Nobody to relate to Loneliness sets in Everybody but me In animated conversation W A N T // TO // R U N // A W A Y Just after dismissing the boys, it seemed that no one was willing to let the poor rag doll alone. In came trotting a little bird. Trillian, though a sweet little song bird was much too noisy most of the time. Luckily though she was good at remembering to behave in the shop. At least on the first floor. She always only came down for one thing really. Which was confirmed as soon as the sweet thing reported.
Picture books. It was the only way to shut the girl up. So, Rag'Marie was more then pleased to give the girl what she wanted. "One moment dear." Turning around she lifted two large boxes and cut them open with a pocket knife. Peeling back the cardboard flaps she revealed two new shipments of picture books that had yet to be stocked. "Will these do you for a few hours? You may take them up to the second floor if you desire, just remember. Keep them in good care. Or else we wont be able to sell them."
With a friendly reminder Rag'Marie awaited the answer of the bird. She then remembered one other thing. "Though if you go to get breakfast, please keep the books away from the table." There was no need for any disasters to happen. Especially with new merchandise.

My, My Oh What A Wicked ChildYou've Hardly Slept A Wink At All If The blind Fold Keeps Slipping Off Shall I Take Out An Eye Ball Within one of the many rooms on the second floor of Tinker Toy Shop, movement was stirring. A young man with long black hair sat up in his bed. Rubbing his completely white eyes and glancing around the room he seemed to search for something. The room was only lit by a single copper lantern that rested on a side table near a large arm chair. White eyes landed on that chair, and it's occupant.
She was a little smaller then him. Her hair a firery red and her outfit equally so. Her framed eyes wandered the pages of a decaying old book. Her frail looking fingers flipping through each page delicately and dedicatedly. He slid silently out of his bed and slid on the white button up shirt that hung on the side table. Rolling his neck to loosen the muscles he practically slithered over to behind the arm chair and wrapped his arms around the girl. "Eve dear, why haven't you left the room yet? How long have you been awake?" His voice was liquid darkness. Smooth with a baratone tune to it.
Eve finished her page and then turned her rather large eyes to the dark man. They were green, but her left eye was just slightly off colored from her right one. It was hardly noticable unless you stared into her eyes. She reached up to touch his cold hands and leaned her head back. "I wanted to wait for you." Her voice a hypnotic lullaby sound that seemed to pull. Almost pleading for attention. "I hate leaving you alone Hallow." She explained and nuzzled his hand fondly. The action pulled a sharp toothed smile from Hallow.
Taking a few minutes to get ready for the day, it was about ten minutes later when the door open. The two of them left the darkness and closed the door behind them. Hallow stood at six feet tall, where Eve was about five foot eight. It wasn't much of a height difference. But, there were plenty of other differences abou the two. Where one was monocrome the other was brilliantly bright colored. And though they looked different the truth was, they were siblings. At least what they considered siblings.
The odd pair had once been a novelty music box. A gruesome pair dancing to a macabre tune. When the music had stopped forever, the box was thrown out. It's dancing dolls forgotten in a mesh of trash. Like everyone here Tick repaired them. Though later Eve had argued that they weren't toys. Tick's answer was, "You're dolls in a box." And that was all. Eve learned quickly that questioning Tick was like asking a brick why it was a brick. You got no where, very fast.
The two of them, were quiet by nature. Elegant, well mannered, simplistic, and very intelligent. They interacted with many of the other's, though Hallow had an affinity with Muuyo. The two of them shared the slightly grotesque appearance that kept many away from them. Eve spoke rarely and clung to her brother often. She was apprehensive at the best of times, unless you begun speaking about poetry or books. Then she would gladly listen or recite you a tantalizing verse. Her sultry voice was intoxicating normally, but when she was reading it became a black hole devouring the attention of any around her. At least, that's what Hallow would say.
Once in the halls they were met by the aroma of food cooking. Hallow's stomach protested against the smell. He hadn't eaten in awhile and it was apparent. Eve silently giggled before nodding. They made their way towards the kitchen, but on their way they came up to Muse. Who too was wondering the halls. Hallow bowed deeply to the ember eyed man. "A grand morning to you, Muse." Eve bowed her head in response as well and spoke in little above a whisper. "Good morning." Her off eyes flickered over the chess piece in a curious manner. She was taking him apart with her eyes, learning constantly.

Gonna keep the torch burning so the message will last. Rag'Marie dismissed them and they grinned widely. Lluvia reached out and patted the woman's shoulder fondly. She might not seem like the friendliest of people, but the twins figured she had a good reason. No one really knew how long the rag doll had been there, or what had happened to her. All they knew was, she wasn't fond of kids, and she didn't like large crowds. Yet she was always dillegent and friendly to the customers. Well actually to everyone. Trillian came marching in and the twins couldn't help but laugh at her antics. They saluted her and nodded dutifully. "Sergeant Trillian, Good work on keeping up with the new shipments." Arco joked back with her. She was a fun girl to be around. The twins were some of the few that would openly joke back with her. They liked her silly ways. It was fun for them, possibly as much fun as it was for her. Rag'Marie gave the girl two boxes of books and the twins looked at eachother. Lluvia was the first to speak. "Trill, would you like us to help you carry those upstairs?" "Then we could all three get breakfast together." They both tilted their heads to the right lightly. It was a rather odd picture seeing as they did it at the same exact time. But in a way it was also attractive. The way their hair gently moved when they tilted their heads, and the soft smiles that touched their lips. They were bishi and they knew it! See that land where the sky begins, that's where we'll go. When the road disappears on us that's how we'll know.
They say life reads better than the magazines When the phone's dumb and work's a bust and talk is cheap. Drive away till you find a new dayTrill smiled brightly as Arco joked back. It was always more fun when the others joined in. As Rag'Marie told her to wait, she bounced lightly on her toes hoping that there were picture books to be had. Luck was with her, it seemed. Heavenly light shined down and angelic chorus rang when not one, but two whole boxes of glorious picture books were produced. She listened with rapt attention to the rag doll's warnings, nodding enthusiastically. "I promise, I'll be careful! Because what if there is someone like me who wants a book and can't get one because someone like me wasn't careful and broke it and--" Trill had this feeling like she was about to keep rambling on, and she didn't want to annoy Rag'Marie enough that she didn't let Trill have the books. So, she clamped her hands over her mouth, took a deep breath and mumbled a shy. "Sorry.... I'm babbling..."Her shyness didn't last long as Arco and Lluvia offered to help carry the boxes and have breakfast. Because of Trill's light weight, carrying the packed boxes was often precarious. She giggled as the two moved in tandem. She was always amazed when the two of them could do the same thing at the same time with no warning. "Okay! I'll help too!" She chirped. Trill tried to lift one of the boxes, but as she had thought it didn't budge. So instead she scooped up a few of the books from the box and hugged them to her chest. As she turned back around, she made an attempt to salute Rag'Marie again, but she didn't want to drop the books. She settled for bowing and offering a heartfelt, "Thank you again, Commander Rag'Marie!"She once again began marching, leading the way back up the stairs. "Make way, make way for Sergeant Trill! If you drop the books, you foot the bill!" she rhymed. "Follow your nose to find some food! Delicious! Nutritious! It does us good!"

What there hangs in the tree? ‘Tis not but your own humanity Hang the Man, hang the Beast! Hang him out for the Devil’s feast ♠♠♠ ⊱ Muse ⊰ ♠♠♠ Muse turned to the two, the morosely seeming pair. The colouring of the duo left no question that they were kith, in a roundabout thought. “Begin the hours of this day slow. Make the day seem to us less brief. Hearts not averse to being beguiled, Beguile us in the way you know." He nodded in greeting to Hollow and Eve. Muse was dressed in loose black jeans that were held up with a silver buckled belt, and a black t-shirt under a hoodie that was grey with a simple set of white lettering along the left sleeve and checked with simple lilac on the hood. The lettering was set into two columns which started on the first line with 1. e4 e5, followed by 2. f4 exf4 on the second line, 3. Bc4 Qh4+ on the third, finally finishing with 21. Nxg7+ Kd8 22. Qf6+! Nxf6 23. Be7# 1-0 on the last three lines. All of the clothing was slightly disheveled from him sleeping in it, but on him seemed to match better than had they been fresh.

X T R E Y X X X T U R N E R X X T I C KNow that he was more awake. Thanks to the coffee he'd devoured. He was hungry. Trey was one of those guys who woke up and was starving. He never actually woke up just to eat, but sometime he thought about waking up every few hours just so he could eat. He didn't like being hungry, it was extremely unpleasent. But, since Muuyo was cooking breakfast for every, he figured it would be okay to wait a little. With a snack of course. So he went to the fridge, grabbed the cream cheese, and made himself an everything bagel with cream cheese on it. Taking a napkin as well he leaned again the counter and began to munch. He was standing close to Muuyo now so he took this opportunity to look over the jack-in-the-box. Muuyo was the seccond oldest member of this -family-. He was the seccond toy that Trey had repaired. Who was the first? Easy, Rag'Marie. She was the oldest amongst the toys. But, she didn't like to talk about it. Trey couldn't blame her. Looking back to Muuyo he watched the odd toy work. "Ey, Muuyo! I want you to teach some of the toys how to do the chores to." He more or less commanded, or at least that's what it sounded like. "I'm gonna go down stairs, call me when foods ready." With that he disappeared to go to the store.

Nobody to relate to Loneliness sets in Everybody but me In animated conversation W A N T // TO // R U N // A W A Y Trillian was a good soul and Rag'Marie trusted her not to damage the books. Well that and she trusted Tick to pay for them if they did get ruined. He was fairly good at that. Hell he spoiled the toys...that or he was just scared of Rag'Marie if he didn't take care of the bill for Trill. So either way it would be taken care of. That and Lluvia and Arco were going to help the girl carry the books. So she new if nothing else they'd make it up the stairs in one piece.
"Speak of the devil and he shall appear." She mumbled under her breath as the mult-colored man came down to check on the store. He did that now and then. Though judging by the bagel in his hand she could tell he was still waiting for breakfast. Truthfully he was supposed to be running the store, but he was often times too tardy with it so she took that job on her own. Though Tick was good at coming down during rush hours and helping her. Or sometimes even relieving her of the duty for the night.
Rag'Marie's expression shifted to a small smile when a young boy and his mother came up to the counter to purchase a toy. After checking them out she waved with almost limp motion to them. The boy smiling and hugging his mother's arm. If there was one thing about this job that the woman didn't mind, it was that she loved to see the children's smiles.

My, My Oh What A Wicked ChildYou've Hardly Slept A Wink At All If The blind Fold Keeps Slipping Off Shall I Take Out An Eye Ball The odd young man noticed them and spoke up. The only thing that was really odd about him was his speech patterns. Though of course Eve found the poetic pattern predictively pleasing. She had a thing for poetry after all and hearing it was just as pleasing as reading it. Hallow enjoyed it merely because it sounded so formal and propper. Well that and the fact it made his sister smile so brightly in the presence of another. Not an easy feat at all.
"All in the golden afternoon isurely we glide:For both our oars, with little skill, by little arms are plied, While little hands make vain pretence, our wanderings to guide." She recited in response with hypnotic tones and stirring in her voice. Time seemed to slow and the room grew a small warmth. Hollow merely smiled warmly and nodded his head lightly. "True, it's afternoon now instead of morning." It seemed her brother understood that while she was returning the greeting she was also correcting Muse about the time. Hollow was well and good at understanding her meanings by now. Though even he found her voice irresistable to listen to.
Eve chuckled warmly and nodded once. Her arm snaking around her brothers as she leaned her head against his shoulder. His completely white eyes made it a little hard to know exactly where he was looking. Yet there was a weight to his gaze at the same time. Giving the vague impression that he was looking towards Muse more then his sister. "I hope you slept well. Do you have any plans for this evening?" Hollow asked with a light tilt of his head. Most of the toys had hobbies and such, or they helped out at the store.
Even liked to read most of the day. Hollow gave music lessons to the toys that wished to learn. Though if no one wanted a class that day he could be found in the library that took place of a bedroom for them, with his sister. Though Hollow enjoyed going for walks in the day time, he wasn't allowed to do so as much as he'd like. His appearances made it a little difficult. Yet Eve seemed to always talk Tick into letting them and some of the other toys go out together. Buddy system and all.

Hang him out for the Devil’s feast ♠♠♠ ⊱ Muse ⊰ ♠♠♠ Muse nodded in acquiescence to the mention of the time, a wry smirk on his face. He then seemed to contemplate the question for a moment then shrugged. “To wander alone when the moon, faintly beaming. With glimmering lustre, darts thro' the dark shade, Where owls seek for covert, and nightbirds complaining Add sound to the horror that darkens the glade." He smiled a bit as he said this, for few people really were up to, as Tick kindly put it, "Playing along" with him. "Come walk with me, come walk with me; We were not once so few But Death has stolen our company As sunshine steals the dew." he held out his hand and beckoned the pair "Where do we begin when the road traverse is so many? Where do we end when the ends seem to be many? We walk only to see many ends as another beginning.

My, My Oh What A Wicked ChildYou've Hardly Slept A Wink At All If The blind Fold Keeps Slipping Off Shall I Take Out An Eye Ball Where Hollow had a thoughtful smile to the young man's words; Eve was brimming with quiet wonder. She seemed to only take a moment to contemplate her response to his words. Understanding them was simple, however to find the propper response was cruel fate for one such as her. It was difficult to find the suited verse and risk a jealous line. She sighed within her mind as words fluttered back and forth with furied frenzy. Hollow in that time came to his conclusion and nodded his head. "I see. That is most unfortunate. It seems that here one either sleeps near to not, or prefers to rarely wake." That seemed to be the deciding factor for Eve.
"Saying that now you are not as you were. When you had changed from the one who was all to me, But as at first, when our day was fair." She looked from her brother to Muse and then nodded lightly. "As one may row amongst the clouds, with tooth and nail to fight the crowds. Of creature, beast, and fairies feast. 'Tis truly galant the eastern sun. That pulls and frees the little'uns."
As he beckoned to them Eve's smile softened to hardly a smile. She spoke with cool precision. "O contemplate the heavens! Whenas the vein-drawn day dies pale, In every season, every place, gaze through their every veil? With love that has not speech for need! Beneath their solemn beauty is a mystery infinite: If winter hue them like a pall, or if the summer night Fantasy them starre brede." Then she looked at Hollow who seemed to grin with Cheshire intent. He had come up with an idea and cleared his throat ever so slightly. Then with a wave of his hand in the direction of the kitchen he too recited a poem. Though not as lovely or refined, it's humor was delicately defined. "Beautiful Soup! Who cares for fish, Game, or any other dish? Who would not give all else for two. Pennyworth only of Beautiful Soup?"

Tinker Toy was boring during most of the daylight hours. Unless you enjoyed listening to brats of all ages. Which to be honest Férfi wasn't. In fact she was a bit annoyed by it. Well actually there was no bit about it. Férfi just didn't like to listen to humans. She was bitter and angry. A newer toy brought to life by Tick, and not to happy about it all really. Tick had gotten punched hard enough to send him out of the room. Meanwhile she'd learned that there was no way back. Férfi had gone from a precious, priceless doll to a human....and now she was stuck like this. Though it was more then obvious she was more annoyed at the fact of being a human. The reason she was ticked off was because of the situation in which she came into Tick's possesion.
Férfi hadn't even been sold or found, she'd just been given away. Her family had just handed her over without a price. For the first month she just yelled a lot and hid out in her room. She tried running away once, but wound up coming back after Tick had found her again. Now she just ignored the customers, spoke to Tick, and listened to music. She had a tendency to snap at people and act like a wounded dog. But, that was just who she was. No one ever said toys had to be sweet.
Then again it was a bad idea to call her a toy. She was an antique decorum. Or at least that's what she said. Just don't ask for her actual age, you might get tossed out a window. To be honest it was best just to be careful around her. No matter what you said there was a chance of Férfi snapping. She had a very short temper. Of course she didn't keep her doll clothes, Férfi quickly changed into something a little more modern.
Currently she was walking into the shop from out back. She'd been sitting out there for a few hours now. Just losing herself in her music. The large headphones blared it almost constantly. "Mi van, Raggie?" Férfi spoke to the rag doll in passing. She had a tendency to speak with her owners language from time to time. Not really caring if anyone understood her or not. She was heading towards the stairs but stopped to let Tick down first. "Ez él. When did you crawl out of your coffin?"

Trill waved quickly, then caught herself before she dropped any of the precious books in her hands. Stopping briefly to make sure her grip was still good, she heard conversation coming from another hallway. Leaning around the corner on one foot she spotted Hallow, Eve, and Muse. It seemed the three had just gotten up and around as well. Apparently the scene was enough to distract Trill from her momentary goal of food. She trotted down the hallway catching the tail end of Hallow's speech about soup. Trill slowed down and tilted her head to the side in confusion. "I don't have a penny or anything... but I bet if we ask Muuyo, he'd make some soup for you..." Trill seemed to think about this for a moment. Whenever Muse was involved, Trill always seemed to have to think about things more than usual. She liked to listen when he did speak, but she never seemed to understand why he said things in the most complicated way ever. Her thinking finally came up with a solution. "Oh! It must be a game!" She thought a bit more then spoke again. "Forward, dear Friends, to fetch some food. Muuyo makes most things for most moods!"And with that she spun around and danced lightly back down the hall. Back at the crossroads and called back to the trio, "Ready or not, get it while it's hot!"

I'm You're Little Bunny BabyCreepy, Cute, and maybe... You'll Make Me Your New Bunny Baby. A lot of people came into the kitche, Trill, Tick, and then they all left. Well everyone except Baby, Nori, and Muyo. They were all still in there. Baby was glad that Muyo knew how to cook, and she really liked his cooking. Others said he looked scary. Baby didn't think so. Niether did Nori. But, Nori and Baby were zombie bunnies...so it kind made sense. She simply sat there for a few minutes and then suddenly bounced off and went to sit on the counter closer to the jack an the box. Tick had demanded something odd and it seemed to bother the odd clownish man. Baby tilted her head and reached out a hand to pat his shoulder. "Baby would like to learn too. Then she can help you in the kitchen."

Nobody to relate to Loneliness sets in Everybody but me In animated conversation W A N T // TO // R U N // A W A Y It seemed devils were popping up like daisies. First Tick and then Ferfi. The doll was a bit rough around the edges, but it wasn't anything Rag'Marie hadn't dealt with. The rag doll was kind alike a veteran when it came to dealing with other toys. Tick seemed a bit out of it still, however Ferfi did greet her. So she waved lightly and offered a small half smile.
"Same as always, same as always." The store was slowing down. So while the other doll went to talk to Tick Rag'Marie went to the door and put a Closed For An Hour sign up. It gave her time to go get something to drink and check up on everyone else. Meanwhile the store would remain empty and she wouldn't have to worry about it.
Heading towards the stairs she moved past the duo and towards the kitchen. She could hear the voices of others moving around. But, she wasn't to interested in joining the crowd. Instead she went straight to the kitchen and to the fridge. Norie and Baby were there with Muyo. Rag'Marie bowed her head to them and got a bottle of juice from the fridge. She wasn't a great cook, but she could make simple things. Muyo was practically gourmet in comparison.

They passed Tick and made it up cautiously. After all they had to listen to their leader's warning. Plus it would be terribly inconvenient if Rag'Marie became cross with them. It would end extremely badly. So they were very careful with their precious cargo...of picture books. Trill was a darling, she was a weakling, but it was cute. So the boys were terribly happy to help and play along with her. She was somewhat of a little sister figure to them and they enjoyed their time with her greatly. It was all they could do, but follow her down the halls. Trill stumbled upon more subordinates and the twins grinned broadly at her attempt to join in with the poetry trio. Though it was odd to see Hallow getting into it too. Though it seemed everyone had the same idea. Breakfast. Even Rag'Marie came up the stairs not long after and headed straight to the kitchen. Lluvia guessed it was just to get a drink. Arco figured it possible she was hungry again. However they waited for their leader to find out.
