He kept his paws around her wrist, making sure not to use his claws, and started to eat the snack. It was very sweet and usually he was in the mood for something savory, but food was food and beggars could not be choosers. At least this food didn't involve catching it or trees. He tried to work his tiny mouth and sharp teeth into gnawing the pieces he could, chewing on the corners. He wished he was human now just for a bigger mouth.
As he licked his lips, he looked back up to her as if she had said something really horrible and mean - which she did. "You'd take it back?" His grip on her arm got a tad tighter as he refused to let her take the treat away. She gave it. It was his now. "Don't..............please." His ears dropped as he tried to eat another piece before she stole his treat away.

Hug-bell didn't move to take it back, she was rubbing his back softly as he ate, "Since you said please I won't." She assured him as he ate, "You just have to remember your manors."
She smiled, "It's good to be polite, wouldn't your parents be mad if you forgot them?" Hug-bell tilted her head as she watched Wolfy, she knew her mom got onto her when she forgot to say please.
"I mean after all, if I needed help and if you where the one that could help me I'd ask you and made sure I said please." She added with a nod.

And there was the petting. Why did petting feel so nice? It was just a hand, but it was warm and she was brushing it the right way. Settling in her lap, he continued to eat, trying to find what angle best to eat the snack, and making progress. He might have been eating a bit to fast, but he didn't want her to change her mind and take the treat away.
As he licked his lips again between a bite, his ears went back at the mention of his mother. He missed her, and the topic was sensitive. "Yeah....she would. Sorry. You're...parents taught you right."
He then finally tore his full focus on the treat to her. "Your parents would probably like it if you stayed home. You shouldn't be fighting. The senshi shouldn't have made you one this young." Despite the fact that he would harm a chibi senshi if he had to, he didn't like the idea. Maybe in this situation, he wanted to at least say, if it ever came to him having to take her starseed, that he at least warned her. Gave her that chance.
And then he was distracted again, closing his eyes as she petted him. A low, rolling noise started in his chest.

She watched him eat the treat, "Don't get a tummy ache 'cause you ate too fast, okay? I have more food if you're that hungry." She didn't want him getting sick for eating too fast.
She nodded as his hears went back and he agreed about his mother would be mad. She paused however, when he started talking about she shouldn't be fighting. She shook her head, "I don't normally go out looking for a fight though." She said softly looking at him, "I believe we can make peace somehow, I'll fight if I have to but I'd rather make friends."
She admitted, "It's what I wanted wanted to do when I first meet you. But you were a bit...." She paused, "Mad at the older senshi." She listened as he purred, smiling and continuing to rub him eventually moving her hand to scratch under his chain for a second. "I don't think we're really suppose to fight at all, but to find a way we can all get along. Though I know not everyone believes that..." With that she fell quite with a frown, still rubbing him thoughtfully.

Wolframite finished his treat, licking the girl's fingers clean as he then started to clean his face, very full for such a small treat. There was only so much sugar he could eat after all, but food was food and he wasn't complaining. He might get a stomach ache later on though. As she talked, his tail twitched. "Your older senshi hurt my friends in a very bad way. They also killed a few of them right before my eyes. You may not believe me, but it's true. You are in a war. People are getting hurt. I got hurt plenty of times. I lost my eye to this war. You will get hurt and you could loose anything in this battle. Those around you will get hurt. In the end, you have to decide what side you will get hurt for or just decide not to fight and stay at home where you are safe. Just because someone told you are a senshi doesn't mean you don't have the choice to just continue your life."
He turned his head, feeling way too relaxed now that she was petting under his chin. "If you want to be safe, you could join our side. That is the only way I could protect you. To be your friend. If you are on their side, I cannot give you a free pass. You fight for them, and in the war, that means you die for their cause. That's how this works. I will not enjoy it, but if it means you will hurt my friends, well....." He turned his head some more and then set a paw up on her hand. He was purring again. She just knew the best parts to pet.

"No I believe you." She said with a nod, "I know many others that do not agree with those that did that. I am still looking for them." She said to him looking at him, her yellow eyes were stern in this notion. "I will talk to them."
She frowned, as he listened to him, "And what of the other chibis? The older senshi also don't agree with us fighting but, you know how stubborn us kids can be." She looked at Wolfy, "They have to have someone to keep them from straying into killing others." She told him. "So if I stop being a senshi, who will keep them from turning on you? I'm positive this war can be stopped without actually having to kill anyone, no matter what anyone else thinks."
She paused something seemed to spark in her mind, "I will do my best not to hurt any of your friends... But, all of you need to stop dragging children into this, you shouldn't use them for energy draining if you want us chibis to stop fighting. That's another reason why I continue to be a sailor scout."
The child was looking out across the way scratching behind his ears again. She wasn't answering him on the joining their side, in fact while she knew it was possible for older senshi, wouldn't it have already happened for the younger ones if it was possible?

He turned his head, continuing to melt under the indulgence of kitty scritches, and continued to purr loudly. A bit too loudly that he was starting to feel embarrassed. Still, it didn't seem he could mute himself. The noise just - happened!
"I don't plan on taking energy from children anyways. I found it distasteful to begin with, but you have to agree, you all are very energetic." He said with a simple statement of observation. It was the only reason he went after them. He wanted a lot of energy and kids getting sick was just natural. Of course he never meant to hurt any to the point of killing them. "The fleas were set to leave before any injuries were to happen. That's why they were small." They could only carry so much after all.
He rolled over in her lap, paws up as he curled in her lap. "That's a nice dream you have, but there has already been killing. It's hard to forget. I don't need your protection, Hugbell. Worry about yourself. Some of my side might not kill you for personal morals but others won't. I'd hate to see a kid cut down early."
And then Wolframite started to nuzzle his cheek against her hand, enjoying himself too much. It was hard to concentrate on death and peace when he was getting petted.

Hug-bell smiled as Wolfy continued to purr loudly. She nodded, "Well it's good you weren't trying to kill anyone. But making a lot of kids sick in a short amount of time and closing school isn't good either." She said softly looking at him almost sternly.
She nodded, "I know there has been killing Wolfy, but I know I can keep the other chibis from ever wanting to kill." Her yellow eyes watched him as he said worry about yourself.
"You're side is like a family right?" The child watched him, "My side, and the chibis on my side; need to be like a family too and see why we can't do what some of the older senshi have already done."
She paused, "You've already tried." The child added to make a point, she knew what they were willing to do, she could also tell who wouldn't normally try to kill them either. She continued to pet him despite the fact she was pointing out how mean he'd first been to her.

Despite what they were talking about, and the clear understanding they had families and their side to protect at the cost of killing the other side at any chance, Wolframite continued to accept the petting.
"You're rather bright for a kid. Sad you have to know it though." He looked up at her. Poor little girl. Having to know about killing and protecting a family when she should have been the one being protected and only knowing about death in horrible Disney movies.
He turned, and very slowly, rose up to nuzzle under her neck. "I know it's a sad state of things, but we protect our own. Sadly, that means we have to fight against the others. Remember, if any member on your side wants to join us, we will accept you and not harm you. That is always an option." He said this out of kindness to her, and hoped that, if she did take it, they could simple corrupt her and then send her home, as they in no way needed to have a child fighting any battles. The Negaverse at least had that sense of dignity and respect.

"Aren't kids always smarter than they seem?" She asked curiously; they had that show with are you smarter than a fifth grader. Obviously there was something to being a kid more than just being cute. Despite what others thought at least.
She frowned and pulled the negaverse kitty into a hug. She didn't know what to say to that without getting herself roped into something she didn't want. "Thank you, Wolframite." She said after a bit, "For now I think I need to try and keep an eye on the other children on my side. But if there was ever a good enough reason to come to your side I'd let you know."
She was watching him, "I just don't feel like it's the right thing to do... Not since you go after people that don't have powers and steal from them. Especially the ones that haven't done anything wrong." Hug-bell paused, "If you guys were after people that steal and hurt others instead of after kids... it might be different."
"I mean we're like the power rangers and Rita Repulsa, as it is now." She wasn't sure if he watched power rangers. "Tell you what though. I'll bring you some lunch meat tomorrow if you're not back to normal." She grinned as she offered to bring him more food.

While he wasn't expecting the hug, he was at least glad she took care to not crush his ribs. After the hug, he stepped off to stand, keeping himself from licking his fur and straightening it out just so in order to not insult her. The hug had been...well, a hug.
"If I don't change then, then I will be here. Just....come alone." He did not want her telling anyone else or coming back other smaller senshi. The vulnerability of his situation was very clear, however..............he did want dinner tomorrow. A meal was a meal.
"Till then, take care." He said, and made to turn, ready to duck into some nearby bushes and look for a warm, dry placed to sleep.

Hug-bell nodded, with a smile. "I will." She agreed, she knew she had her phone in case she'd need back up. Which she didn't expect she would need it.
She smiled and nodded, "Oh there's a bunch of boxes in the alleyway near the bakery." She looked at him, "I don't know if you like boxes, but there might be some towels or something too." The child smiled and then ran off towards some of the alleyways to make a 'fun' event of getting home.

Wolframite watched the small senshi rush off, hoping no predators were on the prowl, and then turned direction. A towel box did sound like a much better resting place than some bushes.
