Calder was giddy as he trotted over and pulled back the curtains, looking at a bulging closet of coats, dresses, skirts, dress shirts, sweaters, scarves, stockings, every accessory imaginable, and piles upon piles of shoes having an orgy on the ground. Eyes wide, he gripped the curtains tighter and went a little weak in the legs. "You have.....so much." Flushing and feeling a little warmer, Calder turned to her with shock and awe, before he turned back and dived in. There was plenty there he wished he could wear, and others he wished were made for his form. Ever since the gender switching, he realized ghouls have to have space in their clothes for their chest, and now gratefully flat again, he knew that some of the clothes wouldn't fit right. However, a lot of the fabrics looked streachy and skin tight.
The sound of hangers scraping along the pole was heard as Calder submerged himself, his hind quarters sticking out as the other half was lost in fabrics, and he started to pull a few things off the rack. After much ooh-ing and ahh-ing, Calder started to hand the demon some clothes. First, he handed her a Raven capelet, before handing her a very simple dress. "This and this is cute. Oh, and these black stockings, and then these shoes." He beamed at the shoes. "You are so lucky to wear shoes. You have so many and they are very pretty." Too bad they didn't make them for hooves.

Michi waited as Calder went through things. She really did have too much. The red skinned ghoul sighed to herself, knowing that half of the things in there were from her mother, and the other half of things were her own purchases. She should just get rid of everything her mother bought. Leave them places, give them to others, or who knew what. Burning them would be pleasant, but she was sure she'd get in trouble for it somehow.
She took the clothing without a thought, and quickly stripped to put it on. She wasn't a shy ghoul in the least, and didn't even bat an eyelash at the thought. Soon enough the caplet was on over the dress and her feet were slipping into the shoes. Where had this all come from again? She knew that she had chosen the shoes and the caplet easily. They screamed her style from a mile away. However, the dress was just something her mother would choose.
Maybe she wouldn't give away everything her mother had picked out. Maybe she should go through everything first, just in case her mother had actually had some good sense about some of her picks. Michi would just have to find the time to do so.
"Well, some of these shoes hurt a lot. Things with heels make you feel rather... uncomfortable and ungainly. If you wear them too long, your feet and back start to hurt a ton. I'd rather wear flat shoes all day long!"
Thus her simple choice of slip on flats. She stood perfectly for the moment, several inches taller than she originally had been. Smiling, she turned on the spot so Calder could take a look and wriggled her eyebrows.
"How do I look?"

He looked at her shoes, smiling at them for a moment, but turned his head at the mention of heels. "I never thought of that before. I...never felt heels before. Uh.." He lifted a hoof and tapped it on the floor to prove his point. "I always wear...uh, flats you call it?" His hooves were permanently shaped to be nothing but flats, and didn't shift or change in shape to wear anything that didn't have a flat sole. That is, if there were shoes that were made for him. "I just like how they look. I see some shoes that do look like hooves. All black and glossy, but others have strings and zipper and...." He shrugged his shoulders. "It's like everyone else can dress up in another way and I can't. Not that I hate my hooves. I love em. I never stub my toe." He laughed at that. "I think it's funny when the other kids hop around when they just tap a table leg with their foot." He covered his mouth at the thought but then remembered his current company and shook his hand. "Not that I don't like other people or think they are worse off for having feet."
He was getting off topic, and drew his full intention on looking at her. Smiling, he started to walk around her. "Oh, you make it all look good. I think I could throw anything on you and it would come out looking beautiful." If he had the time and she had the patience, he would have. "Add some earrings and a few feathers in your hair and you'd be set to win anyone over." Well, those that liked ghouls.

Michi laughed, a low chuckle in her throat. She hated it when she stubbed her toes, and would have loved to have hooves in those moments.
"Trust me, I'd prefer to have hooves in those moments. It's a pain that I wouldn't wish on many others," Many others maybe, but Michi could list off a few people she wouldn't mind wishing it on. She didn't always make enemies, but sometimes there was just no way around it.
"I'm not sure if there's a feathered cap in there, but if not I should go out and buy one just for this sort of thing." She really loved to get dressed up for just about no reason. She flopped down on her bed and grinned at her new made friend. "So tell me about yourself. Who's this boilfriend of yours? What do you like to do? Do you like it here at Amity?"

Calder flopped on the bed beside her, finding it comfortable, but not as comfortable as a certain sloth demon's. Still, it was rather plush, and ...lacked that sort of spiced smell boils usually had. In fact, her room did smell different. Was it...ghouly?
"His name is Barth, a sloth demon. He was my best friend's best friend when I came here, and we just got to talking about this and that. Before long, I just really started to like him, and then we hooked up. He's the sweetest, kindest, most passionate lover ever." He sighed, placing his hands upon his chest. "...you should seen the size of his horns..." He whispered the last bit.
Shaking his head, he turned on his side towards her. "Amityville is the first place I've ever gone to outside of my clan's territory, but I love it here. I've met many people. We don't have demons or undeads or anything like that back home, and then there are fountains, tvs, movies, sinks, and Eyephones here. All my friends are here." He felt happy and safe just thinking about everyone he knew here. This place really started to feel like another home to him.
"I like the classes here, and hanging out, and they have lots of places to swim and run. There are a lot of clubs too, and there is also movie night. I'm learning all sorts of things in that club. There is also N.A.P., which my boilfriend runs, where we just relax. But...........if you're ever bored. You can, ya know, ask me? Though, I'm not sure what you find fun." They really didn't even know each other aside from this dress up party they were having.
" What do you find fun?"

She listened carefully to everything that Calder said, making mental notes. Of course she giggled slightly when he spoke about his boilfriend's horns. It was cute, and she found it adorable when he spoke like that. She did wrinkle her nose at swimming, but she knew that not everyone liked it like she did. Warm, good smelling... and well, dry. Thank you very much. "I like... to go out on dates. I like flirting, going to parties, watching movies, playing Left4Live and FEARcaliber on the hexbox.. uhhh," She was really trying to think what she liked to do. It was hard to describe because typically Michi just went out and did things. "I like meeting new people, and seeing new places. Trying different stuff. I typically don't like sitting still doing nothing for very long, and I hate homework. But that's pretty much it. I just like to have fun!" She grinned at Calder, giving a small shrug with her shoulders. Michi was a ghoul who seriously just liked to have fun. Whatever it was, whenever it was going down... she just liked to have fun. "I have to confess that I kinda don't like water too much. Or being cold. Smoke demon and all that."

Calder continued to lounge about her bed. "I'm learning how to use the hexbox. Barth is showing me. We play games a few times. He's REALLY good at it, but I'm trying. Don't have em back home. Do you know there is a Scarecade here? I went there once. Lots of games." He went there on a date with Barth. His very first one with him, and wound up not learning about too many games. Distractions. Nice distractions.
"I don't like being hot. I get all slimy." He raised his hands as if he could just get all oozy then and there, but his skin was dry, smooth, and slick. He dropped his arms back on his chest. "I want to go to new places. There is still so much in this town I haven't seen or been to. Stores and places and things I don't know about. I wanna do em all. Just hard sometimes getting people to come with me." Barth wanted to take his coach and sometimes fell asleep if it involved moving around from place to place, and Christof got grumpy since it was a distraction from work.
"We should go someplace fun together." Calder proposed, rolling to one side to look at her and flick his tail.
