Shimmer let out a weak cry and the winds began to waver, but she continued her arctic assault. Her chances were slim, but she had to keep trying.

"Finish it Tenka! Shock Wave!" Shina called over the howling of the wind. Tenka corrected his course, then tucked his cape around himself, falling like a stone. Just before he would have hit Shimmer, he snapped his cape open and released a brilliant flash of electricity.
