When she got as much of the water out of her hair as she could she absentmindedly ran her hands down her sides to straighten her outfit. She didn't how ever try to wring the water out of it as that would mean picking at it to get it far enough away to twist or squeeze, something that would just draw more attention to her curves. She lifted a hand to block the shaken water from hitting her face because of the Zoroak's attempt to dry his self. After that she stood in silence while Little Luke shifted over to Asch. The Tepig trotted over to him and sat down beside him, staring up with a serious look. "Piiteh." he said in greeting to the one he remembered.

Asch didn't move until he heard something greeting him below. Blinking once, he then looked down to see the Tepig sitting at his feet. He stared at the Pokemon for several long moments, having hardly noticed it during the party.
He knew this Pokemon, Natalia had it since they were children. He remembered the day when she received it and had named it after... him. At the time he had been thoroughly disgusted and insisted she name it something else, but Natalia had been adamant.
As he looked at the Tepig now, he felt a sort of bond with the Pokemon, for it seemed to have recognized him. It was harder to hide things from Pokemon after all. Slowly stooping down, Asch placed a hand atop the Tepig's head.
Saber had paused to watch this interaction, looking between the Tepig and his master with a measure of awe. His focus then went to the Tepig, and he spoke. ""

Things just got curiouser and curiouser. First Little Luke greeted the teen like he knew him when the Tepig wasn't one to be sociable at times with anyone other then her and a select few others. Just who was this guy that looked so much like Luke? Natalia bit her lip to keep from asking though and instead just watched.
Little Luke gave a snort and reached a hoof up to touch Asch's hand. He wondered how he could convince him to tell his Lady the truth so they would stop avoiding or being confused about one another. "Tep."
The little pokemon then looked over at Saber and stared at him. "" Well he belonged to Lord Luke but he still wished to know the pokemon's name.

Asch had his reasons for not telling Natalia the truth, and most were for her own wellbeing. However, he probably couldn't just sit here in silence forever, especially if they weren't going anywhere any time soon. He was a little surprised Natalia hadn't said anything yet.
"" Saber said back to the fire type, indicating his master. ""
With another sigh, the red head glanced in Natalia's direction, but quickly looked away again. He then stood up once more and folded his arms. "My name is Asch," he told her curtly. Not long after a loud clap of thunder sounded above them.

"" Little Luke asked with a slight tilt of his head. He studied the tall dark type even as Asch stood up.
When Asch rose Natalia looked out into the rain to avoid staring at him as she had been. Why was the teen so distracting? Whether he moved or just stood there she kept wanting to stare. She did tell her self that the only reason was because she wanted answers from him, namely who he was and why he was so familiar besides looking like Luke. At the sound of his voice though she looked back.
"It's a pleasure." It seemed wrong to say 'nice to meet you' and 'I am Natalia' like manners demanded so she settled for something shorter. She then hesitantly took a step closer to him and decided that was as good as invite that she was going to get. "Why..." she paused to think of how to word her question. "...Why is it that you are so familiar? It's not just because of your looks."

"" the Zoroark replied simply, keeping an eye on both his master and this young woman. It wasn't often that he heard speak of his master's true name, but Saber knew of it.
He knew that his simple introduction would prompt Natalia into questioning him. But just the same, Asch had no intention of giving her much information. "Don't ask such things. You're better off staying away from me."
How could he tell her? How could Asch reveal to her who he really was and then inform her that he was a criminal? She was better off being left in the dark. In believing that replacement of his was her true fiance and life long friend. But then.. could he really keep it a secret? The more he encountered The Idiot and his friends, the more questions would come up.
Well... even if it had be revealed eventually. He could at least let her be in blissful ignorance as long as possible.

Little Luke gave a nod. "" he asked.
Natalia's shoulders lowered slightly at the reply to her question. Should she ask again a bit more forcefully or drop the subject? She would not get the answers she wanted from Asch if she managed to scare him off. Did that last bit mean that he had stolen something like Luke had told her? Did that mean that Asch wasn't a good man? She wasn't sure what to think. "...Why?" She decided to at least try to get some kind of farther answers even as the wind started to pick up.

Saber's expression was distant for a moment at Little Luke's question. "" The Zoroark's green eyes, the same color as Asch's, kept going between his master and the Tepig as he watched both the humans and spoke to the other Pokemon. However his attention riveted towards the pair again as he saw his master tense.
"That's just how it is!" Asch barked back at Natalia. He didn't need to explain. He didn't -want- to explain. Even though it wounded him to be so harsh with her.

"" Little Luke said. He wasn't sure how long they had to talk, judging by the way their humans were talking. When Asch spoke harshly to his Lady, the Tepig have him a reproachful stare. "Teh!"
At Asch's harsh tone, Natalia took a step back and her eyes widened.She wrapped her arms around herself and looked away from him, suddenly very quiet. Why id that hurt so much?

Ignoring the Tepig's reprimand, Asch looked away. He didn't want to hurt Natalia. In fact the whole point of this was to keep from hurting her, but... he couldn't spare it completely since she now knew he existed. This very thought was a bitter one, and it showed on his face. He hated that it had to be this way, but there was nothing he could do about it. The world and everyone he'd known had turned their backs on him, whether they knew it or not. He had to do the same.
"You should go home," Asch spoke with a bitter tone. "This is no place for you. If you stay, you will only get hurt. And take those idiot friends with you."

If by home he meant back to Grand Ile then Natalia was seriously considering it. For all of two minutes. Then she straightened up and glared at Asch, hiding the hurt she still felt the best she could. "I came here for a reason and I am not leaving until that reason has been accomplished. Hurt or not, you can't send me running back." Whether she meant the possibility of getting hurt or about her feelings now, it was unclear.
Little Luke let out a sigh and walked back over to Natalia. If Lord Luke wasn't going to tell right now then he better be prepared for his Lady's anger. The Tepig wondered if he still knew how to do that after these past years away.

She always was so stubborn. Asch just snorted at her defiance. "FINE. But don't say I didn't warn you, 'princess'," he blurted back. She could do whatever she wanted, but he just wanted to be left alone. Damn that party, damn this rain, damn everything!
Deciding he'd rather take his chances in the thunderstorm, Asch stomped out from under the overhang and into the deluge. He didn't want to stick around any longer, and since it was raining like it was.. he didn't expect Natalia to try and go after him.

"Well FINE! Thank you for the warning!" Natalia rather childishly retorted back. Her anger and hurt had grown enough that she just didn't care anymore at the moment. Proper decorum be damned this man was infuriating at times! She scooped up Little Luke and turned her back on the retreating Asch with a glare on her face. Later she would look back on this and be annoyed with her self but for now, it didn't matter.
"Good day then." Only habit made her add that last bit in a farewell.
