Marcus hadn't knocked out Saya completely but the borderline was off by a very thin margin. A faint, hard-to-detect mist almost seemed to evaporate in front of her .. her fear shield had depleted all the way, leaving the moon hunter defenseless. She heard Prompto call out urgently but in the rush of events, she wasn't sure what. All she saw was Marcus's weapon flying towards her, her fear shield holding for approximately two seconds .. and then a streaking pain ran through her.
Even though her weapon had been crossed in a horizontal pose to defend, it grated against Prompto's metal material, knocking the weapon out of her hands. Unfortunately, the weapon was quite heavy and with the added momentum, knocked Saya back against the ground. Although she registered a dim brief conscious awareness of everything around her and the events, she was lost soon after her fall to the ground. Prompto reverted back to his bracelet form, regretting he hadn't reverted sooner to prevent the second impact.
it was going to be a nasty bruise.

And there he went again. Cutting up trainees like they were butter. Dis groaned and told him this was why he needed bandages. And that he was a moron with a killing fellow trainee fetish. Never intentional, always accidental. Going over to her, Marcus desummoned his weapon, wincing at the fact that Dis was not going to shut up. Oh, and Saya was close to knocked out. She wasn't bleeding thankfully.
"Here, I'll help you to the labs. Not the first time I've done this on accident." Probably not the last either.
