Ugh...

Despite the inquiry, few of the Biyotiks seemed to really care about the question, let alone the mission to begin with. Even though she kept a very solid front over their carelessness, inside, the Sapphire princess was fuming. For a person so irritated by elitism, Sophie couldn't help but feel as though her respect had not been valued whatsoever, ESPECIALLY considering her position of power in these headquarters. It seemed as though, without any assertions of her role as Saphir's daughter, she really didn't belong with this group. Hell... did any of them even belong to begin with?

With nothing more than a faint flinch of her eyelids, Sophie watched the sword of the Ammolite Knight flicker with a boiling blue light, the show feigning to amuse her. There was nothing more troublesome than having such an eerie presence within your company, but Sophie chose to ignore it rather than question her father's judgment. Coincidentally, the man happened to speak as well at that moment; she couldn't care less. Who challenges the leader's daughter anyways with a question like that?

As a sudden motion flashed from her peripheral vision, Sophie quickly turned her head to the source. Pearl. She never really knew what to feel about the girl. It was almost as if she found her intimidating, though not in the way she could with the Ammolite Knight. She was too human, too redeeming, for Sophie to truly feel like she could find company with the sorceress. Keeping her arms crossed as she had since the meeting, Sophie did nothing more than quirk an eyebrow initially at the cold tone of Pearl's remarks.

'Who the ******** does she think she is?!' Sophie seethed internally. The words that flew from Pearl's mouth almost threw her off guard... almost. She knew better than to let everything fall completely apart the day before battle. If there was anything Sophie could retort with, she avoided it at all costs. Masking her anger, a small smirk, a smug smirk, spread onto her stony features. This girl certainly knew better than to speak that way with her, especially under the roof of the Saphir's lair.

A forged chuckle murmured between her closed lips as Charon furthered the commentary, taking it upon himself to actually make fun of her question. If anyone ever doubted that a phony heir ever existed, Sapphire could easily disprove them at this very moment. Her temper was certainly getting the best of her at this moment, what with the attitudes of these Biyotiks. She dreaded tomorrow even more so than before.

"I will just keep the three of you in mind when father asks who failed to do their part in this mission."

There. It wasn't much to truly subside her anger, but it was spoken with enough venom in her voice to get the message across. With that, she swiftly turned the other way, the solid sole of her boots clicking against the marble floors as she made her way towards the stairs on the other end of the hall. There was no way she would be able to coincide with these senshi if this was the attitude she would have to face in the morning. An idle thought passed her mind that maybe, just maybe, she would be able to fight the Gemstones on her own.

Of course, Sophie's rationale was not always up to par.

[<<<>>>] Derick laughed slightly as Sapphire made her statement and then started to leave the area. "You know...having undying loyalty to Saphir will prevent failure...loyalty to you..i have the same type of loyalty so i wont disappoint you either." He said as he decided to take his leave unless she had anything to say to him. But he looked at the torches that were lit and he suddenly concentrated on them and lifted his arm and aim it at the torches and sent them in motion through the window.[<<<>>>]

'Oh, goody! Seems like everything will be even more interesting than I thought. The princess keeps finding ways to amaze me.' Shelly had heard enough for now. 'Fools should know better than to pester her highness with petty bullshit. Meh, what do I care if they screw themselves over?' Even though Shelly had been training under Saphir for a while she never really took an opportunity to get to know anyone. Everyone seemed to be caught up in their own worlds all the time and it really seemed too bothersome to even try.

"Please, Sapphy-poo." Charon rolls his eyes, "How many times have I been punished for saying the same s**t most of the time?"

It could be that his own personal healing kept him from being afraid of much of anything. Besides, he's done this before a little thing like 'war' will hardly change this aspect of his personality.

He rolls his shoulders a bit, "Hm, I think I'll go find a nice body to play with til tomorrow. What a pointless meeting."

SAILOR PEARL

Before Saphir had replied to her question, Perlita caught Sophie's words towards her. What a high and mighty horse that girl was on. Did she honestly expect the same sort of respect as her father if she tilted her chin so high? Perlita rolled her eyes and let out a soft sigh. She wasn't going to reply to the young princesses remark, not as she was standing beside Saphir at least. Sophie was the apple of Saphir's eye, but would he get rid of Perlita because of a small remark she had said to her daughter? She doubted it. Saphir was quite a bit more rational than that. She watched the senshi with an amused smirk on her face. She'd known the senshi for a while, but had she talked to her? No not really. Perlita didn't really associate with any of the Biyotiks here. She was only here for Saphir to fulfil his promise. Nothing more. She found no need to make friends with them. Not like any of them would even back her up in a war anyways. At that moment she looked around and spotted Amber. If there was one person she could tolerate, it had to be Amber. Amber had been the second senshi who had been introduced to the Biyotiks; Perlita being the first. She had been with Amber for a while now, she had learned to tolerate her.

Now Charon on the other hand was going to get his a** handed to him soon. No one calls Perlita a stiff-a**. In fact, no one calls Perlita anything besides Perlita. She hated nicknames, unless it was her brother calling her something. That she could tolerate, but if any of these pathetic senshi or knights called her anything she might just explode. She couldn't stand the boy at all. She groaned slightly and looked out the window at the barren wasteland that Saphir called "home". What was wrong with this man? She shook her head in disapproval, and then patiently waited for him to answer her original question.

Generally, Sophie was pretty well-practiced in the art of ignoring others... but with the demeaning Sapphy-poo cooing at her, the young woman was inclined to stop dead in her tracks; it was the only sign of attention the gave to any of the Biyotiks, and it was certainly the only sign of anger that she was willing to share. Hand on the stair rail, Sophie slowly turned her head, her profile shielded by the firm strands of jet-black hair. "Puh, such cocky warriors..." she spat, her words slow and drenched in venom, "You do realize that, no matter what happens, you will always be prisoners of this house?"

Rather than heading towards her room, the princess took a change of direction, instead heading over to her father's headquarters. It seemed as if the senshi truly did not realize the shitstorm they were all under, and Sophie could feel the forewarning of the chaos in the air.

"Father," she opened the door, looking to see where he was. "We need to talk. The Biyotiks have no idea what's going to happen tomorrow. Please, we need to go over this, for the sake of Nemesis." She sounded somewhat exasperated, her arms untangled and now placed behind her as support against the door. This conversation was certainly private, and she hated the insecurity of anyone hearing out their discourse.

Sophie never really felt especially close to Saphir. It wasn't that she despised him, per se, but more so that she'd been used to the business partner aspect between the two. Of course, she was very well aware that her father was ultimately in charge, and that none of them truly had power. Say what she liked; the only thoughts that went through Saphir's head were his own. It would seem that Sophie would have learned this by now, but there was still a glimmer of hope in the young woman that he would eventually hear her out.

||OOC: Pearl, does this conflict with your first post? I'm kind of confused about where he is and read what you posted as kind of an aside comment to him, but if not I can alter this. ^^' Edit: I just noticed the first sentence of your post above this one; Saphir, please respond to Pearl xD I'll just say Sophie's actions with the whole her entering his 'office' came afterwards.||

He is so bored now. No one is any fun. So, he decides to leave before that 'creepy' girl shows up. Well between her and Tight-a**, they were probably his least favorites of the group along with that other guy-seriously. He needs something there.

Either way, Charon leaves the room and roams around the hallways to find something or rather someone to play with. There must be something.

He doesn't want to expend energy going out there to find a bed partner and Hades was such a stick in the mud.

"Argh, is there nothing I can do? ********' hell there's gotta be- oh hell, I'm not thinking of her." He sneers a bit. Eh, he hates this.

How boring.

'Great. One of them is roaming around. The last thing i need is a disturbance.' With that Shelly walked out to greet the wanderer. "You lost?" The sooner she could get rid of him the better. Tomorrow was going to be a hell of a day and now was not the time to be pestered. 'Egh, this guy is the self-centered one that was being cocky around Sapphire. He sure talks tough but guys like him are the first to go.' "You know you should mind your manners more when you are around the princess. You might just end up pissing off the wrong people and we wouldn't want that now would we?" Shelly's sarcasm never skipped a beat; she could really care less what happened to him or anyone else, and at the moment just wanted to rid herself of this potential pest.

"Pfft, please. I've never treated her or anyone else different for years. Does it look like I'm gonna start now?"
Shakes head but eyed her for a moment. Hm... Nah. Besides who knows? She's probably a bad one at that.

Either way He runs his hand through his hair annoyed, "Why do you give a s**t? Besides, nothing scares me. Least of all, Sapphy-poo. Unless you're scared of her Scary-Shelly?"

He smiles, with something of a sickening sweet type.

"I don't. And I'm not. You just annoy me. In any case don't get in my way, and steer clear of Saph. Goodness forbid you have to deal with me." With that Shelly turned around and walked back in her room. 'He should be leaving me alone now. At least his brother shows some decency and brain; this one is just another wannabe punk and I can't wait to see him go down.'

"Aww, Shelly, you do care. So much about Sapphy-poo."
He chuckles watching her go, "So much love there- If you even knew what it was, I suppose." Charon, fearless as ever, just laughs softly.

How cute. He just got threaten again. Like he cares really. Nothing mattered. But they better not touch the thing he cares about the most.

"Say what you want. Your words mean nothing to me." She closed the door behind her and locked it, leaving him to entertain himself. No one here knew anything about her but it was fine by her if the fools tried to make their assumptions. 'Cute little harmless Shelly would never hurt a fly. Morons. I do care for the princess, and I have my reasons.' Saphir had given her reason to live and his daughter had to be respected. Hey undying loyalty to them would always conquer above all and petty little beasts like this one wouldn't get in her way.
'I guess I should go back to listening. Maybe. I am very tired. Oh well I guess it can't hurt to stay up a bit longer.' She took her place back in bed sure that she would be free of any more lost idiots.

Iris yawned as she walked into the room, her hips swaying with each step. "Is the fun about to begin then?" she asked with a mischievous smile. "I've been waiting far to long to sink my claws into the goodie goodie senshi"

She slips along with the shadows, apparent in her desire to hide from the madames of the room- and sirs if you please. She, of course, has little idea what they mean. War was not part of her wonderous word lists. In fact, she has very little understanding of this thing they speak of.

She only wants to play. Elly, that is, wants to play.

Behind big rimmed glasses that hid an obviously devilish intentions supported by child-like wonder and curiousity- Like Alice. She fell down a hole and into wonderland.

"Uncle said we could play." She mutters softly in a wispy kind of voice. She's young- twelve perhaps- but she looks even younger. No older then ten in appearance with her sailor uniform and a pink one-eyed rabbit she carries around. The rabbit is beaten and old- who knows how many times limbs have been severed and resown- and she calls him "Mr. Rabbi-kin". Which is to say, his name has changed from "Sir Soft-a-lot" from last week.

Quite obvious to anyone, the little girl who looks so out of place in such a gloomy world, was as dark and distrubing as others around her.

"I want to play. Elly wants to play."
