Lynx Lynx gave a small nod as she continued to walk, her eyes glimmering. "yes... that's it.." she smiled softly, unaware of the horse sized dragon that was running towards her. From the light is born darkness.

Kochava saw the dragon and immediately put himself between it and Lynx. He didn't know what he'd be able to do against the creature without a weapon, but his upbringing and army training combined to make shielding others almost instinctive.

LynxLynx blinked and peeked over his shoulder, only to start laughing. "Xaene~!" she giggled, stopping the dragon in its tracks. "relax... he's... my pet..." she purred in Kochava's ear before ducking around him to hug the purple scaled beast. From the light is born darkness.

Kochava shivered at the sudden surprise of her breath on his ear. He watched her hugging the dragon, perplexed. "Your pet?" He probably should have expected something like that, but he hadn't.

"i'm friends with tons of beasts like him... and he's only sort of my pet... he comes and goes as he pleases." she grinned and then walked back over and took his hand again.
