I don't think he can be classified as a retard, and ,umm, he has been elected to congress multiple times so I can possibly believe he is that god awful, honestly, I like that he want a smaller government and his economic plans sound good to me, then again you can easily call me a retard and compare me to someone with Down Syndrome. No one is perfect, just look at the other possible choices to see that.

Seems like a decent guy, and based on his age/success, I'd say that he truly cares about the issues that he talks about, rather than just saying what people want to hear for votes. However, I don't agree with his views on abortion or gay rights.

Only guy I'd vote for and probably ever will vote for... I've been following him for months and he sounds legit. He will even take the average American salary of 33k instead of 400k as president. He also rejected secrate service because he said it was a waste of the tax payers money. Instead, he pays for his own security.

He's been honest and consistent throughout his politic career. We don't see many politicians like this anymore...

I wished I had voted for Ron Paul in the primaries... but I don't watch the news at all. I feel like he is the the lesser of the evils as far as Republicans go, but I believe he's getting pretty old. I believe his son (with similar views) would make a better President. At least Ron Paul isn't as crazy as Santorum... that guy should be put in a straight jacket... the maybe slapped around a bit.
