Leto grinned as she watched Ilmenite lean against the wall covered in wet paint. Nope, didn't quite feel like pointing it out. She crossed her arms over her chest and stood across from him, not bothering to lean against anything.
"Did what? Blindly followed some moon princess? No, even in the Blood Moon Court, Ares was the only person I followed." She had joined the BMC very soon after awakening, and realistically, Ares acted as a Princess for quite a long time before she admitted otherwise. Even without being a princess, however, Leto would have followed Ares through anything- including corruption.
"If you mean vandalizing... I was a part of the team that would vandalize acting as Negaversers. That uh, didn't work out so well though. Got caught by Tanz, actually."
She wrinkled her nose in disgust at him when he mentioned that they defected. "I'd say we were defective when we were on the other side. Believe you me, you can still make her look like an idiot. If they're not patrolling then they're working on their next plan of attack, which.... Is never a good thing."
If there was one thing the Blood Moon Court was good at, it was ******** s**t up.

"My point was that you all probably did a better job than I am, but..." He hesitated, tapping off the end of his cigarette as he looked her over. Paint and ashes on his white gloves, smears on one side of his face, rumpled jacket -- Ilmenite didn't look like much of a general, and to be honest, it probably reflected about how he felt.
He floundered for a moment, uncertainty creeping into his expression, visible in a flash. Then he turned his face away, shrugging.
"I don't even know. I don't imagine you know where they set up camp, now, do you? Meetings, or parties in civvies, or whatever it might be?" He was about done, now, tossing the bag onto his shoulder again. "Do you have anything you could share?"

She nodded at his question. "If they haven't destroyed the mirrors, I can peak into a few locations and see if they still meet there. I don't know if they'd be that stupid, but I can sure as hell check it out and let you know if I find anything. As for civvies... I don't remember."
Her eyebrows furrowed close together. If there was one thing she found frustrating about her new life, it was that, no matter how hard she tried, she couldn't put two and two together to remember the Blood Moon Court's civilian identities.
"I guess that important information got wiped from my mind when I got brought over to Chaos."

"That's okay." He wouldn't admit it but -- Ilmenite was a bit unsettled by the idea of attacking people out of uniform, by catching them off-guard or going after their families. He would rather fight man to man, or man to schoolgirl, or whatever it was, so long as the playing field was more or less even. He fidgeted and frowned, thinking of it, sure that wouldn't help him out in the long run.
"...do you want to get a drink later, maybe, and see what else you can remember?" It came slowly, carefully, testing the waters. Obviously, drinks would be out of uniform. It'd be up to her if she was willing to reveal that.

She stopped dead in her tracks, turning on her heel slightly so she was facing him directly. Her eyes narrowed, her eyebrows furrowing slightly. She took a deep breath while she looked him over, her eyes slowly looking down then up again.
As quickly as the suspicious expression appeared, however, it was wiped clean with a nod and a smile. "Sure, I can do drinks."
While she didn't know him very well, she figured that anyone on the side of Chaos should be considered a friend. And realistically? Who wouldn't want to befriend a General? Better friends than enemies.
"You let me know the time and place and I'll be there. Unfortunately they have yet to invent a way for Chaos Senshi and Negas to get a hold of a each other easily."

"I'm..." He hesitated, unwilling to admit just how broke he was while he was wearing this uniform, with the bag over one shoulder. It didn't embarrass him, in civilian clothing, but apparently it did while he was on official business. That was new, and it made Ilmenite's stomach turn over, churn just a little...
"We'll keep it simple. There's a sports bar with no cover charge..." He offered up the address with his fingers twitching and curling and adjusting uncomfortably around the bag. More introspection for Ilmenite, and he was getting really tired of that.
"Let's say, uh, three nights from now, six PM, before the crowd comes in? I'll wear a hat so you know it's me."

She raised an eyebrow when he started to speak. He's what? She mentally brushed the thought away when he decided on a place.
"Sounds good to me, General," she grinned at him, taking notice of how uncomfortable he was, his fingers gripping at his bag's strap. Hopefully he'd loosen up after a few drinks.
She made a mental note of the date, time and place and thought about whether or not she should wear something distinctive. Nah. Realistically she didn't own anything that stood out anyway (and she thought she looked incredibly dumb in hats).
"Wearing a hat, got it. I'll see you then!"

So be it, then; he raised his own hat in something like a salute, hiked his bag higher -- and like that, Ilmenite was gone.
Teleportation was the greatest perk of being a General.

She frowned when he poofed out of existence. Mirror-walking was badass, but teleporting? Now that looked convenient.
Sighing heavily, Leto made her way back up to the rooftops to continue her patrol for a while longer before disappearing into a mirror when she was ready to call it a night.
