I want it's evolution into a Jolteon to have white socked feet, a white muzzle and white tipped ears so I'm thinking that the eevee will look something like what Ive colored and I want its Jolteon eeveelution to look like what I have colored. ^w^ I used some coloring pages I found online to make em. If you could add a thunder bolt mark on his back upper leg/thigh, that would be AWESOME!! Oh, and I would like him to have blue eyes please if that is possible, if not it's cool.

Where the blue turns into black on the front arms(legs) instead of the 'zig-zag' a tribal marking is there (see ref 3)
