The Sandman stood up and had his back turned. He saw a pipe next to the table on the floor. He had a little smirk. The Sandman grab the pipe and struck BJ when she least expected over the head.

BJ stumbled backwards slightly dazed. She just glared at Sandman staying out of his reach

The Sandman walk closer to BJ, grabs her, and throws her to the wall.

BJ hit the wall then threw down the kendo stick and using the wall as a prop speared point blank into her assailent

The Sandman kick BJ to make sure she is down. He then sreach for something to make sure to knock her out.

BJ rolls away slightly and picks up the iron pipe that Sandman had dropped and slams it across the back of his head with a sickening thud as he is distracted looking for something

The Sandman found the chair and place it flat next to him and BJ, but BJ hits him with a pipe and he moved forward a bit feel the affects of the pipe.

BJ jumped on his back and positioned herself to attempt the Dragon Tamer, pulling backwards on both his arms and both her knees buried into his back restricting his ability to us the chair as she had his arms locked in

The Sandman was traped in the Dragon Tamer. The Sandman he tried to use his strength to brake the hold.
