Bedtime tilts his head to the side when he is finished with his part. "You think the tray is big enough just to set on the legs?" he asks, eyeing them. "Or, we could move the legs a little?"
It isn't long until she has another cup, and is walking back into the sitting room. She rolls her eyes lightly as she moves back to the pillow she was sitting on again. She pours the tea into hers and Signis's cup and lifts her own.
She looks over the rim of her cup at the two Pae a moment, before saying, "Why don't we all sit a moment. Signis can explain just how viscious he is, and Casala, you can sit and stare at him in awe."
She takes a drink from her cup, and sets it down on her saucer. Her eyes are dancing once more, battling with the small, polite smile on her lips.

Friend turns to also eye the tray, cutely tucking a hand under her chin to rub under it with all of her tiny fingers. "Maybe? Only know if we test it." She toddles over to again look at the tray as if expecting it to grow legs and walk over to the blocks for them. "Have to lift it together."
Casala grasps Signis's forearm as her mother, Eirnae, showed her to do with those you respect as equals to yourself. She pauses instead of responding to his words, turning to look at Bellatrix with a raised eyebrow.
She lowers both brow and arm as she chuckles at Bellatrix's teasing of Signis, moving to sit down on a pillow just across from the already seated Trixie. "I'm sure that his tales aren't as fantastical as some I've heard as of late. Battling against the very wind, for example." Her lips quirk into a mischevious smile as she thinks of who told that little yarn that morning, and wondering if Mirim was still trying to fight against the wind to reach the top of the plateau in the glen.

Signis chuckled and looked at Casala, he bowed his head and sat, then chuckled. "Oh no, she is true to her meaning, I am terribly vicious..." He laughed and turned his eyes to Bellatrix. "I'm so vicious that I can make Bellatrix here a pile of goo with just a couple kisses..." He smirked at Bellatrix and reached for his own cup to sip.
Your turn love... He thought as he sipped his tea.

Bedtime grins, and nods. "Alright, together," she says, standing and walking over to the tray. He grabs one side of it, and looks at the plate of food. "Maybe we should take the plates off? In case the legs don't hold it up? Don't want to ruin the snack.
Bellatrix keeps her small, polite smile on her lips, but there is a flare of anger that comes, briefly, to her dancing eyes.
Lifting the cup to her lips again, she takes a thoughtful drink. "Darling," she starts, glancing breifly at Signis as she sets her cup back down. "I am an accomplished actress. Your kisses are no where near good enough to melt someone such as I. However, in the interest of keeping you as a teacher, I feel as though I must act as though they do. After all, I wouldn't want to bruise your ego, and have you storming off, now, would I? How else am I to learn to use that beautiful sword that you have made me?"
Her tone is light, but she sends him a look that clearly tells him to prepare for quite an ugly row at some point in the near future.

"Good idea," Friend praises, her belly's pattern faintly glowing again as she pats Bedtime on the shoulder. She then grabs the edges of a plate of food and bends slowly at the knees to set it down, then starting on another.
Casala isn't sure if it would be polite to interject at this point. She can practically feel the crackle of anger from Bellatrix as it shoots across the room to try and fry Signis like an egg on a summer day. She does her best not to fidgit, though she can't recall anything about how to deal with this sort of a situation. So she chooses what she hopes is the least offensive way out. She silently sips at her tea, watching them both with wary eyes.

"Awwww, does that mean my poor Trixie-wixie doesn't want anymore of my kisses?" He raised a brow whipped on by Bellatrix's anger. "Well then I guess I will just have to stop giving you kisses then..." He sipped at his tea a bit more and smiled. He was being rude though and he knew it... He shouldn't be setting up a fight like this, not while Bellatrix had a guest over...
But then, that part of him that delighted in causing discomfort, the beserker, the pain dealer... Really wasn't the polite of a person...
But he did turn to Casala and smile. "I'm sorry, you wanted to know of the techniques that I taught Trixie right?"

Bedtime helps her, and then takes the bottled water off as well.
He grins over at Friend, and takes one side of the tray in his hands. "Whenever you are ready, Friend," he says, and blinks when he looks down at his one tummy. "I can glow too!" he says, almost doing the happy dance. Instead, he settles on widening his grin, and looking at Friend with proud eyes.
Bellatrix visibly winces at the shortening of her name, and she bares her teeth at Signis, eyes narrowing.
Soon enough, however, she is turning away from him, and looking back at Casala. The wicked smile is there once more, though it is a little forced. "Doesn't he think a little too highly of himself?" she asks, not risking taking another drink of her tea. She knows she might just throw anything her hands touch at him at this point.
She'll save that for a later time. "As for you, Signis, dear," the last word is said with obvious venom in her voice. "We will discuss it later."
Taking a calming breath, she glances over at the statue that Casala brought over earlier. "Yes," she says, as a safer subject is brought up again. "What sort of weapon are you hoping to use?" she asks, returning her eyes to Casala. "Primarily, we have been working with swords. While that isn't my weapon of choice, it is a good place to start, I think. And, in my case, at least." Though, she feels that she cannot ignore the use of that offensive name any longer.
She turns a little and, lightening quick, her hand shoots out, and she pinches Signis's arm, twisting it. The wicked, angry, glitter in her eyes is there but a moment, before her hand shoots back to fold in her lap again. She adopts the polite look on her face after shooting Signis a look that, just as clearly as before, tells him she is going to rip into him later.

Friend claps her hands together merrily, then darts around the food and the tray to clasp Bedtime's hands and start up the happy dance that he avoided doing on him own. "Gooooo-ooooo Bedtime!" she sings, "I knew you could do it!"
She really didn't have a clue whether he could or not, but does that matter right now? Of course not!
Casala returns Bellatrix's smile with one of her own, her uncertainty twitching up one corner of her mouth a bit higher than the other. She's glad for the change of subject, and doesn't comment on what either of them said in reference to the other. She really doesn't think it would be right to intrude on what seemed a private moment, even if it was done in anger for one, and in jest for another.
"Yes, I am interested in learning, Signis. I would bear the scars that such training brings with pride." She sounds sincere, and even after giving the still healing gash on Signis's chest a second glance, she means what she says.
Her eyes light up at the mentioning of weapons, her unwinding the sash that's she's been wearing like a top to let its full length coil on the floor. "While I would welcome the opportunity to learn the use of a blade, simply to have the experience below my belt, after my talk with Shina I believe my sash to be the best choice for me. Call it destiny, if you like."

Signis jumped a bit when Bellatrix pinched him, but he didn't say ow or anything of the light, instead and looked at her and smirked. "Bellatrix-luv, we have company..." He chuckled and then looked back at Casala giving her all his attention.
"Interesting, I've never trained a sash user before... It shall be... an enlightening experiance..." He chuckled and nodded his head slowly. "But I think that you might be up to the challange... The both of you... Bellatrix... I'm placing her learning of the Flame and the void in your hands, I trust you can teach her the best, as you mastered it far quicker than I..." He smiled at Bellatrix, a genuine warm one.

Bedtime joins in on the dance, enthusiastically, grinning the whole time.
When it is over, he is jumping from foot to foot. "Let's make the table so we can eat!" he cries, giggling a little. "We can bring pillows from the bed, and sit on them."
He seems rather proud over the fact that his stomach glowed, even if it was just a little breif flash of light. And, now, he is a little more energized than he has ever been before, sleepy little Pae that he is.
Bellatrix cringes when he calls her 'love,' but more for show than anything. She's already used to it by now, has even grown comfortable with it.
"That's fine," she says, a little more coolly than she had intended. "He won't train you until you master the flame and void technique, if past behavior is any indication. I don't know how well I will be able to explain things to you, but I can try, Casala." She eyes the sash a moment. "You know, using that would throw some people off. No one really expects a sash to be utilized in such a manner. That tips the scales in your favor, Casala." Her smile is a little warm toward the other Pae, but it doesn't last that long.
She pauses a moment, and a smile is on her lips again, her usual one. "I almost forgot. Casala, I spoke with Lenore. She says that, while their are no books on the language that you asked about when last we met, she doesn't see why someone wouldn't be able to learn it. So, if you were still interested, I could try teaching it to you at a later date."
She ignores the warm smile that Signis has given her. After all, she is mad at him, and keeping her eyes away from him for the most part.

"Yes, yes! The table!" Friend agrees, all smiles and full of the glee that comes from being young and having found something simply delightful. She grabs at her end of the tray and waits for Bedtime to get his before she lifts with all of her strength, finding that the tray wasn't as heavy as it looked, but just heavy enough to be akward.
Casala nods her understanding, having figured there would be a requirement of some sort. "Whenever you would like to start will be fine with me, Bellatrix. I look forward to the attempt."
She gathers up the white silk of her sash into her lap, smiling at Bellatrix's revelation. "Shina said much the same thing. I've been told that the element of surprise can be a very valuable thing in combat, and I hope to make the most of it. It will not be with me for long if word spreads of my chosen weapon." Bellatrix's smile isn't lost on her, and she returns it in kind, even after it shifts to be cold once more.
"That's good news!" she declares with a grin, "I'd love to start once you have the time to. Perhaps it could become a part of other lessons."
"Speaking of which..." she turns to face Signis, her face regaining its serious cast. "Does this mean that I can consider myself your student, or not till I finish mastering this techique you have mentioned?"

Signis smiled as he listened to the women speak, then when Casala turns her attention back to him he noddded his head slowly. "Yes... You can consider yourself my student, just as Bellatrix was before she mastered the technique..." He chuckled and bowed his head. "It will not be easy... I do not give my students any slack..." He cast his glance at Bellatrix for his next statement.
"Even when I love them and they hold my heart in their hands..."

Bedtime's face twists into one of concentration as they move the tray onto the legs that they have made. Once that task is complete, he grins, proudly, again. "Look! It's not falling!" he says. "We can make a big picnic out of it. I am sure some of my animals are hungry, too," he says, gesturing toward some of the stuffed animals in the room. "If you don't mind," he adds after a moment's thought.
"Yes, we can combine the two," Bellatrix says, visibly squirming a little. But, she smiles, and forced herself to stop. "I'm sorry, Casala, he says the silliest things sometimes," she glances at Signis, frowning a little.
"Is anyone else as thirsty as I am?" she asks, trying her best to keep her voice light, as though she isn't really, just now, thinking of inventive things to throw at Signis. Pillows wouldn't do, too soft. She might have to actually go to the kitchen and find some knives to throw at him. They might not be dull. . . .
WHY did he say that? In front of someone else! She pours some more tea for herself, her hand not quite steady, which makes her frown again, and she goes quiet again as she sips it. Absently, she reaches for some cheese and takes a bite of it. She keeps her distaste over the food to a minimum, however.
"But, he is right," she continues. "I want to give you some of my potions. Lenore has given me some nice ones that heal any cuts pretty nicely. Even some that keep the scars from showing up. He's gotten me pretty good in the past, but you can't see that," she says, trying to smile again.

"Don't mind," Friend says before charging off towards a pile of the stuffed animals in question. Propelling herself forward, she lands on them in an encompassing hug, then tries to struggle to her feet while retaining her hold on her newfound fluffy friends.
Casala sounds puzzled at Bellatrix's reaction to Signis's words. To her, love is a thing to be sought after and treasured, and to have someone speak of such feelings to another is a sacred thing. "It was silly?" she asks before her mind catches up with her tongue in time to hold it. Suddenly embarassed, she looks down and flushes a bit, her cheeks becoming a darker shade of grey.
"I could ask Eirnae if she'll provide me with some. She did say that she would, once I entered into my training," she offers before finishing her tea in silence. She doesn't want to take advantage of her friend, as Bellatrix's hospitality is certainly enough for her.

Signis bit back a sigh and waved his hand. "She's in denail about loving me, but I know she does..." He murmured, but loud enough for Bellatrix to hear. "But off the subject, that is a good idea, I used to be out of training for months with wounds..." he murmured and stood. "Oh! I left something oustide, I shall be back in a moment..." He stood and headed out the front door quickly to get his pack...
He was gonna start 'leaving' things, so that he wouldn't... have to leave.
