They screw with your brain, man! xp I swear they do...And they don't really always make you happier or happy. It just makes more of the chemicals in your body that make you have a happy feeling. It's better to realize that yeah, there are problems and horrible things but killing yourself is just gonna make everyone else depressed and they will all think it was their fault that you were so depressed...Ugh! AGH! To much wordage for me! Going into brain farts!

I feel they are useless.
There are other ways besides pills, and such.
Love helped me. I used to be totaly evil, I burned things, killed smaal creatures, sadistic s**t like that. But then I allowed myself to get to know the girl I was intrested in, and still dating.
But until I met her, I forced myself to feign happieness around my family. They had enough s**t to deal with so I hid it, and I still do.
I'm not over everything, but it helped.

some of them if your depressed they make you suicidal.. a docter well siciatrist.. told me so I'm good with not taking them... plus if your bi-polor, like me, they make it worse... and I learned that the hard way... then again if they work its good but theres a higher posibility that they will make things worse before they make them better...

hey velociraptor! yup, its me... actually as much as people say anti-depressants dont work, they actually worked for me. like the majority of people i was totally against it cause i saw it as a crutch, an easy way out. so i tried to just deal with it on my own but...sadly that didnt work. so i said "why not try it." and the shrink told me that i wouldn't have to be on it my whole life or anything like that. i used it for awhile and...it worked, amazing i know. but yeh eventually my life and stuff got better so i just stopped taking it and i am doing good now. yup, its all good. oh and i took zoloft, if that means anything to anyone... well catch ya later veloci!

zoloft is okies it doesnt have the harful suicide percaution.. but its paxil and prilasac

yeh...zoloft actually didnt do anything weird to me, side effect wise. i just realized it made me tired so i took it before i went to bed then.

But I also was diagnosed with bi-polar syndrome DDDx It sucks...b ut after I have been taking the medicine it makes me notice it more, and I've learned to try and force myself to keep with one mood. It doesnt really work though. One minute Im happy- go lucky the next Im crying. So eh *shrug* It's weird. 0_o
