"Well you could always compliment me back by way of thanks," Tony said, looking over at Kryl to wink. "We are very good at hiding it, but men like flattery as much as women." His grin was rougish and slightly conspiratorial. "We can even make a game of it, see who can out-complement the other. Without lying, of course."
Tony looked sideways at Kryl again, and his smile faded a bit into a half-smile that was almost a smirk, but not quite. "I fear I have you beat though. I am an excellent complementer and I think I've got more to go on that you."

Krylaris blushed, "Thank you." She chuckled as he mentioned that men liked flattery. She had never heard such a silly thing before. But perhaps it was silly enough to be true. Most men pretended to be so confident and sure of themselves that you wouldn't think that they needed any encouragement from a female.
"A game?" She looked at him quizzically, then smirked, "That would be a most intriguing game..." Regarding him from under her lashes she thought of the best compliment to issue to him.
"Your roguish smile quite becomes you....A very dashing rake...." Kryl chuckled at him, sending him the best flirtatious look she could conjure.

Tony laughed and gave Kryl one of his best smiles, waggling his eyebrows comically like a villian in an old movie about to snatch up the female character. "Why thank you, my dear. Let me see..."
His eyes roved up and down Kryl's body, and he quirked up a brow and smiled again. "Your smile is also quite charming. It's all sweet and laughter with hints of mystery and mischief tucked into the corners," he said, going with the theme of complementing smiles.

Kryl looked at him, "Mystery perhaps...but mischief would be my sister Kris not me." She chuckled, "I am the oldest sibling, and therefore am always the most well behaved. Well.....at least I always tried to be the best behaved." Her smile tugged at the corners of her mouth as she looked at the male walking beside her.
Tony was so funny, so sweet. There wasn't a thing about him that she didn't like. And that was a new feeling for her, though she had grown up in a place where everyone around her was considered family. Being around a male that was strictly that, male, it made her feel...feminine.

"Oh come on, everyone gets into at least a little trouble in their lives. I'm sure you've got at least one or two stories?" Tony arranged his face into a solemn expression. "You can tell me, I promise I'll take your secret mischief to the grave. Scouts honor."
Briefly he wondered if he should explain the scout thing and how it was connected with human children, but decided not to unless she asked. If Kryl hadn't been to a city before, she probably didn't know much about humans. Pretty girl like her though, maybe it was better. Humans had their moments, but it was very difficult to live alongside them.

The phim tried to think of such an incident but nothing was coming to mind. "I am sorry...I can not think of a single occurrence where I misbehaved." She shrugged her shoulders, "Does that make me overly odd?" Kryl cringed as she looked at the male. The last thing she wanted to do was come off as strange.
Honestly, she didn't know what a scout was, or why his honor would be so profound but regardless it made little difference to her. She couldn't recall ever doing anything that was not expected of her. Even this journey had been her father's idea.

Tony cocked his head to the side. "Yea, it kinda does sound strange. I mean everyone has some kind of story about misbehavior. Running off as a kit to avoid bed or bathtime, pulling pranks, all the general stuff."
He look mystified. "You mean you've really never done anything even vaguely mischievous, like telling a lie or forgetting to return a borrowed item?"

"Well....i did explore the forest surrounding my home once in awhile. I would not refer to that as causing mischief...but.." Kyrl shrugged as she made a slight face, "It could be construed that way I suppose. Sometimes I did not ask for permission, but that was only because my father would have said yes anyway. So why waste time trying to ask?" She smiled.
"Oh I would never lie....My mother was very adamant about that growing up. And I always return things if I have borrowed them It is only the polite thing to do." Blushing slightly she looked away from Tony. He life sounded rather dull speaking about it out loud. No doubt he was going to lose interest in her rapidly.

Tony laughed and pretended to pull away from Kryl. "Oh no, a real and true lady! I'd best stay away or else my ruffian ways will rub off on you!" Grinning with good humor, Tony moved back to his previous spot near Kryl.
"Well not that I advocate being bad or lying, but there's a certain amount of fun that can be had in mischief. It's all about having fun."

Kryl looked at him slightly panicked. She hadn't meant to scare him away, however she quickly recovered when she discovered that he had just been kidding. Chuckling, she shook her head as she looked at the male. "You had me believing that I had done something wrong by not doing anything wrong. If that makes sense at all." She blushed as she looked at Tony.
"Well....perhaps you could...allow me to do something mischievous with you?" The phim looked at him hopeful.

Tony's ears twitched. "Mischief huh? I bet I could think up something."
He suddenly stopped and held up a paw. "Wait! Are there any major limits on the mischief you want to attempt," he asked, blue eyes and body posture so completely serious he might have been asking about a life or death matter. He was probably kidding, but sometimes it was hard to tell with Tony...

Kryl gasped softly as his yell, then giggled at the serious look on his face. "I suppose something that wouldn't harm either of us would be my only condition. Why? What are you thinking about doing in that mischievous little mind of your's Tony?" The phim regarded him from underneath her lashes. He really was a handsome fellow that she couldn't help her eyes drifting along him, taking in every feature.

"Well we gotta start out with something basic, since you're only a beginner in the mischief game. Hmmmmm." Tony's eyes drifted over Kryl thoughtfully. Okay, so some of his gazing was for pleasure purposes too, but he could multi-task darn it!
"Alright, now with all things mischief the main idea is not to get caught. Therefore being sneaky is key. I want you-," he gestured at Kryl, "-to find a way to startle me-," then gestured to himself, "-without me realizing what you're up to until I've been startled. I'd help you up with ideas, but for this to be effective I can't have any idea what's coming."
He grinned broadly, flinging his paw out as though to indicate the world. "Sky's the limit. You can use whatever method you think of, and when I'm sure you've got the basic theory down we'll move to something more complicated."

Kryl looked at him surprised. How in the world was she going to end up startling him. She didn't know the first thing about scaring someone, not even her brother and sister when they were children. She was the responsible one.
"Hm..." She looked at him, then cocked her head to the side. "How am I supposed to do that?" The phim moved closer to him, ever so slightly brushing her body against his as she circled him. "I could...No..." She shook her head, "Or there's...nay..." She once again shook her head as she lightly ran her tail down his back.

Tony laughed. "While I do appreciate the attentions, you'll have to do better than that babe." He turned his head and winked, the bright blue of his eye even more startling against the flash of brown. "I am a pro at flirting and perhaps a touch full of myself if I may be so bold to say, so I naturally figure girls will find me hot."
He puffed his chest a bit in pride, and would have looked silly if he wasn't also so very confident.
