~Syrena~

...Song of the sea...
...Dream of the wind...
...Echo of the tide...

"Well, of course I'm back! I hadn't planned on leaving, unless that is, you would ever want me to leave for whatever reason." Syrena responded with a friendly smile, the words slipping effortlessly past her lips in her smooth soprano voice. She then let out a soft laugh as she saw him scoop up the fish. At first, the minnow seemed to be unsettled at being out of the water. But however, it quickly calmed down, seeming calmed and content. "I think he likes you." Syrena giggled. "But you should probably return him back to the water sometime." She added, and gestured towards the lake. "But in the meantime, I think that I on the other hand should be getting out of the water. It's getting a tad cold."


Syrena then swam to the edge of the leg, her arms streching forward to grab the surface of a nearby rock for leverage. Syrena used her upper body strength to raise herself out of the water, where she sat next to him. She lay there, streched out for a moment, eyes closed in content underneath the warmth of the sun and silver droplets of water sparkling off her skin. Syrena would then sit up slightly, though snapped her fingers together. A cloud of bubbles ascended from the surface of the lake, swarming around Syrena's mermaid tail. They twirled around her entire figure, engulfing her.

Yet when the bubbles faded away, Syrena was in her human form. Her eyes still remained their bright blue color. And her hair still hung in a cascading ripple of golden waves. All was the same except for two noticable changes. One was that her once otherworldly snowy skin, was more now human-like and in soft hues of peach and roses. And where her shimmering mermaid tail once was, was as now a pair of smooth, femenine legs. She wore a flowy dress that hung loosely around her graceful figure, as well as a pair of flip-flops. "Ta da! I'm a human now." Syrena's soft voice laughed.

Kyo smiled and placed the fish back in the water then turned to syrena when she had said get out of the water he had bolted for shore and wash drying himself when she pulled up on the rock he smiled and then tilted his head emrald eyes wide as she changed he blushed seeing her in human form and looked away shyly "t-that was amazing i wish my transformations were as spectacular... the most i do is glow a little" he says with a small shrug he glanced over at her and smiled "your very pretty ... in both forms"

Syrena smiled slightly. "Well, here's the thing about transformations.... All transformations are amazing, because of the fact that it is one thing, or person, changing into another." Syrena paused for a moment, before speaking again. "So, I'm just saying that in my opinion, all transformtions are simply amazing, so I bet your's is too." She would then pause to glance at him, a gentle smile visisble across her face. But as Syrena heard his comment, she ducked her head down slightly, as though to hide the rosy blush that had appeared across her face. "T-thank you..." She said softly, her calm voice holding a slight bit of laughter. Syrena would then stand up, although her legs wobbled a small bit. She, being fairly new to the idea of 'walking', still had difficulties--- especially when it was just after she experienced a transformation. Syrena tripped slightly, before tumbling to the ground, landing on her side . "Oopsies." She said, her cerulean blue eyes wide with surprise.

Kyo listened to her and smiled a bit "well i suppose your right about that" he says noticeing another girl walking towards them he tilted his head wondering what she wanted then turned his attention back to syrena he smiled and blushed a bit "your welcome" he says a bit shyly then he tilted his head at her watching her tryh and walk he surpresse4d a laugh when she falled he crotched beside her and helped her up "are yopu okay syrena?" he asks his voice sounded amused then his ears twitched and he turned his head to the sound and smiled "oh hello there... you are currently at the lake..." he says poinjting to the big source of water like it should havbe been obvious

Syrena had caught his blush, and she couldn't help herself but smile a little, as she found it not only cute, but amusing in a funny sort of way. She had managed to awkwardly stand back up after he had helped her. Syrena gave a soft, sort of embressed sounding laugh. She didn't like the fact that she wasn't able to use her human legs very well, and thought that her constant tripping and stumbling made her feel like a child. But Syrena, however, was still elated to be on land, and to be able to finally be free from the sea. "Thank you. I'm sorry I fell.... I'm more used to having fins than legs, y'know? I've only been on land now for about a month." She said, a faint smile visible across the pinkness of her lips. "In fact, there are many places I have yet to see... And I have a lot to learn about the different animals and creatures that live on land.... As of three days ago, I just now discovered what a butterfly was." Syrena added jokingly as she spoke to Kyo, her voice softenned with laughter. She then glanced over her shoulder at the other girl, giving the small wave of her hand as if in a wordless greeting.

"Yes, but that's when you were little." Syrena pointed out, laughing softly. "I'm almost grown up.... I may not appear it, but I'm actually around one hundred years old. But, thank you I guess for finding it cute... That makes my walking issues less emberassing for me." She added, her soprano voice still laughing softly in it's sing-song sort of way. Syrena paused for a moment, as though to steady herself while on her legs. Eventually, after forcing her leg muscles to work propery, she was able to maintain a proper sense of balence for the time being. Her vibrant blue eyes, which were framed by a set of doll-like lashes, grew wide with emotions of glee and eagerness as she heard him speak of going to see animals. Syrena excitedly clapped her hands together in a childish manner, her lips forming a lighthearted grin. "Of course! Thank you! I would love that!" She chimed softly. Syrena momentarily snapped out of her childish antics to regain her calmer composure. "And yes, I do have a dorm. There are already a few people living there.... But they're not as busy around the dorm as they used to be. Feel free to stay there if you want, I'd be glad to have you there.... As long as you don't mind all the ocean-y decorations and the huge fishtank that I always swim in...." She laughed softly at the last sentence. "My dorm is sort of... Odd like that. A few people find it weird that I sometimes swim indoors, in a fishtank. And I can't say that I disagree with them."
