Notes:
I'd like to see her grow into more of a Gryffidor type of character, as of right now it seems she doesn't fit well into the house.

Character I.D.
Name: Arianna "Kait" Moon
Gender: Female
Blood: Mixed-Blood
Age: 11
Birthday: October 31
House: Gryffindor
Wand: 9 inches, holly, dragon heartstring core

Personality:
Strengths: Observant:: She is very observant and detail-oriented, often spending hours sitting in the park and people watching. She enjoys challenging herself to try and work out what type of life people lead just by what she has observed of them.
Adventurous:: If there is something to explore or something untested to to test, Kait is the girl for the job. She adores the thrill of the unknown, even if it ends up with her hurt. She considers it a learning experience and is eager to try again next time.
Weaknesses: Withdrawn:: She is very quiet, often to the point of being withdrawn. She very seldom speaks, preferring to observe instead, which leads to her often being overlooked.
Easily Pushed Around:: Her quiet demeanor makes her easy to push around. She can seem almost desperate to prove that she'd do anything to make a person like her.
Habits: Chewing on the ends of her hair. Trying to experiment in secret to find new potions or add twists to old ones.
Hobbies: Writing mostly, though she be found drawing occasionally. She has a keen interest in potions and can often be found researching and experimenting if possible.
Likes: Potions, Exploring, Reading, the night
Dislikes: Her aunt, Slytherins in general, Snow
Three words to describe your character: Observant, Quick-Witted, Adventurous

Family:
Mother: Arianna Moon [Deceased]
Father: Hunter Moon [Deceased]
Siblings:
Other?: An aunt -Abygail- that she began living with after her father's passing. Two cousins, a boy -Adam- and a girl -Alizabeth-.
Describe Family Life Growing Up: When she was younger [before her father's death] she spent most of her days being doted on and spoiled. She and her father would spend the days curled on the couch reading books or playing games together. After her father's death however, she quickly grew distant from her aunt and cousins, reinforced by her aunt's haughty and uptight personality. She usually spends her days at home with her nose in a book, plotting her next prank [usually aimed at her cousins], or wandering the neighborhood to find a quiet place to seclude herself.

History:

Arianna 'Kait' Moon was born to Arianna and Hunter Moon. Arianna had always been a woman of poor health, so it was no wonder that she faded away when Kait was no older than two after a long battle with lingering complications related to her pregnancy. Hunter -who had been prepared for this- easily stepped up to play the role of both mother and father to his young child.

The two were very close, Hunter instilling his love of a good adventure story into her at a young age. The would spend hours together while he was home, reading books and fabricating adventures of their own creation.

Hunter -an Auror- did his best to raise his young daughter right, often pputting long hours of thought into changing his profession to something a little less dangerous. After a long debate with himself he transferred to the Misuse of Muggle Artifacts Office when she turned nine. While participating in a raid to clear out a warehouse of poisonous candles he was hit with a stray curse that resulted in his death.

She moved in with her aunt -the older sister of her father- and her two cousins. It didn't take long for her to realize that she was an outcast in a family full of pure-blood minded mixed-bloods.

Since then she has waited and dreamed impatiently for the day she gets her acceptance letter from Hogwarts.

Notes:
Before I can accept this I'd like to see you think on a few things;
1) His weaknesses. You listed what I see as a strength as a weakness.
2) He doesn't seem like a Slytherin at all. I need to see some adjustments that make him correct for that house.

Character I.D.
Name: Wolfram Anderson
Gender: male
Blood: Mixed
Age: 11
Birthday: May 13th
House: Slytherin
Wand: Dogwood, 13", unicorn hair, firm

Personality:
Strengths: He doesn't have much fear of anything. Hes good with defensive magic and charms. Hes strong and stubborn. Hes protective of his family, his friends, and will do what ever he can to protect those who are close to him.
Weaknesses: Hes not good at accepting help from anyone, he doesn't like to follow orders he likes to make his own. Hes prone to random fights if someone sets him off the wrong way, very volatile with very little provocation. Hes afraid of drowning so he doesn't often go swimming in anything.
Habits: Hes a watcher. He likes animals, so hes often found watching the forest or the sky. Playing with his rat or learning medical charms to treat animals. Saving animals and fixing them up
Hobbies: He likes to play guitar, and hes often found on the astronomy towers watching the stars.
Likes: Animals, quiet, his Rat, Charms, protecting people, Stars, being left alone
Dislikes: Loud rude people, annoying people, pranks, mean people
Three words to describe your character: Stubborn, loyal and thoughtful

Family:
Mother: Mary Anderson-Dead- was a nurse at the wizard hospital
Father: Robert Anderson- Runs a wizard coffee shop in Diagon Alley
Siblings: 3 year old sister
Other?:
Describe Family Life Growing Up: His father is kind of a push over, so when his mother died when he was 8 after giving birth to his sister he had to protect his father. Keep the jerks from pushing him over in the shop, from those who wished to swindle him and hurt him. He learned to fight but he doesn't like it. He wants to fix things. Make things better. Hes the head of the family when hes there and makes sure his father is taken care of. Hes the protector of his family. Will do what it takes.

History:
He doesn't talk much but he cares for his family a lot. Hes always worried about his sister, Anita, when hes not around. But he knows his father will do what ever he can for her cause she already looks so much like their mother. He was put into Slytherin for unknown to him reasons, but it was cause he had a darkness in him that lets him do what ever he needs to to for his family. He doesn't much like a lot of the Slytherins cause their just bullies and a** holes but he tolerates them cause he is in a house with them. Though if he sees one picking on someone much too weak he will inter-fear and stop it. He wants to be best at anything he sets his mind to, no matter what it is.

Misc:
He knows how to play Piano but he doesn't like to. It reminds him of his mother. His favorite class is Care of Magical Creatures but he doesn't tell anyone that, he says that Charms and Potions is his favorite. Wolf is prone to random anger for very little reason. If someone sets him off just by saying the wrong thing or running into him he'll start a fight. Hes always wanting to be stronger then others. But he doesn't pick on weak ones, unless one starts something bad with him.

Gender: Male
Blood: Mixed
Age: 11
Birthday: November 23
House: Ravenclaw
Wand: Walnut, Unicorn Hair, 10 1/2 inches, Slightly Springy

Personality:

Three words to describe your character: Intelligent, Empathetic, Timid

Family:
Mother: Calliope (Selwyn) Fleet
Father: Morpheus Fleet
Siblings: Younger sisters; Iris, age 9; Jade; age 6
Other?: none
Describe Family Life Growing Up: Apollo's family life was happy, and with two sisters, he wasn't too spoiled. All of the children were encouraged to spend time working in the greenhouse, though it was never one of Apolllo's favorite things to do. He much prefered it when his father would take them camping, or when his mother let him use her telescope. He had few friends, mostly from the scout pack he was involved with, and he spent just as much time around their families as they did his.

History: Apollo is the first born son of the Fleet family, a wizarding family best known for their greenhouses in both the muggle and wizarding worlds. He was born on a stormy night, to Calliope and Morpheus, in late november.

Two years later, a second child was born to the family, a little girl. They named her Iris, after her great grandmother who had passed away the year before.

When it came time for Apollo to enter school, his parents enrolled him in a small private school, one that catered to the small wizarding community in their town. It didn't teach magic or anything like it, merely having teachers who were aware of the presence of magic, and could thus handle any accidental magic that their students occasionally did.

When he was 8, his parents adopted a young girl, age 3, whose parents had died in an accident. She was a welcome addition to the family for Apollo, who hoped she would be more willing to play the girly games with his younger sister than he was.

When his 11th birthday came, so did his letter, one that he had been waiting for since his first bit of accidental magic.

Ezra spent his time playing and daydreaming of a bigger world. When his family packed him and his sister up to move to England, he was both excited and forlorn. The move was one of the hardest transitions that he went through, having to leave the only home that he ever knew. However, it did not take him long to adjust to being in Europe. Ezra found a whole new world to explore and learn about. On his seventh birthday, his parents enrolled him and his sister Nia in a muggle school until they started school at Hogwarts. Here, Ezra found new friends, was bullied, and developed a slightly synical outlook on life. Sticking close to his family during this time, he spent most of his free time with Nia. Ezra was ecstatic when he recieved his Hogwarts letter, and only hopes that his sister will get hers as well.

History: Ezra was born in Morocco, and at the age of 6, his family moved to England. There, he and his sister attended muggle school until he was 11. His has average magical parents that are happy with their two children.

I like your character, he's well thought out!
Character I.D.
Name: Alois Fuchs
Gender: Male
Blood: Half-blood
Age: 11
Birthday: August 18
House: Ravenclaw
Wand: 10" Yew, Dragon Heart's String, reasonably springy

Personality:
Strengths:

Intelligent - This is the absolute first thing you will notice about this guy. He uses big words that tend to confuse the below average or average first year. This puts him on a good side with his house and teachers. Ravenclaws need to be smart and that is what Alois is striving to be. He always has the answers to the questions many of his friends need.

Social - Alois tries his best to have and keep his friends. So far, he has succeeded in doing so which boosts his ego. This helps him gain certain things in his life such as books or a gander at certain peoples' wands.

Outspoken - While some may think this a weakness, Alois thinks that being outspoken is one of his best strengths. He help people by telling them their errors and such things. He also has a tendency to speak his mind to a crush or friends that he likes. It makes him feel confident and like he has courage.

Weaknesses:

Smart and childish - Well, while he is very intelligent, Alois is still a bit childish when he points things out and tends to be sarcastic while speaking to people he dislikes. He will also point something out, either under his breath during classes to his friends or out loud after those classes to that person, that is wrong and make snide remarks.

Not good when wrong - Alois hates being told that he is wrong and is not afraid to let it show. He will not admit he is wrong or apologize. He has a tendency to stop talking to people for a few days because of this.

Habits: His eye twitches when he cannot fix something or correct someone right away. He often plays with his fingers and fidgets when nervous.
Hobbies: Writing, playing Wizard's Chess and reading, a lot.
Likes: Reading, writing, exploring libraries, exploring anywhere, chocolate, being smart, friends. He likes pastries, baked goods and most other foods that have a sweetness to them.
Dislikes: Being wrong, getting dirty, hearing wrong things and getting yelled at for correcting people. Most sour foods.
Three words to describe your character: Intelligent, snarky, social

Family:
Mother: Debra Fuchs
Father: Alois Fuchs Sr.
Siblings: Gina Fuchs (non-magic)
Other?:
Describe Family Life Growing Up:

Alois' grew up being the unfavorable child of his mother, the favorite of his father and the best friend a sister could ever have. He helped out as much as he could when he was home, which was seldom as he aged. His sister and him never fought, but his mother hardly let him near her. She feared he may try to place some kind of curse on the younger girl. So he stayed out with his friends, often disappointing his father and making his sister sad. Other than that, Alois has a decent life that he enjoys.

History:

Alois was born of the muggle Debra Fuchs and the wizard Alois Fuchs Sr into a world of muggles. Alois' mother was a teacher, so she put her child to the test by forcing him to learn at an early age. Debra did not know that Alois Sr. was a wizard until after they were married, but she could not divorce him because of fear he would curse her. Loving each other was another thing, too.

For most of Alois' life he knew that his mother did not want him to be a magic using wizard and was sad when he had a magical accident. He had not meant to do it but his bully was being annoying, so he just wished and wished for the kid to shut up and he did. This kid still has trouble speaking even after so many years of therapy.

Soon after that, Debra got pregnant and had Gina when Alois was just seven. After a few years of just watching the girl their mother knew that this new child was not magic. She was so happy that she had one normal child. The constant looks of disappointment from his mother's face made Alois just sit in his room and read or go over his friends' houses all the time. This also lead Alois to having a big head and think he was better than everyone with his smarts.

His mother was furious when his father was excited to see the letter from Hogwarts. She did not want her son to be apart of that. She thought it was way too dangerous. Alois Sr refused to listen to her and let their son go to the school at age eleven.

Character I.D.
Name: Elissa Bernard
Gender: Female
Blood: Mixed
Age: 11
Birthday: May 12th
House: Hufflepuff
Wand: Wood Type: Apple
Length: 13 Inches
Core: Unicorn Hair

Personality:
Strengths: Elissa is the type of person who believes in giving people the benefit of the doubt and does her utmost best to restrain from judging others or making quick conclusions about one's character. She advocates fairness and tries to remain an unbiased party, no matter who is involved.
Weaknesses: With trust, comes people who are willing to abuse such trust. Elissa's optimism about human nature makes her naive and often times, vulnerable. Because of it, Elissa is often times susceptible to manipulation. Another weakness of Elissa's would be that she tends to be nosey in matters concerning justice, fairness, and equality. She won't think twice about stepping in to help someone and often times gets in trouble herself for being a busy-body.
Habits: When Elissa's nervous, she tends to rub her hands together and look downward--especially when she's embarrassed.
Hobbies: Elissa enjoys making jewelry from beads and flowers whenever she has the chance--it's mostly something to occupy her hands with as her mind wanders. Along with jewelry, Elissa likes to occupy her time with the occasional puzzle, brain teaser, code, or optical illusion.
Likes: Nothing would please Elissa more than something simple and traditional. Though she doesn't make a habit of writing poems, she loves to read them; she finds them melodic. It honestly doesn't take much to keep Elissa content--she's often times happy by just being with someone who's company she enjoys.
Dislikes: Elissa doesn't like overly frivolous things or things that demand an enormous amount of attention. She also doesn't like it when people flex their muscles. Braggarts are extremely painful to listen to, for her, and if nothing else, it makes her uncomfortable if someone's trying to obviously impress.
Three words to describe your character: Soft. Simple. Fair.

Family:
Mother: Eloise Bernard - Wizard
Eloise was born to the traditional wizarding family, neither poor nor rich. However, they were more highly regarded than most families in regards to bloodline because Muggle blood was far in their ancestry. Eloise went to Hogwarts, sorted into Gryffindor, when she was growing up and there she met Elissa's father, Markus Bernard. It wouldn't be till years later after graduation until the two met again and fell in love. Eloise currently works at the Ministry of Magic as an Auror, though she's dabbled in the study of magical creatures.
Father: Markus Bernard - Wizard
Markus Bernard currently works at the Ministry of Magic in Muggle Relations. Due to the fact that his own father was Muggle born, he's quite fluent in the subject. Unlike his wife's lineage, the Bernard line is meddled with Muggle blood and wasn't in that high of regard by the time he entered Hogwarts. Being the bookworm that he was, Markus was sorted into Ravenclaw and spent his school years mainly in the library--as opposed to Eloise's social flutterings. Because of their drastically different lifestyles, they rarely came into contact during school, despite being in the same year.
Siblings: She has an adopted brother named Rhys.
Other?: She has a mouse which is currently residing back at home.
Describe Family Life Growing Up:
Elissa was the first child born to the Bernard family, and soon after her birth, it was determined that her mother could no longer have children, despite any magical miracles. However, as the years passed, it game to their attentions that Elissa was just too angelic. There weren't any temper tantrums or excessive rages--she was calm and sweet. It was horrible because she gave them no reason to not have another child. Her parents were just unable to have more together and that was the only, painful thing keeping Elissa from having a sibling. Therefore, her brother Rhys was soon adopted.

The two of them grew up thick as thieves (to their parent's dismay) and the two children were lively and rambunctious together. In fact, it was rare for them to ever require much attention from their parents. Why would they need to, after all? They had each other for the longest time. Their independence allowed Eloise and Markus to return to work at the Ministry, often times leaving Grandma Bernard to look after the children.

But despite this independence from their parents, Elissa and her brother grew up like normal wizard children. They had not the care in the world--uncaring about blood and blissfully unaware of anything that could do them harm.

History:
Growing up, Elissa didn't have many other friends besides her brother, Rhys, who wasn't as social as she. His introverted nature caused Elissa to stand by him, unrelenting. It wasn't like she was rude to other kids, in fact, she was more than kind to anyone looking to be friends with her, except Rhys always seemed so uncomfortable and shy around other children so Elissa tried not to invite others over.

As the two children grew older, her parents went back to work and they were left with Grandma Bernard. Often times, Rhys would make it a point to avoid their Grandma, so it was often just Elissa and Grandma Bernard together. It was with her grandma that Elissa discovered her passion for making necklaces and bracelets. It started with just weaving flowers together to make a crown (which she, of course, gave to Rhys) but soon, making these accessories turned into an avid hobby of hers.

Rhys, on the other hand, introduced Elissa into the world of puzzles and codes. He'd often send messages to her through secret hand signs or anagrams--it was a game the two of them played continuously. If one of them was far away, they'd send their messages using owls. It was something that just the two of them could cherish.

By the time Elissa had turned eleven, it was more than apparent to her parents that she carried magic--not that it would be much of a question. Soon after, her Hogwarts letter arrived in the mail and off she was.

Phlox was born into a confused family, if you will. Her mother and father were young as muggles go, her father without a gray hair on his head. Phlox was physically abused by her mother when she was younger and everyone refused to believe her. She used to hide out at her school so she wouldn't have to go home. This was all over a span of years, the years her father was in Florida and couldn't help her.
When he moved back from Florida, Phlox's mother insisted of leeching him dry for the money. The money that she was using on herself. Phlox threatened many times to run away, once even hiding out in her neighborhood. This all went on forever until her father finally won the custody battle. Phlox now lives a happier life with her father and step mother than she ever could have.

MISCELLANEOUS
The Sorting:
Phlox was shuffling her feet, again, as the first years were herded down an everchanging hall and into what looked like a dining hall. It was much larger though and filled with many people, and Phlox started smiling like an idiot to contain her nerves. A hat sat on a stool, a spot near the hood bunched up to look like a pair of glaring eyes and a cut near the brim. She blinked as it broke out into song....Let the Sorting now begin.
Amused mumbles broke out as it ended. Phlox smiled, a real smile. She liked the hat, the wonderous hat that sang. It wasn't long until her name was called, starting with an A. "Armistead, Hlox." A teacher, the one that had led them, called. Phlox grimaced, she had mispronouced her name. She climbed up the steps and tripped once on her robe. The audience laughed and she flashed another nervous grin. The hat was placed on her head and the mumbling started again.
The hat seemed to argue with itself as Phlox sat there. "Gryffindor... Hufflepuff... Ravenclaw." Phlox finally had the nerve to speak up in her mind. "Excuse me?" The hat sort of started. "She speaks! What is it?" Phlox looked confused. "What are those?" She started as the hat roared out, "Hufflepuff!" The cheering started.

Boggart:
Moths, a whole swarm of them, with imagined stingers. That's what Phlox would see. A lake of blood trailing behind wherever they went. Their stingers would cause purple blotches the size of her fist to appear on her body, in her mind. The imaginary poison would flow through her veins and blood would pool around her. Pictures of her father would flash through her mind, in all of them he was dying.

Mirror of Erised:
Phlox would she nothing but fog. She isn't quite sure what her deepest desire is, and she doesn't really desire anything.

EXTRA CREDIT

Patronus: Phlox's patronus would be a Mallard duck, preening itself under one wing and quacking gleefully.

Greatest Treasure: Her greatest treasure is a minature toy motorcycle she keeps under her bed, a Ninja. Her father gave it to her as a going away present.

Manner of Dress: Phlox dressed as comfortable as she can, whenever she can. Her closet is full of jeggings, and long sleeved shirts.

Favorite Class: Astronomy.

Worst Class: History of Magic

This is very well written and thought out. I look forward to seeing you play your character out!

GENERAL
Name: June Tessa Harnerbee
Gender: Female
Birthday: May 31st
House:Ravenclaw
Blood Status:Muggleborn
Wand:12 1/2 inches, Hickory,Unicorn tail hair, Bendy. used this site for this. If someone has a better link, please do share!
Wand Hand:left

PERSONALITY
General:
June is not quite outspoken, but she's not afraid to voice her opinion either, and usually at least tries to be polite about it. Unlike her peers of the same age have begun to do, she still dresses in the way that she likes, not what would be considered popular or trendy, She still very much marches to the beat of her own drum, and refuses to let others put her down for it, in all aspects of her life.

To those who don't know her, she may seem a little hard to approach, or insensitive, but anyone who gives her a chance knows that she is a loyal friend, and almost always maintains a cheery disposition.

She is clever in her ways of thinking, and loves to learn new things, no matter what the subject. June is slightly partial to Biology, as her father is a high school environmental science teacher. He often makes time to take her to places like wilderness preserves and aquariums, and instilled a love and respect for nature in her from a young age.

June has very little in the way of a child's imagination. She didn't like fairy tales as a child, and though she is an avid reader, she tends to steer clear of the popular fantasy books and would rather tackle the challenge of reading Charles Dickens, though secretly she still loves Judy Blume, even though she feels that a girl of eleven is too old for those books.

Her lack of imagination causes a bit of trouble in the beginning at Hogwarts. She wasn't raised around magic, and didn't believe in it like many children her age did. The fact that she is capable of things that should not be possible boggles her, and limits her capabilities to an extent.

Sometimes, she's a bit too serious, and seems to forget that she's a child and not an adult. Her parents began to notice this, nudged her into a youth sports league, which to her surprise, she found she quite enjoyed.

Habits:nail biting

Hobbies:Reading- mostly non fiction, gardening, and soccer. Yes, she still calls it soccer.

Likes: Nature, mythbusters, stargazing, pineapples.

Dislikes: Rainy days, rude people, celery.

FAMILY

Mother: Amy; Corporate Sales Advisor; Born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. Amy is a driven and determined career woman, and the 'breadwinner' of the family. The family's move to England when June was 9 came from a job offer that seemed silly to refuse.

Father: Nathan; High school science teacher; Nathan grew up in the suburbs of Chicago, and met Amy in college. In their case, opposites definitely attract. Nathan is very laid back and mild mannered, and generally lets Amy take charge with the household decision making. He and June share a very tight bond with one another, and he is the only one allowed to call her "his Junebug".

Siblings:June is an only child.

Extended Family:Both sets of June's grandparents are living, along with a few assorted aunts and uncles and cousins, but they all live in the states, and aside from birthday cards and the occasional phone call, they are not particularly close.

Relationship with Family:June's family is incredibly important to her, although she is obviously closer to her father than her mother, mostly due to her mother's demanding career, she loves them both dearly.

HISTORY

General History:
June grew up in the suburbs of Tampa Bay, Florida. She went to a public school, despite her parents easily being able to afford a private school's tuition fees. As far back as she could remember, her father would take her to the beaches, and by the time she was six, she could identify just about any type of shell that washed up on the shores.
Being raised in Florida, she had endless opportunities for her interest in nature to grow and expand. Even the neighborhood drainage ponds were of 'scientific interest' to her, and more than once, her parents had to shoo her away from the ponds containing alligators.

Shortly after she turned 9, her mother was offered a very generous promotion, with the stipulation of relocating to London. The family discussed it at length, involving June in the decision making process, before she accepted, and made the move.

June, who always had been a social and engaging child, became withdrawn with the move from sunny Florida, to the overcast, crowded city, where the everything seemed different, even down to the swear words she heard on the playground. Worried about her well being, and not getting out enough to just be a kid, her parents signed her up for a youth football league, which June stubbornly continued to call soccer, which incited some friendly teasing from her teammates. After a few weeks, she began to fit in, even if she wasn't particularly skilled at the game, and became fast friends with a teammate named Natalie, who shared many of June's interests.

The day in mid July when a well dressed older woman approached their home would be a day June would never forget. Her, and her mother were pulling weeds in their garden, Amy had no green thumb, but she enjoyed seeing June in her element. Nathan was inside, making lunch for the three of them.

She looked up as the woman came up the drive, finding it odd that she saw no strange car on the street. She introduced herself as Elaine, and that she felt that June would be an excellent fit for the school she represented. Amy, being the polite woman that she was, invited her in for tea, even though June seemed uninterested.
Of course, when she explained Hogwarts, and June's acceptance, none of them took it very seriously, until Elaine pulled out her wand and turned her empty teacup into a lamp, and back again.
June didn't immediately accept her invitation to Hogwarts, and spent nearly a week discussing it at length with her mother and father, before finally deciding to tell the woman, who agreed to return in a week, that yes- she would attend.
For her, perhaps one of the hardest things to do was have to keep it all a secret. To tell her best friends that she wouldn't be moving on to middle school with them, and not be able to tell them where she would be going.

MISCELLANEOUS

The Sorting:

She'd managed to read through the first two of the Harry Potter books- feeling silly that such things would be some of the best ways to prepare her for her new school, aside from her textbooks, But actually being there; the train, the trip across the lake....and now the Sorting Hat. At least she could take comfort in the fact that nearly everyone else looked as nervous as she did. She knew of the four houses, and the general personalities of each house, and felt fairly sure she was born to be a Ravenclaw. "Wit beyond measure is man's greatest treasure..." The notion sat well with her. And the hat agreed with her preference, calling out 'Ravenclaw!' almost immediately after being placed on her head, and with a nervous smile, she went on to join her new house at their table.

Boggart:A boggart in June's presence would probably take the form of her father, injured in some way. She is incredibly close with her father, and the thought of anything happening to him would scare her to death.

Mirror of Erised: June is an inquisitive soul, through and through. If she were to look into the mirror in her first days at Hogwarts, there would probably be only a few changes. Perhaps getting the chance to further investigate the Forbidden Forest?

EXTRA CREDIT

Patronus: a Turtle, based on Native American symbolism.ref. here

Greatest Treasure:Aside from her family and friends, her greatest treasure would be her seashell collection, which contains what she considers her greatest finds, along with a few pieces of broken coral, and a dried starfish, in a small cedar box that she keeps under her bed.

Manner of Dress:June's fashion depends completely on her mood. Some days she might wear a nice skirt for no reason, and the next day wear her most worn out jeans. Her favorite kind of shoes are her pink converse high tops, which she'll wear with just about anything if she can get away with it.

Favorite Class:Herbology- Her love for nature gives her a natural knack for the subject, and the properties of magical plants and herbs never ceases to amaze her, even in the simplest of ways. She can't wait till third year when she can take Care of Magical Creatures!

Worst Class: Transfiguration. The concept of transforming something into something else just doesn't quite click with her. Oh the subject is interesting to her, of course! But she doesn't seem to have the knack for it, no matter how much she tries.

I would like to apply her to the girlie I won from the auction~

Notes: Dizz here, everything looks great. I really like Reggie! I would highly suggest she re-locate to Europe though if she's to go to Hogwarts. If she lives in America when she comes of age she'll get an acceptance letter from the Salem school.

GENERAL
Name:Reggie” Regina Marcello

Gender: Female

Birthday: August 3

House: Slytherin

Blood Status: Mixed Blood (A bit above half)

Wand: Acacia and Dragon Heartstring, 9 ½ inches with a nice swish.
It will take Reggie at least a couple of years to fully master this wand. While Reggie fights to master her wand, she will not seem particularly powerful. Even when she does master her wand she will not seem powerful, mostly because her strength will lie in subtle magics and in creatively using common spells, not in brute strength.

Wand Hand: Right

PERSONALITY
General: Having been raised in the remains an old crime family, Reggie was taught from an early age about the importance of family. First and foremost, she is loyal to her family. Even though Reggie is aware that her family has some shady aspects, she won’t betray them by turning them in. It would take a serious offense for Reggie to feel that a family member is deserving of punishment, and even then she’d be of the belief that the matter should be dealt with “in family.”

Reggie does have morals, but as a necessary part of growing up in a crime family, she doesn’t see things in black and white. Reggie believes in shades of gray, of weighing benefits against consequences and looking at the bigger picture. She doesn’t understand the point of working long and hard just because it’s “right,” especially if there’s another, easier way to do it with tolerable consequences. If there's a loophole, chances are the she's going to find it and exploit it. On the other hand, she doesn't go about actively breaking rules, partially because the consequences aren't worth it, and partially because, well, as long as they make sense, why bother?

It should come as no surprise that Reggie has issues with authority, or at least certain people in authority, namely politicians and law enforcers. To her, politics is a game, politicians are stupid, greedy windbags, and law enforcers – police, Aurors – are dummies or bullies. Reggie is actually not that familiar with politics, politicians, or law enforcers, but she believes her family on the matter.

Teachers seem to exist in the category of elders instead of authority in Reggie’s mind, which is good because she respects her elders. Reggie tries to mind her manners around her professors, remembering her “Sir’s” and “Ma’am’s”. She strives to be on her teacher’s good side, but she stops just shy of trying to be the teacher’s pet; after all, being the teacher’s pet isn’t “cool.”

“Girly” things also aren’t cool because Reggie is a proud tomboy. She doesn’t play with baby dolls, wrinkles her nose up at the color pink, and refuses to wear skirts. Groups of giggling girls are considered with disdain and Reggie likens them to jabbering Jarveys. She does in fact like cute things – Puffskeins and kittens, for example – but this is a fact that she keeps quiet, as if it is something to be ashamed of. When she thinks people might be watching, she tries to avoid acting girly.

Despite her attempts to not act like a girl, Reggie is not overly fond of the outdoors, of getting dirty, or of playing sports. In general, she’s just not very active. She tends to prefer more sedate or leisurely activities like reading and playing card games. She is slightly competitive - who likes losing? - but she doesn't usually go out looking for competition because of the chance that she'd lose and look stupid; she hates looking stupid or foolish. It's probably just as well that she has a good poker face, because she feels that that the only thing worse then looking stupid is looking stupid while others know she thinks she looks stupid, because then it's much harder to recover and/or play it off.

Habits: Doodling/falling asleep in class, listening to the rain

Hobbies: Reading, card games, horseback riding/flying, flying, swimming

Likes: Cats, Italian/Cajun food, American football, horse races (regular and flying)

Dislikes: Stereotypically girly things, dogs, looking stupid/foolish

FAMILY
Mother: Anna Marcello = Anna was born to the Sicilian branch of the Mantranga family, an old, small, and dying group. Their shrinking size was due in part to their quickness – eagerness, even – to cast out “unfit” members. Anna’s seemingly subpar magical abilities and refusal to stop associating with the “wrong” sorts – muggleborns and even actual muggles; the horror! – led to her family disowning her. She ended up being taken in by the American branch of the Mantranga family, a branch with much laxer beliefs and ties to crime. They gave her food, shelter, support, and a new wand – turned out her hand-me-down “traditional family wand” had been holding her back – and in return she turned a blind eye to their questionably-legal activities.

Father: Rocky Marcello = Rocky Marcello was a muggleborn, the son of a squib. Although he didn’t know it, his Uncle Sal was the sole wizard of the Marcello family. He always thought Sal was a bit odd, but since he was family, he tended to overlook it. It was Sal that introduced Rocky to Anna Mantranga, and if Sal seemed to take an unusual interest in their relationship, he supposed he could forgive him since he introduced them. It wasn’t until after Rocky and Anna married and they had Regina that he realized why Sal had been so keen; he’d been trying to get more magic into the Marcello family.

Siblings: None

Extended Family:
  • Uncle Sal = Uncle Sal is actually Reggie’s great uncle. A widower, recluse, and father of an estranged son, Uncle Sal seemed to be drifting away from the rest of the Marcello family until he introduced Rocky to Anna. When Reggie was born, Uncle Sal began taking a more active interest in the family, and once Reggie displayed her first bit of magic, Sal came clean. Sal and his descendants had been last magical members of the Marcello family. With his son and son’s family being estranged, Sal looked to his nephew to produce the next generation of magically-gifted Marcellos, and Sal manipulatied the odds by introducing Rocky to squibs and witches while quietly chasing off muggles.
  • Uncles Mickey and Mikey = Rocky’s muggle twin half-brothers. They run a pool hall/sports bar where Reggie learned all the finer things in life: how to bet on races, how to play darts and pool - the latter required a stool - and how to keep a poker face. An odd environment for a child, certainly, but the two Uncle did genuinely love Reggie and looked out for her in their own way.
  • Cousin Angelo = Uncle Sal’s son. Wizard, married with children, has only recently reestablished communications with Rocky, Anna, and Reggie via owlpost. He still does not talk with the rest of the family.
  • “Aunt” Hilda = A muggleborn witch and Kneazle breeder, Aunt Hilda is Reggie’s mother’s best friend. She once tried giving Reggie a half-blood Kneazle for a pet, but owing to the make-up of Reggie’s family this was a disaster and Reggie was forced to give it back.

Relationship with Family: For the most part, Reggie loves her family. She loves her parents, thinks her uncles are cool, and thinks Aunt Hilda is amusing. Uncle Sal is an exception; despite all his attempts to buy her affection, she doesn’t particularly like him. Reggie isn't close to the Mantrangas that adopted her mother either, but it's not because she dislikes them, just that she doesn't have much contact with them.

HISTORY
General History: Being born to a magical couple in a muggle crime family was a good indicator that Reggie’s childhood wasn’t what most would call “normal.” Her father encouraged her tomboy tendencies, figuring that since he didn’t get a son, a tough, business-wise tomboy was the next best thing. As a result, Reggie spent a lot of time at casinos, racetracks, pool halls, and the back rooms of restaurants.

As a toddler, Reggie did display a couple of bursts of accidental magic. Her parents didn’t tell her about magic though, figuring that since she spent so much time with muggles, it would be easier not to have to rely on a young child’s secret-keeping abilities. They didn’t want to keep her oblivious either though, so they treaded a fine line, telling Reggie things about the wizarding world in the form of fairy tales and encouraging her to do things like dress up as a witch and play with stuffed unicorns. It wasn’t until the summer before her birthday that they told her about her heritage and gave her a crash course on the wizarding world to get her ready for school.

When it came time for her to go to school, Reggie’s mother insisted that Reggie be sent to school in Europe. She insisted it was because a global perspective would be an advantage for Reggie, when in truth she wanted to get Reggie away from her family, and the school in America didn’t seem far enough away since Uncle Sal had attended there. Her mother finally managed to convince her father that Reggie should go to Hogwarts, saying it would be a great opportunity for her to attend the famous school from “Harry Potter.”

MISCELLANEOUS
The Sorting: The Hat found Reggie easy to sort. It never considered her for Hufflepuff and it considered Gryffindor only in passing. Ravenclaw had its merits, but Reggie's interest in learning wasn't nearly pure enough, so Slytherin it was.

Boggart: Werewolf = Reggie has a fear of dogs/canines, but there’s more to it then that. Werewolves have the ability to infect others, and the chance of becoming a werewolf frightens her, especially when their painful transformations and social stigma are taken into consideration. Being infected against her will, forced to live with a painful curse, and then ostracized on top of that? Yes, that’s enough to make boggarts turn into werewolves around her.

Mirror of Erised: Being young and slightly homesick, Reggie would see her family gathered together. Specifically they'd be gathered together for a crawfish boil, because if there's one complaint Reggie has about Hogwarts, it's the lack of good cajun food.

EXTRA CREDIT
Patronus: Spotted Hyena = Reggie would reason is that since she's afraid of dogs, it would only makes sense that she'd try to sic a dog on dementors/lethifolds via patronus. That's true, but that's not the only reason her patronus would take the form of a hyena. Hyenas, like Slytherins, have a bad reputation, but their reputation isn't accurate. Spotted Hyenas live in clans, a reflection of the importance of family to Reggie. In addition, the female Spotted Hyenas are dominate over the males, which can be seen as reflecting Reggie's tomboy personality.

Greatest Treasure: A fleur de lis locket with pictures of her parents inside.

Manner of Dress: Casual, comfortable, and non-girly.

Favorite Class: Transfiguration. It’s a class that’s useful and gives her a chance to be creative.

Worst Class: Potions. It's hard to cover up the fact that you've been day-dreaming in class when your potion blows up.

**Approved by Naxx** I think he's a fun, well rounded character, but he seems like he needs to 'grow into' Gryffindor a bit more.

GENERAL
Name: Francis Neil Caffrey
Gender: Male
Birthday: October 4th
House: Gryffindor
Blood Status: Mixed-Blood
Wand: Hawthorn, 10 ½ inches, Phoenix feather core
Wand Hand:
Right
More on Wand: Hawthorn: A masculine wood. Draws off the element of air. Seeks a companion in search of power and strength. Use this wood for protection and defensive work. Harness the power of lightning and use it to spark creativity and self development. Excellent for charms and concealment magic. As well as defensive magic.
Phoenix Tail Feather: The phoenix is a sacred creature born of earth and fire. Perhaps one of the most ancient of firebirds, the phoenix is also one of the most magical creatures, also thought to possess healing powers through its tears. The tail feather of a phoenix would be a wise choice for one who wishes to cast protection spells or lasting charms. It would make an excellent companion to woods that draw from the element of fire and water.

PERSONALITY
General: He’s highly imaginative and super secretive. He doesn’t like to share his stories or much about himself because he’s scared that he’ll be teased or bullied. He’s rather antisocial because of past experiences and tends to keep to himself. When he does open up he’s a great confidant to have and is very resourceful. He can find anything and tends to remember everything he’s read, mostly because he has to read things three times. He’s got OCD and has to organize things all the time. He often tones other people out when he’s concentrating. He likes to look in on groups of people and study them; imagining himself as part of the group but he’s not about to go up and talk to them.
Habits: He has the tendency to repeat actions three times every day. He’s a bit finicky about his clothes, if they aren’t straight or have wrinkles he gets really upset and has to change. He reads and rereads things over and over, and does the same with writing. It’s a habit that actually helps him remember things. Will talk to himself and make up stories outloud..which can cause people to stare at him.
Hobbies: People watching, sketching animals and people; writing stories, playing chess or other board games, reading.
Likes: Damp cool days, winter, Fall, learning, curling up with a good book, organizing, fantasy, fish.
Dislikes:
Anything that brings up his allergies: blooming flowers, grass, dust, pollen, cat and dog fur, nuts, etc. Sports..they make his asthma really bad. Making introductions, and speaking in front of large groups.

Aunt Elaina (Lindt) Baer, Ravenclaw, 32

Relationship with Family:
Francis had a delightful childhood, he had the run of the house and everyone wrapped around his little finger before he could walk. He was a precocious and charming child and has never really changed from that. he and his mother Fayette were practically inseparable. He was highly imaginative and a silly kid, much to the delight of all. He loved it the most when his mother would enhance his outrageous stories with illusions or bring inanimate items to life around the House. It didn't take him long to catch on and start doing it himself, much to the surprise and delight of his parents. They were careful to teach him to not do it in the public and restrict it to the home.
His older twin sisters, Frieda and Frayda loved to spoil him and dote on him. They also loved to play with his long hair and put it up in bows and ribbons as well as dress him up in their old dresses. He was a rather congenial and easy going kid so he never fought it, and would play whatever they wanted to play as long as they'd let him do want he wanted later on.
His father Frederic was a much more reserved parent but sill made sure to spend time with him when he got older. He would take the time to patiently teach Francis all about the outdoors and everything in the world around him. Francis loved learning about the outdoors and would take a journal to record everything in multiple sketch books. When Francis had questions about something he would always go first to his father, as he saw him as a fountain of knowledge.
Evenings were spent as a family around the fireplace playing guessing games, or sharing stories. Often they would have story competitions, the most elaborate and imaginative would win a special prize. This encouraged Francis to write and create his own stories and to use his imagination.
During the Summer when Frederic could get off of work as an auditor for a large lawyer's firm they would go on vacations all over Europe. Most of their vacations consisted of educational stops; as the Caffrey parents believed in always encouraging learning in their kids.

HISTORY
General History:
Born in Essex, London on a rainy dreary day, Francis brought sunshine and happiness to Sarah and Frederic Caffrey. They were very protective of Francis, due to their first son Fingal dying at a young age. Like his deceased brother Francis has asthma and extreme allergies to pollen, nuts and dogs.
To prevent any bad experiences with his allergies his parents kept him home where they could keep a close eye on him and taught him up until first grade. Not knowing what school would be like, Francis finally convinced his parents (with his sisters’ help) to let him go to one. They sent him to a private school where the teachers and staff could better handle any problems he might have.
He hated every moment he was in the school, though he didn’t say anything for the longest of times. He was bullied terribly and had a rough time of it at the private school with sports being extremely emphasized. He had a few close calls with his asthma, much to his frustration; apparently when he got worked up about how he was treated it would trigger his asthma terribly.
Not wanting to be labeled a snitch, he bore it without a word for several years. Finally his twin sisters discovered what was going on one day when they came to pick him up from school and caught three kids picking on him. Without thinking they turned the three boys into toads to teach them a lesson. It was with much trepidation that the three Caffrey kids discovered that the headmaster of Francis’ school was actually a wizard and had seen what had happened. He took the spell off his students and erased the incident from their minds.
Francis’ sisters could have been expelled from Hogwarts for using their magic in the Muggle world, but were spared this fate when the Headmaster defended them. While their use of magic was wrong, they were defending their younger brother who was being tormented. The whole ordeal was an eye opener for Francis and his sisters. They have all been careful not to let their tempers get the better of them.
Francis has always been exposed to magic and has even been allowed to practice simple spells under his parent’s watchful eyes. After the incident at his school, they pulled him out and started teaching him at home again, much to his relief. He rather liked learning about the magicking world and what was going on in it. He can hardly wait until he can join his sisters at Hogwarts.
He’s completely psyched and overjoyed when on his 11th birthday he receives his acceptance letter to Hogwarts. The only drawback is he has to wait for 10 months before he can actually go! It’s the only time he’s regretted having an October birthday. He’s waiting as patiently as he can, and pouring over his sisters’ old magic books to prep himself for his first year at school.
MISCELLANEOUS
The Sorting:
Francis wrapped his arms around himself and shuddered, the ringing sounds of laughter and chattering voices was too much. Why did there have to be soo many people present during the sorting? Why couldn’t they make it a private deal? It’s not like they needed to see the person get the hat stuck on their head. With how loud the hat yelled they would have still heard it even if the whole thing was done inside a steel vault at Gringotts. Only one more person to go and it would be his turn.
Francis was getting a bit apprehensive about what was coming up. He hated when people looked at him, and in a few seconds a sea of faces would be turned his way. He rather hoped that it would go by quickly..and not be as drawn out as the last person’s was.
“Caffrey, Francis” Called out the teacher with the list. Francis turned bright red and stumbled up the steps shaking slightly. Gods..why did there have to be so many of them?
He turned around so he was facing the crowd and dipped his eyes low so he wouldn’t have to look out on the rancous kids hooting and calling at him. He could almost hear it now. “Francis? That’s a girl’s name!” He gritted his teeth and clenched his fists. Didn’t they know that Francis had been a guy’s name long before it was used for a woman? Diwits. They knew next to nothing about names..or what they meant.
“Hmm..” Came a voice in his ear, which rather startled him. “Well then where should I place you? You’re something of a mystery.”
“Just put me some place I’ll be left alone and not bullied.” Francis replied softly.
“Hmm…well now that won’t do. You’re something of a dreamer..and a challenge. I know..Gryffindor would fit you perfectly! Though..you’re not much of a sporting type. Still it would do you some good to be in that House. You have courage and you’re the protective type so it works out rather well.”
Francis stood there numb as the Hat yelled out loudly, “Gryffindor!” He was startled to hear cheering from the Gryffindor table as he slowly walked over. They were actually happy to get him? Seriously? Didn’t they know he sucked at games? That he couldn’t even be outside during the spring or summer because of his asthma? Francis completely forgot about all his limitations when he was greeted cheerily by the entire table and thumped on the back enthusiastically by a seat mate.
“We got a Caffrey! Yes!”
Oh right. He had forgotten that his twin sisters were notorious at Hogwarts. That they excelled at everything. That explained it all. Francis groaned and laid his head down on the table. The darn hat had gotten it completely wrong. Drat.

Boggart: Seeing himself during an extremely bad asthma attack that can’t be stopped. Or his youngest sister actually being a squib and getting picked on..like he fears she might be.

Mirror of Erised: If he were to look into the mirror he would see himself as a healthy and adventuring wizard traveling the world and seeking out new and wondrous magical creatures.

Patronus: Not sure yet, possibly a dolphin or a frog of some sort.

Greatest Treasure: His Familiar Horace the Frog. It was given to him by his family on his 11th birthday.
Francis stared at the box that was thumping around on the living room floor and then looked up at the expectant faces of his sisters and his parents. He finally reached for it and pulled the brightly papered box into his lap and untied the bright green bow. He slowly slid the lid up to peek inside. For a moment he sat their blinking, not sure what the big eyed creature staring back at him was. Then it hit him. It was a frog! Or was it a toad? He reached in and pulled it out. The smooth soft reptilian skin felt amazing..and he slowly pet the frog across it’s back.
The frog ribbited and glanced up at him with strangely intelligent eyes. Francis smiled and laid the frog back in the box. “Thanks Mum and Dad.” He said shooting them a grateful smile. He knew that any type of furred familiar would have caused him to break out in hives..and that wouldn’t have been fun to experience on his birthday so a frog was a nice surprise.
“You should thank your sisters as well. They helped us pick him out.” His mother replied with a smile.
“Are you going to name him?” Asked his youngest sister Fiona eagerly.
Francis glanced over at her. “Of course I am! I just have to think it over for awhile.”
Frieda and Frayda his older twin sisters laughed. “Yeah, you know Francis. He’s the thoughtful one, remember?” They asked in unison.
“Conscientious is more like it.” He replied, and glanced around at the other packages on the floor in the front room. “Is there an aquarium for him? He can’t live in the box for more than a day at most.”
“Well blast, I knew we forgot something!”

Manner of Dress:
Impeccable and proper attired, as he hates wrinkles his clothes are always perfectly pressed. It’s a skill he learned from his mother while being taught at home. He tends to shine his shoes every night before bed; which the other kids will probably make fun of.

Favorite Class: History of Magical Creatures, mostly because they enthrall him and he loves to learn about animals..even if he can’t really be around them due to his allergies. There are some however that don’t bother him..much to his surprise.

Worst Class:
Right now it’s Divination..he really doesn’t get it. Flying classes is going to be a tough class for him; due to his allergies to pollen and other outdoor flora. He’ll be sneezing so hard that it will make him fall off the broom.

Daw, it was cute. : ) I really like her character so far, its so well thought out.

GENERAL

Name: Marcelyn Ares Doctrine

Gender: Female

Birthday: June 8th

House: Slytherin

Blood Status: Half Blood

Wand: 12" 3/4' Sycamore, Dragon Heart String, Quite Bendy (Pottermore Wand, xD)

Wand Hand: Left

PERSONALITY

General:

Marcelyn can be called the embodiment of arrogance at times or talking very highly of herself and has a tendency to show it by speaking her mind without thinking first, and she constantly gets herself into trouble. She does not always mean to be mean to someone but has very little patience and can snap very easily at someone. She has never had shame in herself for her anger problems and can handle that fact that she has barely any real friends. She is a strong girl that will not take anything from anyone if they try to pick a fight with her. She mostly takes after her grandmother, but she does show characteristics of her father, such as his confidence, klutzy ways and her problem with playing pranks.

She is a very polite, young woman that, unless you anger her, will hold a door open or fight someone for another person. She tends to spit (not literally) on those around her that annoy her which is a lot of people she has met in her life. This problem tends to make her slightly unapproachable which really does not affect her. She has problems listening which forces her into more trouble. Marcelyn is mostly seen as a "bully with a soft side" and that peeves her even more.

Habits: Losing focus during a class, yelling unnecessarily, scratching/hitting herself when angry and nail biting.

Hobbies: She reads like everyone else, walks around the castle/castle grounds when bored and participates in a club that creates stories and such when she returns to the muggle world.

Likes: Her importance, licorice wands, friends that are not annoying, her family and food.

Dislikes:
Annoying creatures/people, losing her temper, idiots and anything to do with mud including things that live in it.

FAMILY

Mother:

Esme Marea Doctrine - A pureblood witch, once in Gryffindor, that married a muggle just to anger her parents and to be a rebel. She eventually fell in love with Elvis (she just thought his name was adorable) and had her twins, Emmett and Morgan. They lived rather happily but felt they needed more in their lives, so they had another child named Marcelyn. Esme is hotheaded, and the characteristic has rubbed off on her daughter very well.

Father:

Elvis Allen Doctrine (but everyone is forced to call him by Allen) - A muggle aware of the wizarding world through his wife. He had met Esme at a party and did not expect her to floo powder her way basically into his heart. Oblivious to Esme's ulterior motive, he followed her around like a lost puppy until they eventually fell in love. He was very surprised about magic, but he was also fascinated and that made him love his family so much. He is always wanting his wife and kids to show him some spells even in his old age. Esme constantly says, "If you were a wizard, I think you would be a curious Gryffindor or an questioning Ravenclaw" which makes him even happier.

Siblings:

Emmett Doctrine - The older twin. He is a Slytherin graduate that is a very successful wizard out on his own. He used to tease Marcelyn a lot and was often in trouble when home for breaks in the muggle world.

Morgan Doctrine - The younger twin. He is a Gryffindor graduate. It was a very peculiar situation for the twins, but they made sure to stay friends and only enjoy friendly competition from time to time. He is also a successful wizard that is equal to his brother in almost every way. He also used to tease his sister and join the trouble making along side his brother.

Extended Family:

Grandmother Deloris Norm - The pureblood mother of Esme. She was a Slytherin which is believed to be the reason Emmett and Marcelyn are Slytherins as well. She is arrogant, mean and bitter to her daughter because she married a muggle and constantly belittles her and her children. She married Richard and is only happy when he is around or when she sees a picture of him.

Grandfather Richard Norm - The pureblood father of Esme. He was Gryffindor that was brave and enthusiastic. He stole the heart of the woman he is married to before they left Hogwarts by showing off and using very cliche ways of getting to know her. He doesn't encourage his wife to be mean to Esme, but he understands her and constantly tries to comfort his wife. He likes to tell stories of his adventures to Marcelyn when he visits.

Relationship with Family:

Marcelyn has a very close relationship with every member in her family, including her grandmother. She has pride in her mostly pureblood family and it leaves her with a big head. She admits that she is sometimes ashamed of her father, because he is a muggle, but she does love him a lot. She has grudges against her brothers for the teasing and the tricks they had done to her when she was younger, but she enjoys their company when they visit. Though she thinks the woman is annoying, she loves her grandmother and loves to hear her inputs on her grandfather's stories. She has never truly had too much trouble with her family, but she is growing older and is constantly wanting to distance herself from them.

HISTORY

General History:

Marcelyn is the last child of Esme and Elvis Doctrine, and their only girl. She was born in a muggle hospital and raised with muggle and wizard ways alike just in case she turned out to be one or the other. She first started showing her first signs of magic use when she was seven and began throwing a fit because Morgan had taken her water gun at a party one. She had become so angry that when she wished the water would explode in his face and it did. She had laughed after that but had gotten in trouble afterwards. She was not really spoiled but constantly called princess, beautiful, special, and several other names which make her the arrogant girl she is today.

She had grown up listening to the tales of her grandfather, thinking that they were just made up stories, and used to love when he visited. As she grew older, the stories became real, and her heart yearned for her own letter to Hogwarts to come. She had been kind of sad to leave her old muggle school, but she sucked it up and took off for Hogwarts as soon as the letter smacked against her door. Her whole family was excited and were very curious to see what house she would fit in.

MISCELLANEOUS

The Sorting:

Marcelyn had her poker face on while waiting to be sorted but on the inside she was losing her patience as her name was not being called. She had waited for several minutes before her name was called, and had began scratching the underside of her wrist. She had sat and listened to the boisterous yells of the students already attending Hogwarts, watched a poor girl trip, and listen to the hat shout the house names so many times, it was driving her crazy.

"Marcelyn Doctrine," the voice of teacher calling her name cool her anger.

She walked up to the sorting hat, and she felt her pulse race when it was placed on her head. She heard it "hm..." and "ah..." several times before it said, "you're just like your mother, but more like your grandmother with that big head of yours but that isn't always a bad thing... So I say... Slytherin!" And there it is. The house that Marcelyn would be joining for the next seven years would be Slytherin.

Boggart: Insects and small spiders swarmed together, seemingly chasing her. She has a very big fear of the creatures and of being chased. She will scream if one is crawling on her.

Mirror of Erised: Marce, if the opportunity presented itself, would probably see herself as a top witch that had surpassed her brothers and other successful wizards and witchs.

GENERAL
Name: Terlyn Athena Harwell

Gender: Female

Birthday: August 4th

House: Slytherin

Blood Status: Half-Blood

Wand: 10 1/4th inch Applewood, Unicorn Core, Surprisingly Swishy

Wand Hand:
Left

PERSONALITY

General:

|| Character Strengths ||

1. Open-minded- Being born into an unconventional family with two mothers Terlyn has a unique outlook on life. Regardless of subject matter Terlyn believes that everyone has a right to be whom they are, gender, race, sexual orientation, none of that holds bearing on her judgment of a person or persons. Ever since she was young Terlyn was taught by her mums that differences are what make people wonderful and despite those difference one should never label individuals, and without differences everyone would be the same and the world would be a very dull and boring place. Terlyn has always kept her views open-minded because without such liberal thoughts she wouldn’t have even been born, with a mind that is unrestricted by judgments true adventure and discoveries are made.

2. Persistent- Terlyn is the poster-child for persistence regardless of what she is striving to succeed in. Sunday mornings always started out with her mommy (Betty Harwell) preparing breakfast with only supervision but without assistance, burnt toast, black bacon, seedy orange juice time and time again never discouraged the young girl. Each failure taught her something new, something that she didn’t know before. With each mistake she pieced together what to do next, reaffirming self-confidence and independence. These lessons that were enforced by her parents went further than just the kitchen, Terlyn used her persistent nature with learning anything new, including Quidditch with her mum as well as discovering birthday presents and Christmas gifts. Persistence is the key to getting exactly what one wants, whether it is a new skill or a brownies for dessert, never give up and the world is yours for the taking.

3. Confident- Terlyn was born with confidence, even as a toddler she was self-aware and proud of whom she was. And why wouldn’t she be, her mother is a professional Quidditch player and her other mother is a well-known Potioneer. She has every right to have confidence in who she is, with mothers like that she is destined for greatness as well! Terlyn knows in her heart that no matter where she ends up in life she will be the very best in that field, and if not she will strive to prove her self-worth until she meets her personal goals. Even when she fails at a task, sometimes over and over again she still squares her shoulders and holds her head high and doesn't allow it to faze her. Much, After all she is a Harwell.

4. Creative- Whether she needs to roll up her sleeves, pull out her wand, or grab the nearest quill and parchment Terlyn is at the ready to make sure whatever wisp of brilliance that pops into her mind becomes a reality. Just like one of her mothers the young witch knows that through creativity comes greatness, maybe not artistic greatness but practical, resourceful creativity that spawns useful brilliant creations. Every invention ever created started as a dream, through hard-work and persistence those dreams became reality and ushered in wonderful new eras, without creativity spells wouldn’t have been crafted or potions brewed, without creativity the most genius of wizards and witches would never have discovered and formed the world around them. Call her names for her unique thoughts she doesn’t care, one day her creativity will bring something amazing to the Wizard community then who will have the last laugh. Ha!

|| Character Flaws ||

1. Jealous- The green eyed monster of jealousy claims residency within Terlyn, she just can’t help how she is or how she feels. She has every right to be in the center of attention, she has every right to be in the spotlight among her peers. Just look at her! Do it! She is a Harwell; she is the daughter of the famous French Keeper Jessie Teres Harwell. She is the daughter of the famous British Potioneer Betty Métis Lynn Harwell, why shouldn’t she be proud of whom she is, why shouldn’t people look at her and want to be her! Can't they see she is naturally gifted on a broom and with potions; she is the perfect mixture after all! They all should, so why is it they don’t? Why is it that people over look her, why can't they see she is special, why don't they just give her the respect she deserves? Why are there people at Hogwarts that get better marks, she should set the bar for everyone else! Why are the other girls so much more pretty, why does it hurt to look at them when they stuff their mouths at meal time and seem to not have a care in the world about their weight? Why anyone jealous of her, it isn’t isn’t fair!

2. Manipulative- “I will get what I want, when I want it.” Often Terlyn mistakes persistence with her obviously bossy, manipulative nature, being an only child she has always thought that she should be given whatever she wanted whenever she wanted, regardless of what she was taught. As she grew older and her mothers' pushed her even harder to strive to earn things all of her own, so she did. When she didn’t get what she wanted she would do whatever it took to earn what she deserved. The seeds of deception that she planted were strategic and would quickly bloom into saplings of mistruths, as the branches of the mistruths grew it supported the weight of her lies. Then with time and careful verbal nurturing the saplings would mature into great trees that bore the fruits of her labor, deliciously sweetened fruit that was more than worth the wait. A lie here, a false complement there, Terlyn honestly can’t help herself, consciously she isn’t even aware she uses people half of the time. It is simply just how she is.

3. Skittish (strong sense of self-preservation)- Regardless of how adventurous and mischievous this girl is at the first sign of real danger Terlyn tucks tail and runs in the opposite direction. Quidditch is often a dangerous sport however since she grew up with it in her life at all times Terlyn is rather immune to the sense of bodily harm it causes, if mommy can do it so can she no matter how much she gets hurt at times, it is part of the joy of the game after all. However Quidditch is the only activity that yields any dampened sense of self-preservation. Walk don’t run, don’t play with your wand you can poke your eye out, those are all silly notions Terlyn isn’t a coward by any means and isn’t afraid to play rough it is only in the sense that if there is any chance of real bodily harm her spine turns into a noodle and goes limp.

4. Obsessive- “Just let me get this settled, one more hour then I will take a break.” Many nights of sleeplessness make up Terlyn’s short life; she is obsessive over various things and cannot tear herself away from them until they are finished. This often leads to lack of sleep, and numerous bowls of chicken noodle soup when she exhaust herself to the point of becoming ill. But it is worth it, finishing something that she set her mind to focus on. Her obsessive nature isn’t limited to just completing tasks there are times when Terlyn finds herself hopelessly staring at her body and angrily tells herself that she needs to keep it perfect. It isn’t uncommon to see the girl exercising excessively or skipping out on proper meals. Maybe when she gets older and becomes interested in dating she will obsess over whoever strikes her fancy. It is fairly logical.

Habits: Terlyn Harwell has never outgrown rubbing her eyes with the insides of her wrists and the backs of her palms when she is sleepy just like that of a small child. When she is nervous Terlyn chews on the edges of her vests or on the cuffs of her sleeved shirts. Terlyn sleeps with a stuffed pink platypus that has long floppy ears and patches of light blue fabric, the plushy is a combination of two toys that both of her parents owned when they were younger (Mister Google the platypus and Bun-bun the Blue Bunny). If she doesn’t have her stuffed animal Terlyn doesn’t sleep well or she will simply not sleep, however when she does have her odd fuzzy monstrosity when she goes to bed the girl rubs her feet together like a cricket, twisting and fumbling them together while sucking on her thumb knuckle. Terlyn refuses under any circumstance to wear skirts or dresses, due to this she wears slacks like male students and almost always has the hood of her dress robe thrown over her head making her appear like a boy from a distance.

Hobbies: Practicing Quidditch/exercising, raiding the kitchens for snacks, taking baths, and experimenting with apothecary (potion making)

Likes: Quidditch is one of Terlyn’s most favourite of things, baths, scarfs, floral and sweet scents, being praised, ducks, and grilled onions with mustard.

Dislikes:
Gnomes! Stupid, useless, bitey creatures! There isn’t enough Galleons in the world to make the blonde go anywhere near them, they’re creepy and terrify her to no end! Terlyn also dislikes corn, girly clothes such as skirts and dresses.

FAMILY
Mother: (Primary) Betty Métis Lynn Harwell (Maiden last name was Webb) - Slytherin

Father: Mother: Jessie Teres Harwell - Gryffindor

Siblings: None

Extended Family:

Relationship with Family:

Terlyn adores her mothers’ and for the whole, she also enjoys the company of her Grandparents on both sides. Her relationship with both of her parents is strong and healthy even though they both can be strict at times and push her rather hard when it comes to her studies. Even though she loves her mothers’ equally there is a part of Terlyn that is more close to her Slytherin sorted parent though she tries to not openly show it, especially around her other mother.

HISTORY
General History:

Terlyn’s story begins sixteen years ago, in a hallway at Hogwarts with a tardy seventh year student bowling over a young substitute professor on her first day. Shock claimed the French Gryffindor’s face as she lay on top of an unknown rather slender figured brunette. The electricity that flowed between the two women was unimaginable almost comparable to the spark of finding the perfect wand, crimson shot up in pinpricks on both pale complexioned lasses faces.

“I am so sorry,” politely uttered the tall, lean figured blonde Quidditch player in a tone that was hushed and laced with embarrassment. Staring up into deep pools of light blue the youthful professor found herself blushing even darker with her voice eluding her for the longest of times. Their limbs seemed tangled together as if by magic and refused to cooperate with either girl, giving the woman below her another apologetic look the French student tucked a stray lock of flaxen hair behind her ear and climbed to her feet; reaching down the Gryffindor pulled the slender brunette upward and against her body to steady her until she once again regained her balance. “My name is Jessie, Jessie Harwell. I'm a seventh year student. Again I am so sorry about that, I am running late for my next lesson.” Stepping away from the woman Jessie checked herself over and gathered up her books that she had dropped in the processes of knocking into the older unknown female. Bright green eyes scanned over the eighteen-year-old blonde and the faintest of grins spread across the professor’s exceedingly pale visage.

“Jessie Harwell, I will have to remember that name. Ah where are my manners, my name is Betty Webb. By the looks of your robes you’re a Gryffindor,” cheekily commented the shorter of the two, giving a brisk nod in confirmation blonde eyed the unkempt brunette. “Ten points from your house for knocking a professor over,” chuckling with amusement Betty pushed past the girl, knocking her shoulder into her almost teasingly. Glancing over towards Jessie as she walked away the professor threw a wink at the girl and a dismissive wave. “See you in class Miss Harwell.”

For the remainder of the year both Betty and Jessie attempted to hide their natural attraction for one another, playful banter here, carefully calculated touches during private lessons, it didn’t take a professor to see that were was something special, something wonderfully forbidden happening between the two despite their nine year age difference and backgrounds. At the end of seventh year the graduates gathered back in the boats that they had first traveled in and waiting for her on the other side with wind tussled hair was the young Potioneer, broom in hand. The embrace between the two was sweet and lingering, the French Keeper’s peers from her house all gave rowdy cheers and hollers as the lovers pulled back and mounted the broom.

“You go Jessie! Way to seduce that Slytherin pansy! Snog her right good!” Loudly catcalled a heavyset male Gryffindor as he stood up in the boal and clapped for the pair, kicking off from the ground Jessie and Betty flew up and out of sight their destination only known to them.

Two years passed for both women, one a top notch rookie Keeper for a French Quidditch team, the other a Potioneer working on and off jobs between shops and doing private work for the Ministry of Magic. Both were buried up to the bridges of their noses with work, it wasn’t until Boxing Day of that year the two discuss marriage. Lying entwined together in bed, blanket pulled to their chests breathy words were uttered and proclamations of undying love were murmured into the still air between them. In tender hushed voices they both agreed that they would be wed in the following autumn. When the time came for the wedding, yes a true wedding not some ridiculous joining ceremony that was allotted by government officials, a right proper wedding that made front page of the Daily Prophet due to the lavish nature of the event. One thing was certain, if every woman lives for her wedding day, and it is the most important day of her life, having two brides that wanted the wedding of their dreams was simply hell on earth. The reception was so lavish and with so many elements from what both Jessie and Betty wanted that the after party lasted for more than twenty-four hours and concluded with brunch the following day. The event was listed as ‘quite the well-to-do’.

The honeymoon, well that’s a story left for another time---

Three years had passed since the French Gryffindor graduated from Hogwarts and only a year since the two were joined in holy matrimony and just like before the pair found themselves laying in bed, entwined together in a lovers embrace pondering a new question; A decision that would alter their lives forever. A gentle hand rested on the taller woman’s flat, shapely abs stroking the exposed flesh with admiration.

“Baby, what would you say if I said I wanted children?” Betty asked in a rather timid voice that wavered with a worrisome tenor, pale blue eyes glanced towards the petite brunette and a slender eyebrow arched out of curiosity. Drawing in a slow breath Jessie weighted the answer to the question, a tiny hint of a smile placed at the edges of her lips.

“Well, I think you married a woman so getting that job done is going to be kind of hard. But you know me, I am not quitter. We can try over and over again all night long if you want to merveilleux,” rolling on top of her spouse the blonde teased playfully in efforts to ease the sudden tension that settled in the room. Rolling her eyes and letting out an amused giggle the Potioneer shook her head vigorously before leaning up and claiming her lover in a deep silencing kiss, her round green eyes begging for a genuine answer. Pulling back after a few moments Jessie found herself keeping her body lifted with a single arm while reaching down to her wife’s hair and brushing her messy brown tresses away from her pale face. “Is that something that you want? You know I would gladly give you the world and more. Do you---” she let her word hang in the air for a moment before draping her well-toned figure over that of the smaller woman protectively, “want to adopt? Or did you want us to find a donor?”

A pure expression of appall that twisted the delicate features on the brunette’s face couldn’t even begin to reflect the trepidation and disgust that dwelled in her bright green hues, letting out a snarl the older woman hissed instinctually. Lurching forward; Betty brought her lips to meet that of the French Quidditch player’s in a crushing kiss. The words that passed between them were uttered in a low, feral growl and tainted the very air within their mouths as they shared the same heated breath.

“I will not have some man‘s filthy seed planted in my womb. I mean I want to have children. Our children, not some rejected offspring of god only knows who! I want you to fill me--- I want us to bring a little piece of both of us to life within me---” pulling back the older of the two stared aggressively towards the light-haired athlete. The expression, the way the light in the room played with her eyes, the flicker of from the flames of the hearth elongating the shadows across her alabaster flesh. All of it sent a chill down the Gryffindor’s back. She had nearly forgotten that her wife was indeed a Slytherin. “I have been working on a new potion in secret; I think I nearly have it perfected.”

A potion.

Those words at the time caused a shiver of dread to run the length of Jessie’s spine, however the blonde simply nodded towards the older woman that rested underneath her, she would gladly give her the world and she would do it on Betty’s terms. “Then we will make a baby--- a perfect mix of both of us.” Jessie muttered in a sheepish way.

The crackling of the fireplace at the other end of the room warmed the bedchamber and lulled the two back into passionate embraces and intimate touches. This moment was forever etched into the Potioneer’s mind; it acted as both inspiration and as an achievement marker for her and in the next year it was the only project that the petite figured Slytherin worked on. Toiling day in and day out Betty mixed, measured, researched, and went manic trying to find the right combination--- the perfect mix--- so that she and her beloved could bear a child from both of their beings. At the very edge of her sanity, at the lowest valley of her conviction the woman discovered what she has sought to find. A tiny ingredient, a plant so obscure she hadn’t even pondered it provided the solution to her heart’s desire. And in that very same night Terlyn Harwell was conceived within the very first attempt. The potion was in itself an odd concoction with absolutely no other practical purpose than to make a woman’s physiological chemistry convert to that of a fertile male. A temporary metamorphous with a permanent product.

Months rolled and gathered in numbers, each passing one brought both women closer and closer to the birth of their daughter. On August 4th, a new chapter was written as Terlyn Athena Harwell was brought into the world. She was a healthy baby weighing in at eight pounds, six ounces, with a slightly pointed head full of tawny blonde curls. Truly she was the most gorgeous creation that either woman had ever seen. In what seemed like no time Terlyn grew from a baby into a toddler, at the age of a year and a half both of her mothers' could boast that she was already an overachiever and having her terrible twos early. Their princess could simply do no wrong in their eyes.

During her early childhood Terlyn was spoiled rotten by the Harwell side of the family, until the age of seven the girl actually lived in the French countryside with her mothers, near the family manor. Every weekend for as long as she could remember she would spend time with her Grand Papa and Grand Mama, they would go on picnics, fishing, and visit the beaches, each trip would always end with the towheaded tyke getting whatever she wanted including pistachio ice cream rolled up in a fresh crepe for dessert or for a snack, whatever the little princess wanted.

Growing up, pampered and privileged Terlyn did things that normal children her age seldom even thought of, such as horseback riding, skiing, and yachting. However both of her mothers' made sure to keep her in check, even though they were moderately well off they didn’t want their daughter to end up being a selfish brat that would whine for hours if she didn’t get her way. Often the two would debate moving back to Britain for fear of their child becoming too pampered by her surrounding relatives. In the later summer just shortly after her eighth birthday the two did just that. It was more of a matter of upbringing as well as the issue of what school they wished Terlyn to join when she came of age. Jessie simply refused to have her child attend Beauxbations Academy of Magic, nothing but uptight snobs came from that place, she wanted her daughter to go to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry just like both her and her wife had. Betty concurred with her spouse and the trio moved into a sizeable house in Devonshire England, which in fact is still their current residence to this day.

“I don’t want her to meet my mother, you know how I feel about that---” bitterly muttered the brunette one particular night as Halloween neared and every evening a long-eared owl that looked extremely old flew by the house and dropped rolled up parchment down the chimney. Gripping one of the letters in her hands Jessie let out a deep sigh, she understood why her lover didn’t wish for her mother to meet their child but how horrible could it be to indulge one old woman in a simple request.

“It isn’t fair of us to not let her meet her grandmother Betty, you know that. If Terlyn has a child of her own, you wouldn’t want her to keep you from that child would you?” Offhandedly countered the blonde in a rather firm voice, wrapping her arms around her wife’s neck the petite framed Potioneer allowed herself to bury her face against the warmth of the other woman’s neck before replying in a somber, forlorn tenor.

“When our daughter refers to her was Grandma Hag, you are the one that is going to handle it,” Betty softly whispered between leaving tiny kisses upon the blonde Keeper’s shoulder and throat. “You know I hate it when you use logic on me, my darling. But you are right, we will, ugh go to my mother’s for the Webb Halloween Feast.”

“I didn’t know it came with a title, how serious does your family get with the holiday?” Jessie asked in a slightly shocked tone, the last time she had actually met any of her wife’s family was during their wedding and even then most of them left shortly after the ceremony was concluded. Trailing her fingertips through the flaxen locks of her lover’s hair Betty gave a coy expression then just chuckled.

“Oh baby, if you only knew. Too late to back out of it now. You officially accepted the invitation from a Webb,” snapping her slender fingers the parchment in Jessie’s hand disappeared in a plume of greenish smoke that smelt faintly of candied apples.

“Oh god, what did I get myself into.” Playfully retorted the tall Gryffindor, letting out a giggle of her own; Jessie tugged at the dainty brunette into her lap where she began to claim her lips in a passionate kiss.

“Eww! Mommies kissing! You two are naughty!” Loudly exclaimed a high pitched girlish voice from the corner of the room. Shaking their heads; the two women glanced towards Terlyn then back to each other, for a moment their faces remained neutral and rather stoic however when the little blonde haired girl crossed her fingers and rubbed them in a motion that meant ‘shame, shame’ the two burst out into fits of laughter. Only their daughter could make two fully grown women whom where comfortable with their sexuality feel embarrassed about getting caught kissing. It was adorable.

That Halloween came as a surprise to all three members of the Harwell family, the feast was amazing. Terlyn met Grandmother Webb, a haggard old woman with gnarled crooked fingers and a skinny withered body, by muggle standards she indeed looked the appearance of a hag or sadly to say a ‘witch’. It was almost humorous in a slightly ironic way, seeing has how the elderly woman was indeed a magical being, a real witch yet looked so comically stereotypical. The evening went so well that it was agreed for the three to visit each Halloween thereafter. A new family tradition that Terlyn both adored and dreaded at the same time. She ever so much hated the small cottage that her grandmother lived in as well as the creepy long-eared owl that just seemed to stalk her wherever she went, his name was Queequeg and he had the oddest shading to his brittle looking feathers, simply he was just a ghoulish bird that was well past his shelf life. Yet the blonde haired little girl also adored her grandmother whom told the most interesting stories about her mother when she was her age or about how the Webb side of the family were a long line of Dragon Keepers; The stories were so amazing that she was sure she could listen to them over and over again everyday if she had the choice. Though her mother made sure to tell her time and time again that the stories where complete and utter fiction. The girl didn’t mind, stories were stories, regardless if they were real or not. The other thing that Terlyn enjoyed about visiting Grandmother Webb was the way she cooked; she was used to her mothers’ style which was French, very subtle and light. Her grandmother’s however was German; in origin so the food was heavy and very flavorful. It was very much so a treat in and of itself and one that Terlyn found herself looking forward to each year.

In between visiting family or summer vacation trips with her mothers the girl lived fairly averagely, she attended a private primary school which she learned the fundamentals stepping stones of her education. Now that she is eleven years old Terlyn is about to embark on a new chapter in her own story, pages filled with her own adventures. Intrigue, magic, self-discovery, and maybe even a touch of romance waits her in the halls of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, the letter of acceptance in her hands is her passport to grandeur.

The Sorting:

The voice that played at the blonde’s ear was gruff and aged, upon her head sat the famed Sorting Hat. “Hmm, not at all like your mother, oh…wait that is curious---“, it drawled in a bass that was all too unsettling for the thin girl perched on the stool. “Two mothers I see. You lack a certain ingredient to be placed in Gryffindor; a dash of bravery would have suited you well. But no---." it continued on in its scratchy grating voice causing Terlyn to blanch ever so slightly and chew on the cuff of her sleeve. “You have a sharp mind, dangerously edged might I add but Ravenclaw isn’t for someone as striving as you. Today you’ll make one of your mothers proud--- SLYTHERIN!” Breathing a deep sigh of relief the girl with scattered sandy locks shot up onto her trembling legs and removed the hat wearing a scowl. She wasn’t certain if the blasted thing had insulted her or praised her either way she simply hoped the thing didn’t give her lice, she was keeping her fingers crossed in hopes there was a charm for something like that.

Boggart: Terlyn’s Boggart would come in the form of her own dead body because there is nothing that she fears more than her own mortality and the end that will come to it one day. Her eyes would be vacant and open, glassed over with a milky glaze, her skin drawn and taunt, her body twisted at unnatural angles, bones clearly snapped and bulging under bruised flesh. Truly a gristly scene. Raising her wand and shouting "Riddikulus", the scene before her would alter ever so slightly, silvery strings would tug at her limp extremities and pulling her upright and dangling her just a few inches from the ground, making her dance like some macabre marionette, at this Terlyn wouldn’t be able to suppress a laugh, she after all is no one’s puppet.

Mirror of Erised: Staring back through the looking glass would be a much older Terlyn; lean figured and mature, beautiful and poised, in the background a tall figure so obscured in shadows would be beckoning her towards a large manor that clearly says “Furneux” a name that she has always wanted to replace with her own surname. The house implies lavish amounts of wealth and the person in the background hints at the desire for love, as Terlyn continues to gaze into the depths of the mirror she would see her older-self place a quick kiss upon the mysterious figure before summoning a broom to her hand and flying off to a Quidditch pitch.

Patronus: A Duck

Greatest Treasure: Currently her greatest treasure is her pink plushy that she sleeps with every night and sometimes carries around in her satchel during classes.

Manner of Dress: Boyish and messy, Terlyn doesn’t care about how she appears outwardly. She dresses to be comfortable and practical, she can’t help it if she gets tussled up during some classes and doesn’t always look her best.

Favorite Class: To be truthful most of the classes that are required for a first year are interesting and keep Terlyn fully engaged. Flying, as fun as it maybe she has been doing it for a full summer already and knows all of the ends and out (or so she thinks), potions and charms is extremely high on her list of favorite classes because they are difficult and keep her focus centered but allow her creative side to wander wildly with ‘what if’s.

Worst Class:
Astronomy, Terlyn can’t expression how much she loathes astronomy. The class is boring and nothing new can be learned from studying it. Truly it is just a waste of time, they are stars; they haven’t changed in a billion years and won’t change for probably another billion years, big deal.

GENERAL
Name: Felicia Jean (pronounced "john") Labelle
Gender: Female
Birthday: April 5th
House: Slytherin
Blood Status: Pure Blood
Wand: Oak, phoenix tail feather, firm, 12 inches
Wand Hand: Right

PERSONALITY
General: Stubborn, intelligent
Habits: Chews on nails when nervous, daydreams in history of magic
Hobbies: She likes to sing, knit and practice charms on unsuspecting first years (this, of course, will be in later years).
Likes: Snakes, charms and defense against the dark arts class
Dislikes: Spiders, large crowds

FAMILY
Mother: Jean Labelle
Father: Victor Labelle
Siblings: Twin brother, Mitch Labelle
Extended Family: Unknown at this time (am I allowed to mess with this later?)
Relationship with Family: Close to her mom. They have a pretty good relationship. Her father and her are not very close. They don't share the same beliefs and she's always undermining him. Her brother and her are close though they don't share some of the same beliefs. They do fight but not overly so.

HISTORY
General History: Felicia is the youngest of two children born to Jean and Victor Labelle. She's of pure blood status and though she was sorted into Slythern she doesn't necessarily believe everything other Slytherins, including her father, believe. She doesn't resent half-bloods or muggles and doesn't mind befriending them. Though she can be a tad bit arrogant (something she gets from her father). She, of course, grew up knowing about the wizard world and was fascinated by the tales of JK. She had to, of course, sneak a copy of the book (thanks to her brother!) into the house as her father would have gone ballistic over it.

MISCELLANEOUS
The Sorting: Felicia knew about the sorting hat and it's rituals. However, this didn't help to ease her nervousness. They had arrived at Hogwarts, not long ago, and were shuffled to a room to await the time when they were to make their appearance in the Great Hall. Felicia stood around, nervously biting her nails as she looked around at all the other first years. At least she didn't seem to be the only one that was nervous. After what seemed a lifetime, they were finally brought into the Great Hall and lead to the front. More waiting and finally, Felicia's name was called. She gulped and made her way, carefully, up to the stool. No sooner than the sorting hat was sat on her head than the house name was called out "Slytherin!" She let out a breath she hadn't known she was holding. All of her family had been in Slytherin, it was only natural that she too, would be sorted there. She looked over to her table, and her big brother, and smiled as she made her way over to a seat next to Mitch.

Boggart: A Boggart, for Felicia would probably take the form of her family being attacked or laying dead at her feet. She would be devastated at the loss of her family.

Mirror of Erised: As a young witch, Felicia would probably see herself the top of her Charms class, able to cast any charm she pleased with or without a wand. As an older witch, her desires would be more carnal. A shadowed figure would be standing next to her, a arm lovingly draped over her shoulder, a decent sized house in the background.

Patronus: A ferret.

Greatest Treasure: A locket given to her by her grandmother on her mom's side. She's never been able to open it to see what lays inside though.

Manner of Dress: When not in her school uniform, Felicia dresses in a very laid back manner. Jeans and simple shirts with a few bits and pieces of jewelry.
