"Then I'll let you lead the way," Gen said, standing next to and slightly behind Akito while giving his front paws a significant glance. "I normally don't mind leading a hike, but since I have no idea where you had in mind it would probably take several days to get there."
She tilted her head, a small smile playing around her lips. "I'm also curious about something else, but I'll ask you when we reach the conculsion of the hike."

"It's a bit of a hike, so you can ask me now." He gave her a soft smile. He treaded lightly since there was something in his pouch he didn't want to ruin. He looked up to the top of the path. He was wanting to take her somewhere he found. It was tradition in his family to find a spot no one else knew about exept someone special, where they hid their treasures. HE wanted to show that place to Gen.

((Can't remember what the heck she was going to ask, so I'm just winging it XD))
“Hm, but that wouldn’t be nearly as fun,” Gen said in teasing tones, bringing her long tail around to gently flick Akito with the fluffy tip. “But-,” she relented, deciding to give in to Akito’s request, “-I was going to ask you if you had ulterior motives by taking me to this place you’ve got in mind.”
Her eyes were amused. “I’m going to have to find another way to tease you at some point, otherwise you’re going to start to think I’m nothing but ulterior motives myself.” She had noticed that she seemed a lot more frisky around Akito, because it was just so much fun to see him blush or to get him to tease her right back. In reality she was never really this free around others.
Actually, now that she thought about it, she didn’t even really talk this much to others either. She was more the type to stay in the background rather than come forward and mingle, and she never rarely teased others.

"Ulterior motives?" The male looked curiously at the vixen. "What do you mean by that? ...Wait.. Tease me!? More!? You must like teasing me cause you seem to do it a lot." He eyed her again.
He shook it off. "I'm just taking you somewhere that is special to me. Some others might not see it as all that special... but I like it." He stopped again to look around for a certain sign of where their destination was. He leaped up on a large rock. There it was. There was a mountain face with vines growing over it.

Gen actually had to suppress a laugh. Yea, she definitely had to be the more perverted of the two if Akito didn’t know what she meant when she said “ulterior motives”. It was actually kind of cute how innocent he seemed to be sometimes, and she almost felt a pang of remorse for being the one who would probably corrupt him. Almost.
She craned her neck to look up at Akito on top of the rock. “Well, special things usually are special because they mean something important to individuals rather than a whole,” she said. “Otherwise it wouldn’t really be special, would it.” She felt her curiosity rising at what it was Akito had in mind to show her.
“So is this going to be a walk filled with challenges and traps,” Gen asked, flashing the slight uplifting of lips that was her customary smile. “I’d like to be on guard so I don’t get taken by surprised,” she continued with a short little exhaled laugh.

He took his moment to try to tease back. "Oh yes, traps galore. Not only that. You especially need to be on guard for one thing." He smirked and leaped off the rock, landing inches from her. "And that thing is me." He got the sudden adrenaline rush and licked her check. Then laughed, running up the path.

Gen shook her head, her usual smile, the subtle upturning of the corners of her mouth, on her face. It was so cute when Akito got enthusiastic, though she didn’t allow herself to get sucked into his pace and followed behind at a comfortable walk. After all, bouts of playfulness usually gave one a shot of energy. She didn’t get those too often herself though, not after being raised with a brother like hers.
It was also so very adorable how Akito thought that she had to watch out for him pulling a fast one on her. If anything it was the other way around!
Gen did try to be fair in her thinking, of course. It was impossible that Akito could catch her by surprise, and he’d done so before now. They just both had highly different approaches and styles. Funnily enough, those styles always seemed to be the opposite of each other no matter what their moods were. Probably just a coincidence, but an amusing one nonetheless.
