iced_foxicle I'm 14 and lost my virginity a couple months ago. I don't feel bad about it. My issue is though the people that don't understand and label me as a slut. In the dictionary it says that a slut is a promiscuos (sp?) woman or a prostitute. I don't think sleeping with one person qualifies you as a slut. The other week I was on a fishing chat and someone asked if I was a virgin. I said no and I got bombarded by hate mail from some, excuse my bluntness, old-schooled little Christian girl that needs a slap in the face with reality. The guy I lost my virginity to is one of my childhood friends. We decided to give our virginity to each other after the first year of going out. We have safe sex always and we love each other more then we love life itself. Yet when little girls like the one mentioned above ask that stupid question, I get messages like this: "OMG! U SLUT! I can't believe u did that! ur a dirty whore!" I feel like loosing your virginity is a wonderful thing as long as you are ready for it. I just get frustrated by those who like to make you feel bad about it. yay someone like me! thank you! xd I am no prostiDUDE I am a man.. with a very loving woman by his side biggrin

I'm scared of losing mine. I'm 19 years old and still a virgin. All the he said/she said rumors and the slut comments and the hate mail that I hear people talking about. I don't want that. The last time I was infatuated with a boy was the 8th grade and now I'm going into college.. well I'm supposed to be I'm avoiding that like the plague too. I mean. I want to lose my virginity. I want to feel that pleasure and to be able to trust someone with my body like that. I want to feel that. But I'm so paranoid about the rest of this f'in nosey world who can't keep to their own f'in business that it's ruining it for me. I'm scared to trust anyone. Especially that much. It's getting to a point now, where I'm being told or suggested, even by my parents, to go out and get laid. My mother even suggested casual sex with a friend to help break me out of my fear. How many slut comments do you think THAT kind of action will earn me >_>? Somebody The people's reaction to sex between different age-groups: 12- omfg baby rape!!!! 13-14 - those slutty teens!!! WTF! 15 - doing better sweetie, but you should've waited longer 16 - okay, I'm letting go of you as a baby and respecting you as an adult. but please try to wait longer 17 - good job waiting, yur in the safe zone to go forth to pleasure. 18 - it's about time you went out and got laid, just like the rest of us have prolly done by this age 19 - omfg WHY are you still a virgin?! get laid dangit! 20+ - omg O.O ewwww 20 year old virgin >_> must be something wrong with you If this is honestly how the world feels, I am not impressed.

"I'm a virgin. I have never had a girlfriend in m life, so I can already tell that I am going to lose my virginity a long time from now. I am 13 turning 14 this Dec. And I'm the same as Scooter. I want to loose my virginity, but.. I'm kinda scared I might mess up and hurt my partner."

Im still a virgin but i dont label myself with it, its not something that really concerns me, i dont really have a 'sex drive' i think if it happens its just cus i feel like it and it wont be as much of a deal as others might find. I suppose its because i never thought of sex as something that was very appealing or desirable or even something to worry about.

Yuh, virgin here. Maybe I'm old fashion but I expect myself to have my first time to whom I am married to. zerlask Im 13 and im still a virgin, but don't you guys worry about aids and all different kinds of diseases? question I was always confused of that myself. Like, they say not to have sex young 'cause you can get HIV..then AIDS and whatnot. But, that would make it seem that when you're body stops growin and you're an adult, there's no risk o.o Confuuuuuuusin.

Takayuki Mazogawa "I'm a virgin. I have never had a girlfriend in m life, so I can already tell that I am going to lose my virginity a long time from now." Same here, except I'm already 16. sad I'm also with Yugito. As I was reading her post, I was going... "Wtf? no one's going to label you a slut if you have sex at that age." Though I'm 16, I'll be 17 in no time, which according to that quote means it's okay to have sex ( mad d @ chart) and no matter how much I want to have sex, and how it doesn't seem to be a big deal to me, it IS a big deal to me. Subconsciously, I do automatically label sexually active people my age to be sluts. I know it's wrong, and when I give it actual thought, I'm disgusted at myself for being such a moron. But that shows how strong your subconscious self is. It's probably not that you're afraid of what other people will think if you have sex (that's only part of it). You're afraid that your self-respect will go poof. So I'm dealing with the same thing. And about STDs. I'd figure that adults usually have more STD's than teens. If you decide to have sex, I don't think you should be worried about as much as if you were an adult deciding to have sex. (Though either way you should get tested first, right?)

Prince Nathan Ever wonder why people use the term "lose your virginity?" Why does everyone keep on saying that you "lose" your virginity... It doesn't make too much sense. I mean, alot of people "give" it per-se, and losing usually refers to misplacing, or losing something physical. Anyone care to discuss why the vitginity is "lost?" i been wondering that too. my gf and i always say that we gave our virginity away. not lose it.

Erndg_1548 I lost it and it was unprotected and now i feel bad because she is now sleeping around and i think its my fault...Is it?? first of all, no, its not your fault. please do not put other people's negative actions among yourself. you may have had unprotected sex but as long as there were no unexpected pregnancies there is nothing wrong you have done. please to all of you, remember to have protected sex to prevent unexpected teen pregnancies. on the other hand, it doesn't matter what age you lose your virginity. you are in no way slutty if you lose it at an early age. but, make sure both you and your partner are ready. you don't need any pressure of someone pushing you into it. honestly, i am a virgin myself because i am planning to wait until i am married. i am a very religious person so its only my oppinion. all i ask you is to keep it safe.
