"Maybe." What confidence the feline exuded in such dismal situations.
When the two decided they were ready to go, a simple flip of the switch turned the stove off. "Then we're off." A gentle hand reached to take the stick from Xiu and put it back where she found it. It was around that moment that Felix woke up from his daily nap and immediately started following the cat ghoul.
"Felix, I don't think you-" She stopped herself, a genius idea striking her upside the head. "... Actually. C'mere." With a devious grin, Riyo lifted the hazcat up off the floor and temporarily removed a glove with her mouth so that she may unbutton her coat for a moment. What was she doing? Oh, just stuffing her beloved mini in there to use him as a space heater. "There." The nergal looked up at her pitifully as she buttoned most of them back. What the hell was all this for? It was warm in here!
"Alright, lets go." Immediately she headed for the door, turning around to lock it after everyone had exited. "Alright guys. Code red. Lock it down." As if the other cats in the room understood what she said, they all immediately scurried into hiding places. Under beds, in furniture, under pots. Damn.

That was a smart idea, Riyo. Mot now wished he had his FooFoo to stuff into the jacket he wore.
Mot got his boots back on and exited the room, still amazed at the level of control she had over most of the cats. He whistled to show how impressed he was. "Anyway, onward and outward. Hel, Shun and Mitsu are waiting."

Oh! Were they bringing Riyo's mini along? Xiu didn't seem to realize why the bakeneko had stuffed Felix into her jacket--just that he was going to accompany them. She beamed up at the hazcat, and then watched with wonder as the felines all darted off to hide at Riyo's order.
...Wow. Maybe she could ask Riyo for some training tips?
Until then, though, they had better get going. "Okay! Let's go brave the cold!" She sounded surprisingly chipper about this as she head towards the door.

"Yes, onward to our possible deaths!" The ghoul encourage as she turned the key for the final lock and brought up the caboose of their small group.
