"If you wind up shitfaced then you're doing it wrong." She smirked at him.

"So much for that. They'll never bring us anything alcoholic with a damn drunk in our midst." She gave Rep a playful scowl of disapproval. Apparently it was all his fault there wasn't any alcohol even in the mouthwash.

Must you really wind him up?

Yes, yes I do.
PostPosted: Thu Feb 16, 2012 8:54 pm

Rep raised a brow at her. "No. Actually it means I'm doing it right. The point in going out to get pished is indeed to get pished. The company is better, the women look tolerable, you can end up in hilarious fights with people you don't remember, the photos on phones the next day are funnier. The world looks better from the arse end of a binge drink with mates." he sort of missed his friends. If he could even have really called them that. The parties had been fewer and further between in recent years, drugs had crept into his social circle and a few of them had been landed with kids, others with prison. His social circle had shrunk and threatened to drag him down with it. He still missed the past though.

"It was easier to not hate the s**t out of everything when drunk." he'd been known for his tendency to freak out at bizzare things when drunk, something that seemed to have been part of what even led him here. "Hence why I'm craving the hell out of one. Cause there's a LOT of s**t here to hate so far, probably why they don't allow it, winding us up even further, like fighting dogs."

"That's pretty bad when you can't tolerate anything with your wits about you." She was being fully open and honest when saying so. Closing the book and setting it aside.

"I thought this was a new start. A different life. Must you carry your baggage with you so feverishly as to make it so your life here is more miserable than it needs to be?" She gave him a lazy looking over.

Seriously though, he was making an okay situation impossible to live with. Not just for those around him - but himself as well. He's done nothing but burn his bridges since he woke up and he showed no signs of regret about this fact. The loneliness seemed clear, but was it really something he could complain about when it was his own damn fault?
PostPosted: Thu Feb 16, 2012 9:12 pm

He snorted. "I don't have any baggage. I knew I was giving up drinking if I had to to come here, alright, that wasn't a problem. I wasn't going to end up a /drunk/." He didn't quite catch on she maybe had meant his predjudice baggage rather than just the drinking thing. "My life here's only miserable because I'm surrounded by militant gays.." He shook his head, before continuing on in his complaint. "and weirdo creepy fighter women. Who aren't even women at all."

"As for the drink thing, there's nothing bad about it, drink makes the world a whole ******** lot easier, drains out a lot of the hate. Replaces it with warm fuzzies and then eventually with the ******** amazing invincible rage of the properly drunk guy."

"I meant your baggage about how you feel towards people." She wasn't going to let him squeak by not knowing what she meant.

"If you hate the people who are keeping you alive. They will hate you back. You'll never succeed here by talking about 'back home' and comparing it to this place as much as you've been doing." She furrowed her brows. Her expression dead serious.

"This place isn't going to change just because you don't like it." She quipped before her brows and expression quickly relaxed.

"Would it really kill you to just make one friend while you're ******** sober?" Her voice weak and almost giving up on him as she settled back down a lot more comfortably.

There's a good human. Thank you for being nice and not killing him.

Whatever.

"Its not my fault they insist on being ******** intolerable. I'm used to women being complete sluts, that I can deal with, its when they talk down to me that I get the feeling they could use a ******** black eye or two to remind them of their place." Though he was still sporting the black eye of his own. "If people want my respect here they have to ******** earn it." Jerry had at least, Rep now had the man filed away as "good guy" rather than all the derogatory names he'd called him before. Even Candace ranked higher than she had.

He didn't even know what that word MEANT.

"And oh I don't know, things change, all it takes is someone to point it out. I get the feeling this place hasn't realised how ******** gay its become. Maybe I'll kick the guys into being normal again." He could certainly dream.

He gave her a critical look and a nasty little smirk. "I don't make friends with women. I ******** women, and then I get the ******** AWAY from women before they can get their claws into me. Or rob me blind."

"Eh, you're thinking of whores. Those aren't real women. Real women would give you a black eye like the one you're sporting." She smirked idly.

"Real women wont hesitate to remind a red-headed step-child that their honour is worth defending." She placed the mug beside her hip and then slid her arms behind her head.
PostPosted: Fri Feb 17, 2012 7:41 am

Rep curled his lip in distate at Rin.

He told the angel to shut the hell up again.

"All women are whores. They just have a more variable price. Whores don't /lie/. They just want money, they aren't about to ******** want you to.. I don't know, give up drinking, buy them ******** teddies and stuff. Cash, for sex, a simple exchange." It was rather sad that the only women he felt he understood were those sort of women.

He frowned irritably and looked for something to throw at her, settling on lobbing the empty plastic cup he'd had his water in at her, she'd hit a raw nerve with the red-headed step child comment, wether she realised or not.

"Women don't have ******** honour. That's a MAN trait."

Rin barely flinched as the plastic cup pinged off the side of her chest. Abruptly sitting up and flicking her heavy ceramic mug in his direction in one quick fluid motion. It seemed she was going to need to teach him a lesson too.

Rin, don't!

Byr was far too late. The item was flying and the s**t has officially hit the fan in her mind. She was up and ready to teach him a thing or two depending on what happened next.

Rep was /definately/ not expecting her to throw the actual mug at him, and it clonked him rather hard on the head, only the fear shield from Tracey providing enough of a softening to it to prevent it adding ANOTHER bruise to his already growing collection. He gave her a somewhat dazed and startled look for just a moment as he registered yes, a woman had just thrown a ******** MUG at him.

He could have seriously thrown a tantrum right then and there. Why did people have to be so damn argumentative here, any normal person would just tolerate him lobbing cups at them. He was exhausted and here he was again, dragged into defending his honour while every single muscle told him he was in no state for a fight.

He got to his feet and in a flash, had Tracey in his hands, glowering coldly at her. He didn't attack but everything in his posture was about ******** low blow, throwing ******** mugs at an injured guy. I'm just out of the ******** INFIRMARY. You could have KILLED ME."

Tracey croooned, nevertheless sounding somewhat pleased, the fallen angel couldn't help but enjoy a good fight, and Rep was an endless source of them.

Rin smirked. She was hoping he would do that and in a flash Byr too joined them. Her fingers wrapped tightly about his hilt as she gave him a testing swing.

"An injured guy who asked for it." She giddily added to his rant. Honestly, she was dying for a fight ever since she woke up. She was not the sort to start them though. Especially not with members of her own team. But, if he insiiiisteeeed~

Byr though in the back of her mind seemed idly disappointed. He was less keen to fight but wasn't about to even try to pretend he could stop her as she postured right back at Rep. Smirk slapped across her face.
PostPosted: Fri Feb 17, 2012 8:16 am

Rep narrowed his eyes at her in dislike, why couldn't she just have dropped it? He wasn't about to up the ante any further than he had to, he was well aware he was in no real state to fight right now. Even standing up had made the room reel around him, and also reminded him of rather more /intense/ aches he'd been trying to forget about with his chocolate snack.

He didn't like having his bluff called but a fight right now would just end up with even more misery for him, he knew it. With a huffy wave of his hand the axe was gone again, back to his earrings and with a snort he flopped back down to sit on the chair.

"Just ******** off alright. I can't even be ******** bothered entertaining more women. I don't have to prove /s**t/ to you. You are just a ******** woman."

Rin just as quickly dismissed Byr. But instead of completely standing down she moved over and sat next to him. Ignoring the fact he likely did not want her there. It was her way of not standing down completely.

Thank Jack.

Byr was relieved at least that there wasn't going to be a physical altercation.

"So." She harped up.

"What was that you were eating earlier?" She chose to change the subject in order to knock him off guard.
PostPosted: Fri Feb 17, 2012 8:39 am

He was NOT expecting her to just barge her way over into his personal space on his chair, giving her a very distinct "do you mind?" sidelong look which presumably went completely unheeded. He wasn't sure what else to do on that front, he could start another fuss about her invading his seat but that'd just lead right back to a standoff. So he for the time being, tried to ignore it, even though having her nearby really put him on the defensive. It was so much harder to ignore a woman when she was right next to you and for all the wrong reasons, as long as she didn't lean near him he'd be fine.

"Eh..." he really was thrown by the question. How could you be a d**k while talking about a bar of chocolate. "A mint aero." he stated with a shrug. "What does it matter to you?"

"Mint aero?" She parroted his answer in the form of a question before adding.

"What is that?" Her brows raised with idle amusement. He was so uncomfortable it was tangible. She could almost taste how awkward he felt.
