Unfortunately, the attack missed. The Tauros was surprisingly quick despite his size, and the sudden loss of paralysis seemed to spur it into even quicker motion. Before all four of Erebos' paws could touch earth again, he was hit with a beam of ice and frozen cold.

Rush didnt care if his attack would un-freeze his opponent and sent another blast of flame hurtling towards Erebos.

Despite the strength of the attack, it did not melt the ice, surprisingly. But it didn't mean Erebos was safe from it, either, and his burns began to pain him even more. At the very least, he was glad he was frozen from crying out too loudly, for he was sure it would disappoint his trainer.

Rush was pleased to see that the ice held but had no intention of letting up. Rush released rolling waves of fire, useing Incinerate

((FFN replied here. O: If you want, we can go back a bit, then fast forward to here? XD It would require:
1. You choosing a different attack to use and rolling for it.
2. Me adding the 150 Burn Damage + the damage from above.
3. Erebos getting in the two moves he lost with freeze.
4. Something I missed?

Erebos broke out of the ice, extremely wary of heat now. Bristling, his expression dark and his appearance that of a mange-stricken cat, he leapt to the side in safety before retaliating with Cross Chop.

Erebos was not so quick with dodging now. The fire pained him, but every burn he felt was a dull, insistent throbbing now, and he forced it into the back of his mind. Sticking close to the Tauros' flank, he used Cross Chop once again, playing with the bull's weakness as it did to his own.

Erebos took the attack as best as he could, refusing to separate himself any farther. When it passed, he tried another Cross Chop, although he was desperately weakened now, and struggled to stay on his feet.

Rush stumbled backwards but got away quickly enough for the attack to pass harmlessly through the air. He reared then brought his hooves down again intimidatingly and shot what would hopefully be the last fire blast at the Lucario

Erebos was too fatigued to dodge the blast, no matter how hard he tried. He stumbled to the side, but was hit regardless, and when he fell, he made no signs of getting back up.
"Wow," Genesis said, approaching the field with a smile once the platform had lowered. "Good battle!"
Although she did not like seeing her most powerful Pokémon easily defeated, she did enjoy the show of strength she had seen. Flint's Rush was definitely much more experienced than his Emolga.
"Thanks for that; we'll have to do it again some time," she said, offering a shake with one hand while retrieving Erebos into his Poké Ball with the other. She knew he wouldn't like it when he woke up, but she sure as hell wasn't going to carry his charred a** around.

Flint walked out to meet her on the field and nodded " that was a great battle! i agree, a rematch would be great sometime" he replied shaking her hand. Rush was looking very triumphant, the Lucario had put up a good fight and it had Rush's respect for that. Flint placed a hand on Rush's neck " well ill see you around, gotta get this guy healed up before our next match" he said and waved before turning around and exiting the stadium
