What was she trying to do? Was he really asking this? Candace narrowed her eyes. "I'm trying to figure out why they would want some sniveling little boy. There's got to be something you do that makes them keep you. It can't be because of your manners." Their own leaders barely had manners. What would they care if someone was polite? It frustrated her. What kind of man apologized and freaked out and just--oh wait she did know a man that did that. But at least he only apologized when it really was an accident!
This time she braced herself, swinging Circe with as much power as she could.
HP: 26 Damage done: 16?!?!?!

Before was not going to bother waxing apologetic to Candace. He wasn't going to bother giving his thoughts and opinions to someone who was looking for... something he himself had no ******** clue. And when that final blow connected, Before wasn't even going to bother staying conscious. "It's FNAR," was the last thing he uttered. Then he crumpled to the ground into a heap, his weapon desummoning even before his face hit the Gym floor.

Before yelled out something strange that made absolutely no sense to her and then promptly fell to the floor. He didn't move, he didn't speak. Candace wasn't even sure if he was breathing. Circe even desummoned herself to which Candace frowned and put her hands on her hips, nudging Before with her foot. "Damnit. You too?" Candace sighed. "Come on, Circe. You're just too much weapon for a little boy like him to handle."
Candace then stepped over Before's body and walked out of the gym, grumbling unhappily about weaklings.
