"Oh, hun, Nyx is interested, or she wouldn't have stuck around, or invited you to walk with her... She's naturally watchful..." Seru smiled gently, and stepped closer, and sidestepped to his shoulders, to start there. She gently stroked his mane, only just lightly touching him as she moved quietly. She moved up towards his head, and then lightly scratched his chin, grinning, and then went back down, to his shoulders...
And immediately became mesmerized by his wings. "Oh my... these feel...strong, but light...I like them. What's it like to fly? Is it like when I'm on Nyx's back?"
Nyx offered him a small, apologetic grin, before stepping forward. "Seru, come on now... Give the Azrein some space..." She mouthed Seru's shirt collar, and pulled her back a bit, gently, and Seru, frowning a bit, let her do so, before turning, and hugging Nyx's neck again, and then hopping up onto her back lithely, leaning forward, and itching behind the mare's left ear. Nyx leaned back into the itchy spot, and closed her eyes in contentment. "Ah..."

D'mitri could do nothing but cough and snort. However, he had to admit that the female had a point. Most did not stick around D'mitri long, and even after this female had her sight back she chose to stay. Strange. He still refused to acknowledge her "interest". To him it was safer to remain ignorant. "I see." D'mitri simply grunted feeling the hands of the human all over him. It didn't feel as dirty as he thought it would be, but it made him feel strange. His skin quivered as her fingertips moved along his neck. The scratch made him jerk up a little as he was unused to such a thing. His lower jaw moved feeling a little violated though he said nothing keeping his eyes watchful on the human female.
His wings flicked a little as she touched them though he held himself firm. He gave a gentle snort baring teeth before relaxing his lips again. "Hard to say. I know sky all life. It is different." He looked over at the human with a bit of sympathy. To never know to fly was akin to being dead. D'mitri could never imagine not being able to feel the wind lifting him up or fighting against him. He sometimes thought he could touch the sun at some points. Flying gave him a freedom that he received from nothing else. To him, it was the greatest satisfaction in the world. He eyed Seru was she was pulled away by Nyx. It seemed as though the human was still a child that required to be looked after. That really didn't surprise him too much. Watching her hop on Nyx however was a different matter. Just seeing her made his back itch with an uncomfortable spike. His wings shifted to cover his back instinctively unsure whether or not he would allow a human to get that close, especially so close to his wings. And there again the human went with the scratching. Nyx's reaction was quite different from his own, he noticed, and was a little perturbed that she would react in that way. To being scratched like that? His chin still felt tingly from all the rubbing.

Nyx caught sight of his looking over at them in an odd way, and then rolled her shoulders a bit. "What's with the look? Is it that she's on my back, or that I like when she itches that one spot I can't reach without borrowing another Azrein's mouth?"
Seru paused in her itching, to think on what her Azrein had said, and then rolled her shoulders. "I guess it's like seeing, isn't it? You have to experience it for yourself to say what it's like, and, even then, it's hard to describe, huh?" she spoke a little wistfully about that, and frowned a little, before hugging Nyx's neck lightly.
"Seru, hun, it's ok... Don't think about it- I'm your eyes now, 'member?" Nyx whispered soothingly, rolling her eyes to look back at her Chosen, and then glanced at Drax a bit apologetically.

He paused at her question noticing both of them had a habit of rolling their shoulders. He wondered if it was something that developed over time or was actually already there. He was simply baffled by the two at times. "Nothing." He grunted not wanting to explain himself to a mare. There was no point or reason.
At her seeming defeat of the concept of flight, D'mitri felt a little sullen for some reason. He didn't mean to make her feel so...upset about her own condition and self. He grunted trying to push it from his mind, but her scrunched up face and upset motions got to him a little. He watched Nyx as she cared for her human like no other. "You may be eyes..." D'mitri grunted coming forward so that he stood side by side with Nyx. "But you no have wings. Come." He motioned for Nyx to have Seru climb on his back. Part of him was curious as to how they would react. Another wanted him to make up for it. The thrill of flight should be experienced...at least once in a lifetime. He brushed his hair away from his eyes watching the mare with her chosen closely.

Nyx shot him a surprised look, her eyes widening just a bit, before she relayed the message to Seru. The girl give him a curious look, but then gave him a smile, before reaching out to feel out where he was. She slid off of Nyx's back quickly, and then vaulted herself up and onto his back, settling in between his wings, legs by his own forelegs. She was a little lighter than she looked, really, and she settled in fairly easily, not moving overmuch.
"Thank you, Drax... Be careful with her... She may be a ditz, but she's my ditz..." Nyx murmured to him after making sure that the girl was firmly seated on the stallion's back, and nuzzling her, blowing warm breath into her face as Seru scratched under her chin.

D'mitri closed his eyes as he felt the weight of the human settle on his back. He took in a large breath as if getting used to the weight. He took gentle steps forward walking slowly letting her get used to him. D'mitri then flexed his wings making sure he could fly where she was positioned. "Keep on me. Do not move." The stallion growled opening his eyes now feeling ready.
D'mitri allowed them their moment before he began walking away. He went a little faster this time increasing the temp of his strides. He was at a paced run now allowing her to feel the movement of his body. It was probably like Nyx's...until he gave a jump and snapped his wings open. The initial ascent into the air was probably rough for the young girl as his wings beats were strong propelling himself forward. The weight felt a little off, and D'mitri continued having to adjust for the two of them. The woman may have been light, but it was an entirely different form on his body and one he would have to account for.
He flew lower than what he was used to as he hovered now. The stallion then slowly flew forward in wide, lazy circles allowing her to feel the elements around her. He banked left and then right then tilted upward and then slightly downward getting her used to all the angles. He even snaked his way through the air at one point getting her used to fast paced movements at a seemingly smooth and fluid thrust of his wings. D'mitri made sure that she was on securely as he flew not rocking too much, and was hoping she wouldn't try anything too brash while up the air. She was blind, and this was his element - not hers.

Seru clung to him closely, leaning forward, and hugging his neck loosely, so she would be less likely to fall. She felt... so odd, so high up in the air. It was much smoother than riding on Nyx, and a bit... scary, truth be told. She knew that, should she fall, she might hurt herself more than if she were on Nyx.
Nyx felt her bonded's nervousness, and sent her soothing thoughts, watching as Drax flew in lazy, slow arches, and smiled a bit. That did look fun... It was good to see Seru enjoying flight.

Drax had felt the apprehension of the human female. He did his best not to scare her too much as he flew as smoothly as the wind allowed. He flapped his wings hard as he then prepared for the landing. His frame lazily circled down further and further toward the ground. He tilted his wings slightly upward as if slowing down the descent. D'mitri flapped his wings idly to soften the landing.
His hooves pounded the ground as he landed roughly. The stallion snorted walking slowly toward Nyx and stopping at her side. "Land now. Nyx to the left." His voice scratched as he spoke looking over the human and then over to the mare that protected her. His tail flicked idly watching the two of them carefully and with interest. The male looked away as his green eyes stared up toward the sky in thought, his chest heaving a little from the exertion of the flight. He didn't know that carrying a human could still tire him though he felt nothing at all.
