It's just something I really believe needs to be out there and because of the $$/corruption in the industry nobody understands. The science behind it gets buried and people go on radically unhealthy diets thinking that it's good for them and later they have all these issues with their body and they can't make the connection because they don't know how to.

I was bad and bought glazed and chocolate donuts last night. >> But so far I have only eaten one glazed donut, so I'm proud of that. xd I've eaten one serving of the mini chocolate donuts too (4). So I did buy bad things, but I think I'm being responsible with them. xd Having some every once in a while is OK. ninja
