Shun paused at that question, thinking about it for a bit.
"I doubt it'll ever come up. At least I don't think it will," he replied. He had told Mitsu a number of times that he wasn't a very nice guy.
"If it ever comes down to it.. and I'm unable to, the only one at stake will be myself. You've no worries on that front."

"No one for all, all for one here, huh?" Roch asked with a laugh. "That's fitting," he said. "But it is interesting how unsurprised you are that I'm willing to do it," he added, looking at the other reaper. "We really are, deep under all of it, alike, aren't we? I won't tell if you won't," he added with amusement.

Shun shrugged at the comment. He supposed everyone with ties to the underground were alike at their very core. As much as he hated to think about it, Titus and himself had a lot in common too. His father too, for that matter.
"You could say that. In any case, you don't have to worry about being found out because of me," he started before taking on a slightly darker tone, "Though, preferably. If any finishing blows are to be dealt I hope it's to those damn humans rather than one of our own."

"Abso-jackin-lutely," Roch agreed. "But..." He looked thoughtful for a moment. "There are some people that want this promise," he told the other boil. "Some that want to know they can get death instead of hunter-ized. I got no jackin' clue of how to make a list of them, though... Or how one death dealer will recognize another, but seriously, do they need to know?"
Here, he figured, he could get some advice--the kind of advice some others wouldn't offer. "How do we do this?" he asked. "Just spread the word and let them do what they have to do?"

"I don't think it's really necessary to know who else is in on this. Or even necessary to have a list. If the opportunity comes, take it. If someone tries to help you in that, so be it," Shun shrugged, "So yes. I would just spread the word to those we feel are best for the job."

"Yeah," he said. "Not Mot," he added with a hint of amusement. "Maybe the guys in the band I'm putting together, ain't sure about whether I've got a bass player or not, yet, though. Hel," he added with a thoughtful expression. "She's that quick to kick a good friend in the balls, she'd be willing to stab them in the back, too. Jove. Even if he says no, he won't say a thing. Yeah, I think I got it."
He looked at the other grim, shrugging. "Spread it, if people ask, offer it, and we'll do the dirty s**t no one else is willing to admit to doing."

Ah yes Hel. Shun did not doubt that she would be willing to strike down an ally if needed. Especially given the way she had tried to deal with Mitsu and her training. The thought still irritated him some.
"Fair enough," he nodded before taking a step back. Within his little circle, he couldn't think of who else would be up for this sort of thing. The people he could think of, he didn't really want to talk to. Like Mac and Titus.
"Is there anything else you wanted?"

"Nope, I'm good," Roch said. "Thanks," he added a bit belatedly as he headed for the door. "Let's just jackin' hope we don't actually have to do it," he added quietly before leaving. The door was closed quietly behind him, then it was as if he'd never been there.
