Rasha couldn't avoid the attack, and couldn't help leaping forward when the attack landed on her hindquarters. Fortunately, this worked out well, as it put the Umbreon directly behind her. "Low Kick!" Shina called. Rasha bucked, hooves aimed at Tsukiya's ribcage.

Tsukiya took the blunt of the attack hard, and fell back.
"We can't have another one of those... " Pandii whined as her companion took a big hit. "Try to confuse it again!"
Tsukiya rose to his feet and aimed another Confusion Ray at the Ponyta.

((I think you need to double check your math. It looks like you took too much off. Not that I should be complaining.... xd ))

Tsukiya was ready for the Ponyta's kick his time, and dodged.
"Lower it's defense some more with Iron Tail!" The trainer called out, almost ecstatic that they weren't losing just yet.
Tsukiya hardened his tail and gave his opponent another whack to those legs that tried to kick him earlier.

Rasha jerked her legs back under her, then lashed out again without waiting for a command. She was tired of having something nipping around her heels!

Well, that wasn't a very good idea, as it brought him close to her legs again and she countered.
"Draw back and use Dark Pulse!" Pandii almost yelled, angry at herself that her companion took another hit.
Tsukiya gave himself some distance between those kicking legs before gathering an aura of dark thoughts around him, then sending them straight to the Ponyta.

Tsukiya tried to run before the Ponyta landed on him, but he wasn't quick enough.
"Give her another Dark Pulse!" Pandii commanded. The end of the match was so close...
The Umbreon gathered another dark aura around him, and flung it towards the other Pokemon.

Maybe he deserved that last kick a bit for imbuing the Ponyta with horrible thoughs, thought Tsukiya, snickering. He was pleased with himself.
"We can't afford to lose now, so give that Ponyta a Faint Attack!" Pandii was gleeful. They were about to win their first match!
"Oh," Pandii thought about the other trainer, and how she felt after her previous loss. "I'm so sorry about this!"
Tsukiya was thinking the same, so he began dashing towards the Fire Pokemon before his trainer even finished her sentence. He threw every last ounce of his weight at the side of her body, and every last bit of his energy, as well.

Shina winced as Rasha went down, and recalled the exhausted pokemon. "No problem," Shina called back. "Good battle, it was close! Maybe we can rematch some day! For now I have to get to the Pokemon center. Bye!" Shina disappeared to get Rasha healed.
