Dominic from Krayth and the chamber, she stopped with him close to the entrance of the tower far down the hall. "Dominic, remain close to this place until he has spent his emotions here. He will be able to better direct you within his nation. Should you need help, I will be able to find you." She smiled. "And make sure you drink that blood. It's probably cold by now but still potent." Departing from Dominic, Liliana made her way for the Sky Basin. If she had been timing things right, Kinetav should be back by now. Unless he was too tied up with something in The Citadel.

[5]He could not tell if they had left. It had taken his eyes to a different place; a place that was in this very room and air, so close yet separated by infinity. He looked into The Darkness, and knew it to be Home. The comfort he longed for; the escape.

[6]His Master was there, somewhere in the absence of all things. It watched him, and he could feel the tower's darkness do the same. It was not the same as when other mortals looked at him. He did not feel uncomfortable. He did not know doubt or worry. He was its servant, but it loved him for that.

[7]His entire body shook as breath erupted into his vacant lungs. His head was clutched between his hands but not from pain. He didn't want the tower's silence. He wanted The Void to take that away; to wash away any opportunity to think, plan or rationalize. It waited and watched as his flesh grew so tense that a cut would send it flipping from his bones.

[8]He knew the words. They had always been within him; The Black Shev'Axjrum's gift opened with the parting of his lips,

"ব্ল্যাক বিয়ন্ড অনধিকৃত"

[9]It stirred around him; he could not see but he could feel. The pitch black around him rippled around him. He could hear sounds; eagerness, begging, hope, hunger to be free like him, to be unchained from the world and the rules made for it. His heart was racing as fast as Beyruun's thoughts Stop stop stop stop stop stop stop stop stop stop stop stop stop stop stop stop

[10]Why was his sibling afraid? There was nothing to fear. They were a family. Krayth, Beyruun, The Void and... the child. The Anima's voice screamed aloud with words that quaked the cavern. They echoed through the tower, shaking dust from the walls. They echoed through the cave, through the tunnel...

অন্ধকার হল ঢিলা! আমি বিশ্বের থেকে এটি শৃঙ্খলমুক্ত করা!

[11]The darkness was freed. With the triumphant howls of a legion unshackled, the pitch black came to life. Amidst it own cries of joy as it swarmed around its liberator, The Anima's screams still cut through the sound.

আপনার ভয়েস সঙ্গে আমাকে পুরস্কৃত! আমাকে আপনার গান মজান!

[12]The tower ceased to be. The floor vanished beneath him. In the dim illumination of the cave moss outside the tower, all the could be seen was a monster; a shapeless thing darker than black's deepest lightless hues. The fungi's glow was extinguished by it; consumed by the shadow of The Void as the cavern was devoured by the maelstrom.

[12]At its heart, within the tower invisible tower, Krayth got his wish. His blackest world was the window. Though his feet could feel the floor it was not there to him. He stared into The Void. He bore witness to his Master. Its voice tore through his ears, his mind; his body. It raped the air of all sound that was not Its, the Black Whisper as a roar. The Black Shev'Axjrum's voice obliterated his fear and uncertainty.

আমি আপনার কল, সন্তান শুনতে. আমি এখানে

He lost himself to Its presence as the whole of Andalusia echoed with its roar.

((Important notes for All:
Once you have entered this thread, it will be very difficult to effectively communicate by speech. Shouting will be required. Once you have entered the maelstrom itself, it will be impossible to speak to one another and soul mark, soul sense, Seer's Sight or glimpse into darkness et al will become useless.and Simple recap:
Kinetav = Blind, Mute ((Except when speaking the Black Speech)) and slowed (stat penalties) inside the Maelstrom
Krona = Blind, Mute, Deaf and slowed within the Maelstrom
Adellos: Blind, Deaf, Mute and disoriented (speed penalties) and fear counters past the second post inside
Dominic: Same as above
Liliana: Blind, Deaf, Physically Mute (Telepathy possible but it will be difficult to locate the others), disoriented (even without eyes, the total absence of visible energy signatures and the level of volume inside the Maelstrom will make it disorienting) and fear counters past the second post inside
Krayth - Blind and willfully Deaf.))

”From the Shadow, we crawled out….”

*Kinetav had slowly walked forward with Krona towards the tunnel he had seen, the screams and sounds of the shadows getting louder and louder, the Black Tongue echoing around him and confirming more and more that it was his Master, the Black Shev'Axjrum, that issued such a call as far as the Anima knew. Already it was tough to hear anything amongst the roaring of the shadows and the Black Tongue as Kinetav entered the tunnel, and stopped dead in his tracks at the first step...

The shadow was unlike anything he had ever felt, far different from the ritual that made him a Voidsworn or any shadow he had ever stepped into; he felt numb, cold, and overall slower as he entered into the maelstrom, unknown to him. He lost thought of anything else but to try to analyze the shadow in front of him as he turned incorporeal, Krona's grasp on his arm slipping through his shadowy frame as Kinetav's eyes widened in shock...

He still couldn't see a thing. But why? How? The ability was supposed to give him a glimpse into the Void, and he was standing the middle of his Master's work...The Anima's teeth grinded together as he cursed his luck, which was also lost to the Void's space as the entire place around him seemed to be falling into chaos. But his mind was set on answering the call, as a familiar presence of a Voidsworn was detectable at possibly the center of all of this...and to the Anima's knowledge, only one Voidsworn could have been powerful enough to issue a call to the Void himself...

Krayth. It had to be him, the Anima thought as his body turned corporeal once more and he went to searching for Krona, most likely on the floor somewhere invisible to him; his hand found her arm this time, and he wasn't about to lose the grasp again. He knew that she'd probably hiss at him again, possibly try to break away, maybe even fling venom at him afterward... but that was the future, not the present with the Void surrounding them.

Directing Edge towards her arm he grasped, a twin of his Exodus formed silently in the dark, Edge going back down to a dagger form only one foot long to not accidentally wound Krona as she was sure to feel a hilt's pressure on her arm... along with chains which tried to form around his wrist and in the process wrapped around Krona's arm as well and tightly bound the two together.

Finding her other arm, he helped her back to her feet and led her further into the maelstrom, shouting as loud as he could above the shadows in the Black Tongue as he walked towards the Voidsworn he felt with the flat of Edge's real blade placed at arm's length in front of him to hopefully detect any walls before he ran into them:*

ভাই, যেখানে আপনি? আমি না দেখতে পারেন, আমি না শুনতে পারেন, এমনকি আমি সঠিক মনে করতে পারবেন না ... আমি আপনার কলের উত্তর!
