Thanks guys, I missed ya'll too. I really needed some time to focus on finding a job, which I did, so now I have a bit more structure to my life rather than the endless Internet marathons (as fun as they were). When I get home from this business trip, I'll have to host another party!!

Ok sorry guys there was a huge mix-up on my end but yeah, broken is the current Garnet and she has been active and wishes to keep the character. I am quoting both of you in case you want to talk things out with each other. I know Vivid mentioned both of you could even take a creative standpoint and have 2 characters play the senshi or something and quote:Quote: "Like the original Garnet went missing so this new one was given the ability to transform, somehow, into the new Sailor Garnet The original Garnet or the new Garnet could be broken off pieces of star seed, given life somehow

Like I said, no worries man. You don't know me well enough yet, but when you get to know me you'll see that I'm basically the most easy going person you'll meet.
I'll talk to Vivid about this whole thing and see if we can come to an arrangement. If not....I'll just float around and do my own thing.
Word.
But I propose something: In the future, should someone otherwise active just leave like I did - due to RL forces beyond their control - why don't we make up some kind of...excuse for their disappearance. That way, if they ever decide to come back, they don't feel like they've been replaced. You can reassign their character and make an additional excuse of some sort of...power transfer or whatever, but if they come back their history is still intact and they can pick up and go again with their replacement by their side.
Seriously, we're all decent writers so we should be able to work our way around any disappearances and re-assignments with dignity for all people involved.
In the end, I don't think we should shut out anyone because they had to leave for a while and tell them that they're no longer the "real" character.
But then again, I'm at this point not an 'official' character anymore so my comments may just be a hill of beans for all you're concerned :]
No worries, no worries. It's all good, I'm not too bummed, and I'll adjust or I'll make my own branch or...something.

I'm sorry that this happened to you, Garnet. But the truth is that the entire guild has started over from scratch. The whole thing was cleaned out and redone. Everyone who has a character now reapplied for it, including those that were in the guild before. It's practically to the point where it's a new guild because everything was restarted. I know you feel as if you were replaced, but that really wasn't anyone's intention. I'm sorry about it all the same, but with doing a complete restart there were bound to be some problems. Hopefully we can work out the kinks so if any other characters from the original guild come back, we'll be able to rework everyone in.
