"Good to know. I don't really have that sort of time right now though...maybe during Break." But probably not; Colin was typically a very busy sort of guy that didn't get to check out a lot of TV (not that he didn't
want to watch certain shows - old or new - but with his dance career, school and family...he didn't have
too much extra time. Add into that his newly-acquired duties as a protector of the people of Earth and you had a recipe for never watching TV!
Sorrin was cleaning up some greasy spots, which Colin took as a sign that he was nearly done; he stretched a little bit and watched his companion for a moment instead of the bike and work that was being done on the bike. "Thank you
so much, you're really saving my a**. It takes
way too long to get around without this guy." The blond's face lit up in a broad, grateful smile. "I'll try to remember to keep up with it a little more...but if I get in a pinch again, can I call you?" Or text or email or whatever - it was
way nicer having someone that he thought was decent that he could call, rather than having to rely on yet another Craig's List advertisement that might get him a serial killer just as likely as a nice-guy!
Colin reached over and patted his bike fondly before fishing out his wallet so he could pay Sorrin the fifty dollar fee they'd agreed upon at the start, "Don't worry girl, I'll take care of you. No spending the rainy season with Mom anymore." It was his mother that had caused his bike to nearly rust to death in the first place! "Thanks again man, you really ARE good at this sort of thing, aren't you?"
