The thanks were momentarily lost on Grus, who was thinking hard about unpleasant things. Her eyes moved of their own accord, raising to meet Nysa's, and she couldn't help but smile accompanied by a blush. He was so kind, she wondered if he was even able to fight.
Her mind prompted her mouth that he had asked a question, so she shook off the last of her melancholy and turned her tentative smile into a genuine one. "You can feel the difference in the same way that you felt me coming. I don't know if you noticed the different between mine and say, Painite's power signature. To me, Chaos feels almost....metallic, whereas senshi feel warm."
It was a strange explanation, but it was the best she could do.

The girl's smile returned, and Nysa nodded his head to acknowledge the change without saying a word. However, she did her best to explain to him what the differences were between someone who served chaos versus someone who did not, and though there were some assumptions on her part, he still appreciated any extra information he was receiving.
His encounter with Painite had been before he had even gained his abilities as a Page of Neptune, but this was not something that Miss Grus really needed to concern herself with. So instead of stating the flat out truth, he mentioned "It has been quite a while since my encounter with Painite..." which was the truth. "...However, I will keep your descriptions in mind for the next time I meet someone from the Negaverse."
Bending at his waist slightly for a formal bow, he then mentioned "I should probably head back, Miss Grus." She didn't need to know why he needed to head back, and suspected she would not make a fuss over it. He extended a hand to her, silently asking for permission to take hers in his again, but offered his gratitude verbally.
"I appreciate you humoring someone such as myself with all of this information. It makes my understanding of this whole conflict a little bit clearer than it was before."

Grus nodded and took his hand in her own, shaking it politely. "I should probably get back to patrolling. Youma aren't going to dust themselves!" Her humor returning was a good sign. She wouldn't spend the remainder of the night lost in unpleasant thoughts.
"I'm glad I could help! If you have any more questions, you can always find me around here!"
She took a step back, giving a slight curtsy before turning on the spot and running for the nearest building. She scaled the fire escape and was soon scampering across the rooftop and out of sight. Grus smiled as she ran. A new friend had been made! And he had an accent!

The lad did not get the chance to give her a departing kiss upon the hand, as he preferred to do when departing from a young lady. However, he allow the girl to leave without following her after she leaped to the nearest building.
Instead, he took a look about the particular area, making certain to nab the names of the varying streets nearby before he also took his leave. If the girl claimed she was around this area, that meant it was probably a place she patrolled frequently.
It was a useful piece of information to keep stowed away for a future time.
