Vanna felt terrible for Jerry's weapon not being given its moment to shine. Either that or the bazooka had a thing against hitting ghouls. No one ever considers it's possible that Before's escaped damage because of his skill. Haaaaahahahahahaha!!!!

The thought of the Good Doctor singing made Jerry freeze for a moment, the idea making his brain hurt just a bit. "He... he does?" He took that moment to recover, swinging Roar up in a frantic shot that wasn't necessarily well aimed, "Do you think he'd be interested??"

Before may have neglected to mention that Dr. H had been on JOY at the time of singing. He was about to share this fact when Roar cut him off. And nearly cut off his nose in the process. Righteous fury filled Vanna and it seemed to add that extra oomph for when Before slammed the large wheel into Jerry.

"I should talk to him about joining!!" Jerry had a fresh glimmer in his eye, even as he staggered backward from the fresh blunt blow of the wheel. It gave him just enough opportunity to actually *aim* this time, firing the cannon's blast directly at Before's chest.

Before barely let out an eep when the blast caught dead center. Vanna's FEAR shield absorbed most of the damage but he was still sent flying. It also knocked his shoes off and one of them went flying right at Jerry's face. xAx!!!!

Hoshiii- Jerry fumbled backward, away from the sudden blow before it knocked his head clear off his shoulders. Unfortuately, it sent Roar's ready-to-burst explosion erupting straight in the air- or rather, fortunately for Before.

Coughing, Before slowly sat up and shook his head, his vision clearing in time to witness what would have created a hole where his chest used to be shoot up into the sky ;n; thank goodness for that bit of luck!
Vanna mentally nudged Before, Let's show them what we've got. a face wrought from metal grinned in the back of Before's mind as the wheel suddenly enlarged.

Before went soaring at that follow up blast. If he hadn't been so hopped up on JOY he would have been liable to just stay down. But no, Vanna was egging him on to GET UP, SILLY BEFORE!!! WE'RE NOT DONE YEEEEEET!!! And the sheer enthusiasm his partner had prompted him to charge at Jerry, he came out swinging the wheel like she weighed no more than a feather. Except upon impact, Jerry will find she was very much not light as a feather.

Jerry saw a blur of movement swinging towards him at warp speed, and the world seemed to digress into slow motion.
Roar was lifted.
There was a flash of light.
The wheel spun towards his nose.
He heard the slow crack of Roar exploding.
His vision went white.
An determinable amount of time involving a buzzing in his ears.
And then he was suddenly laying on his back in the grass, feeling quite dazed.

Through the pain that blurred his eyes, JOY kept pushing him back onto his feet. Well, JOY and Vanna's collective efforts that is. When teal eyes saw Jerry lying down, rather than offering the Sunnie a hand, Vanna suggested doing a belly flop right on top of Jerry was... a surprisingly wonderful, brilliant, and enjoyable idea. And so he did.
Jerry should expect an apology gift from Before in the future for having gone overboard :<<<<<<< also it will double as a thank you gift for recruiting him into the choir <33333
