I remembered I joined when Aquatica came out as a MC because I thought it was cool, so I had to go through the collectable museum to find when. April 2007. I joined cause my old boyfriend wanted me to so we could hang in the town together.

July 2003.
A friend gifted me angelic mini wings for my birthday and I didn't want to take them 'cause they were super expensive.
They were 3K gold.
The site had horrible glitches. The running joke was when anything broke on the site (or the site just wouldn't load) Lanzer tripped over a cord.. or tried to code something and broke it... xD
And roll backs. ******** roll backs. Think of a video game where you saved your game then played for an hour or several.. but then everything was reset back to your last save. Infuriating.

My sis wanted me to join so that we could spend more time together. I started playing and it was so awesome that I never stopped. Well...I stopped when I got hacked in 08. Then I came back in 09 after my sis gave me one of her spare accounts.

I joined in 2004. Back when the URL was go-gaia.com, no games, monthly collectables were called donation items (or something like that), and everyone started off with peasant clothes. My friend from high school showed me the site.

I think it was 2006. Maybe 2005. Back when the prices of Monthly Collectibles were pretty much static and I could name the price of any of them.
