River shifted uncomfortably as she narrowed her icy blue hues, her poor baby was not having any luck whatsoever with this opponent. Frozen wings limited his movements and the onslaught of the Rock Smash crippled his senses, barely able to lift his head Lookit let out a tiny, pitiful squeak before rolling the joints of his wings back and forth within the socket of his shoulders in a vain attempt to create enough friction.

That boy had better hoped that she didn't meet him outside in a dark alley. She wanted to rip the smug expression out of his eyes, continuing to rotate his wings in place Lookit squeaked again, he felt as if he was making a bit of a difference in the stability of the ice yet at the same time he felt more and more weakened with each attack the other pokemon directed towards him. Shards of ice dislodged themselves from the pudgeball's body and intimidatingly the winged creature screeched loudly and circled away from where the other pokemon went. Opening his mouth a misty haze settled over the field removing the status changes of both pokemon.

The hit was rather unexpected, of all the underhanded tricks. Ice Beam was one that she completely didn't expect him to use again so soon. "Try to slow him down a bit! Toxic from above!" Looping around in a wide circle after the hit Lookit dove towards the rattata with a growing ball of purple muck gathering in his snout.

((I'm sorry Ane, but there is no way Gangrel is just going to lose to an overweight Zubat without taking it with him. D:<))
Gangrel winced as the poison burned through his veins. The fight was lasting too long - if it kept up, he'd be bested by a zubat - a fat one, no less. He refused to suffer such humiliation! He quickly summoned a star to get above Lookit, dropping down hard to drive them both into the canyon below.

The battle was over but at least it had ended in a draw, lifting up a pokeball the girl with long red hair called for the return of her fallen companion then exhaled noisily through her mouth. "Good match... jackass. Maybe next time your pokemon won't take the wussy way out. Ciao, dude." With that River turned in place then headed towards the exit. Whatever.
