" . . . . " Lowe didn't reply to Julio, nor did he reply to Heidi's complaints. He'd been off a bit when he'd been randomly hugged by a passing woman, and his cheeks were still a little red from that. It took him a moment or two to finally find words to say in regards to bumping. "Oops."

That wasn't a 'sorry' or a 'my bad' or an 'OKAY I WILL TRY HARDER'. Just an oops, and they'd better be grateful he said something at all. Lowe didn't really feel like bumping into them was really his fault since they'd stopped in the middle of the hallway and Lowe's face slipped into a minor frown over it all.

Maybe it would be best to say sorry anyway because well he wasn't ready for a fight just yet. He needed to save it up and pay attention, not to mention he needed to hit up other places around here soon. He'd left something a while back and was interested to see if it was still there. "....I'm sorry. May I get pass you two, or....?"

[ Entering! ]

Holy s**t, why was it so noisy--

Aaron Faraday was not amused by the woman who suddenly ran up to hug him. In fact, he gave her a rather pointed glare at the action, but he doubted that she noticed--before he could get a word out about his displeasure, she was already off to her next victim.

Well. Right. Fine. He would let it slide this time.

He did have to thank her for one thing, though. As he watched her run through the hall and hug everyone in sight, his gaze zoned in on one of the hug-victims in particular. The corner of his lips tugged upwards in a smirk as he slipped through the crowd, swinging his arm back and giving Damien a hard punch in the arm. Because that was how a man greeted another man.

"Jesus Christ, why is everyone clogging up the hallways?" Aaron didn't seem to realize--or maybe he simply didn't care--that he was only adding to the problem by standing still in the middle of said hallway.

Bouncing, bouncing, bouncing, JULIO! She heard him screaming off towards him, and stopped bouncing on someone's bed (whose room was this, anyway?) before jumping back out to the hallway, and looking up as she passed all the others. At least some of the group didn't seem too uptight - if this had been one of those quiet, mournful, 'we're all gonna die' missions, she would have been seriously bummed out.

Speaking of bummed out, she saw a familiar brooding face trying to make his way through the crowd without being detected. She craned her head to make sure that her bag hadn't been tampered with where she left it at the end of the hall, before stealthily creeping up behind Caelius, and climbing up onto his back. It was a hard process, because Cael never liked when women crawled up on his back (let's face it, who else did things like that anyway?) but she was up above his shoulders in a minute regardless, and taking in the view with a blissful smile.

They all looked so beautiful from up here. She waved her fingers playfully at Julio, from her perch on Caelius.

"Hola, Julito~" She sing-songed, while clinging to Cael's neck. Flirting with one guy while hanging off another? That was just how Em rolled.

Deep, deep, deep down inside Flair cared for Aki. Really, she did. It was like a sibling relationship where she absolutely hated the sun hunter, but at the same time found herself looking out for her in some sort of odd way. But mostly the relationship involved lots and lots of bickering and disputes. She sighed deeply, mentally preparing herself for the ensuing conversation. Flair did not bristle at the nickname Aki had bestowed upon her. Instead she calmly tapped her fingers against her arms as she mutely listened. She had learned to contain her emotions a long time ago.

“Yes, because even though we’re relatives and childhood friends doesn’t mean a thing to your lovely rivalry. I understand.” Sarcasm oozed from her words. The woman was unimpressed. “If he really is sleeping why don’t you let him rest for a bit, hm?” Trust Flair to be nice to her cousin.

She heard someone asking about the cafeteria and she answered briefly, “I haven’t stopped by there yet, but as Aki here kindly said." Flair glared coolly. "It appears to be lasagna, which isn't too bad."

"I guess that's true. Never know if we'll see tomorrow, hm?" Heidi gave Julio a sidelong glance, looking quite unimpressed. A woman's love scorned that still remained partially unhealed, apparently. "Of course. I did also only just get back, my room's got dust all over it I didn't exactly feel like settling into a dusty bed." She shrugged, watching him happily greet the woman who had come to him. Her lip quivered and her eyes narrowed, tightening her grip on the dagger's handle. Of course. Of course he was friendly with yet another woman. How many women did get friendly with, hm?

"Don't flatter yourself." Heidi muttered as she pushed off him again, taking in a deep breath to calm herself. She had been so good about staying away from him. This wasn't fair.

When the hunter that had run into them didn't give them much of a reply Heidi sighed and glanced Julio's way again. "Yeah sure, whatever. I was just leaving...I'll let you go get acquainted with your ladyfriend, Julio." Heidi muttered, turning to leave. She wanted to go see Liam anyway, not Julio. Pausing, she glanced discreetly over her shoulder, trying to make it appear as if she thought she'd dropped something.

...He didn't look bad considering it'd been months since she'd last seen him.

She sighed, ruffling her own hair.

"-leave five assigned groups." Liam finished quietly, for a second, glancing quickly at the crowd - a rather impressive one even - before moving back to the papers the other Hunter had in their hands. The Death faction lead pressed on as if nothing had happened. "Three exit locations are fine, the fourth should be marked by-" a Hunter had rudely shoved past them, which only merited the briefest pause before Liam continued - "portal here and here."

He waited for a second as the other Hunter fumbled for their marker, waiting a bit longer as they hastily drew in four x's and two triangles. The faction leader offered them a small amused expression. "I think that's enough for now, you should get packed and rest, I'll take over from here." The pile of papers was quickly transferred, the Death lead watching them leave before he perused the series of maps again, looking simply tired. This continued on for a few minutes until-

- "Ah, Heidi," Liam looked up, his smile never reaching his eyes, "Just the person I wanted to talk to. Do you have the updated plans I requested?"

Niabi grinned when Aki replied. "Oh good, it's not goo~lash." She said in a sing-song tone. Though there was a pause when the other called someone else an old hag. Niabi peered towards the 'hag', she didn't think the other looked like a hag.

"I've seen older hags." She accessed. As she hummed and watched everyone around them for a second.

"I'm Niabi!" She said suddenly as if she remembered she should probably introduce herself. "I'm in the mist division, what about you?"

"Nope. Each day could very well be our last," Julio sighed in a sort of wistful way. As he was pushed back, he placed a hand at his hip while watching her head on off, then stepped aside so that Lowe could pass on through.

"See you around, mamacita," he said quietly. A part of him still felt bad for what happened, but he didn't dwell on these things long. He then turned his attention back to Em, who seemed to be climbing all over Caelius.

"Hola!" he called out to the two, making his way on over, "I see you're doing rather well Mariposita. What of you, Caelius?"

"Because we have a mission. And it doesn't involve you." She turned her attention to the doorknob and tried to turn it. It didn't budge. Nico had probably since learned to keep his door shut if he didn't want Aki barging in suddenly. She felt a little guilty... Maybe she should let Nico get some rest. "You're a life hunter, you don't understand what it means to have a partner." She grumbled.

She glared at Flair and chose to ignore Niabi's comment about Flair's age. Though Aki didn't think Flair looked like a hag, she certainly had the personality of one. The black-haired hunter turned her attention towards Niabi,

"I'm Aki, Sun Division." She jerked her thumb over her shoulder towards Flair. "That's Flair, from Life. Don't let her fool you, she's got the demeanor of an old cat lady."

Heidi looked up and away from Julio when she heard her name, smiling when she realized Liam had spotted her before she reached him. "Hello, Sir." Just the person he..?! Really? She felt a swell of pride as she tried very hard not to let it show, though her eyes seemed to widen just a little as she breathed in and then out slowly. Contain yourself, Heidi. Just because your leader wanted to talk to you didn't mean you should let it get to your head.

"I do, Sir! I was just on my way to give them to you." She weaved past a few passing hunters to get to the soft-spoken man, sighing and reaching into a bag she had yet to put down to grab a strange looking notebook. Heidi visibly paused and blushed, quickly flipping it open as if to hide the cover. "My last one got wrecked, I had to get a replacement in a hurry and...heh..um...is this really the right place for this? It's kind of loud. And cramped." She wasn't exactly claustrophobic but geeze!

Jesus christ, had every Hunter in existence been called back for whatever this mission was going to be? Marsh flinched at the noise and chaos, unprepared for all of it after half a year of near-solitude. He ducked his head and headed down the hall at a rapid clip. Maybe it wouldn't be so noisy outside.

He wasn't really watching where he was going, and his shoulder collided with someone else - a guy he didn't recognize, wearing a very similar deer-in-the-headlights expression. "Sorry," he said. "Too many people. I'm going out for a walk."

Finally a free ro-

Boobs. He was pretty sure those were boobs pressed against his back. Oh wait, god, no, don't-

- Caelius thought he was going to sink into the ground as Julio just announced his presence to everyone in the hallway. So much for avoiding notice. "Actually, I um, am," he looked around, almost desperately, trying to find a way disengage from the two probably noisiest Hunters in the entire hallway, "I'm kind of busy. You know, doing the preparing thing."

It was really hard to talk when someone was pretty much perched on your back with - no no, wait don't think about it. He tried his best to ignore Em. It didn't help that she was kind of heavy.

Lowe mumbled a bit of thanks as Heidi moved out the way, his head bobbing a nod in the direction of Caelius. As a fellow Sun Hunter it was only polite to greet him but it looked as though the man was really busy and Lowe needed to eventually set his stuff down. Julio had moved as well and now the boy was off and towards his room....only remembered because it was the one closet to a garbage can. Lowe was glad to see that the dorms still had garbage cans.

Of course he was glad to see his room too because there was a necklace he wanted and then someone rammed into him again. There hadn't been this many people here the last time Lowe was around - were things getting different? "Oops."

Oops was his default. "Can I come along?"

That was his second setting.

"Ow!" Damien whizzed around to see who had punched him, only to be meet with what he assumed was a teenage boy. Who had just punched him in the arm. He was at a complete loss as to why he was being punched; did he even know this hunter? He did look vaguely familiar...That girly looking hairstyle remained him of someone...

He didn't think to much of it, as the boy seemed more miffed about everyone hanging in the hallway. There were plenty of people now that he thought of it, but it wasn't anything to be concerned about.

"Hey, don't sweat it kid" He eventually responded, giving Aarom a nice slap on the back. Harder then what was probably necessary, but hey, if thats how he wanted to play. "Everyones just catching up. It's been a while since we're seen each other".

"Sure, whatever, you look like you could use some air too." Marsh smiled tightly and kept going; the guy could follow him. Right now, he needed to decompress a little, and it sure wasn't happening in this crowd. Hah. Man, he'd got weird.

He had always been weird, Miyako put in primly.

"Oh, shut up, princess," he said, forgetting that it wouldn't be obvious that he was talking to the voice in his head. He'd gotten into the habit of talking to his weapon out loud, since there was nobody else in the outpost to look at him funny.
