At his admonishment, Em shook her head. He could be so embarrassing, and he knew it. She frowned a little at him a little before replying, "I don't think I have anything to ask, though. I'm still soaking it all in. And I'm sure you're a more reliable source of information than Sakiel, anyway. He seemed cold." He reminded her of the stranger she had met in the library, the one who had dragged her into this whole mess, actually, but she wouldn't mention that here. To be honest, she was afraid of her weapon. At this thought, she felt a waver in the back of her mind-- like the reverberations of a laugh through water. She wouldn't be surprised if he was laughing at her, actually. It seemed very much like something the stranger would have done, too.
"He was a polearm when I first received him, with some feathers and beads on it." She glanced around. They were back at the dorms again, and it was getting late. "Do you need to be back at your dorm?" She wasn't sure what kinds of dangers would lurk around a place like this at night.
