ON THE CIVILIAN SIDE ---

The "Socially Paranoid" flaw is an improvement and looks good, but the ""Confident"" virtue reads too much like a flaw - emphasizing the ways she isn't confident and the negative ways her confidence is perceived rather than her actually being confident. A virtue shouldn't be something that is just an act, it should be something that is truly applicable to your character.

ON THE POWERED SIDE ---

With the Knight-level ability information now complete, the "Change of Gales" ability could use some light tweaking. The gale is described as being 65mph - which is much stronger than just knocking out loose debris, that's approaching the level of uprooting trees. Furthermore, a total one minute is a long time to channel that much power for. I recommend either lowering the strength of the gale or the duration time, if not both.

Almost there! There appears to be an incomplete sentence leading into another in the "Confident" virtue now that is slightly confusing. Also a brief mention that her confidence is related to her work/ability not social confidence could just clear up any signs of contradiction.

I think the point I am trying to show, is that outwardly she's optimistic. She smiles, she always is cheering people on and being happy for them. She doesn't like seeing people depressed so she tries to cheer them up however she can. She never once expects the same in return, and is seemingly okay with it. Alex also believes that if she appears happy and cheerful then no one will have anything bad to say about her, and it will fix her problems.

Inwardly she's very paranoid and has been for years. She was bullied for years because she would always cry and get loud when people picked on her, and was always bounced between 'friends' and caught in the middle of lies. She's been outright treated like she doesn't exist, and often was ignored. She's forced herself to be optimistic for a few reasons: to try to keep her paranoia from flaring (as above mentioned), to keep people from bullying her, and to keep people from worrying about her. She feels unworthy of their time (I mean, when was she ever worth more than a laugh, some harmful words, and to be used as a go between?) and doesn't want to be a bother to them. So she keeps being cheerful and only when she's alone or with something she really trusts, like a really close friend, will she let the defenses fall. To her, as well, showing any sort of sadness or pain to what people have done to her is weakness and giving into their bullying. So she makes herself not give into it unless no one can see.

In PRPs I can see it not coming out as much, but you put her in a group setting and she's gunna naturally be paranoid until stuff starts going down. I know its not something that's explicitly seen, but I didn't want it to be over the top. She's supposed to have something she's battling internally while trying to keep focused on the battle or the meeting.

I can see how the Optimism reads that way, though. Curse my contradictory statements! I also tend to be too "she's this way, but not really" when I do my traits. Gotten too many crits where its like "well what happens in this situation, or this one, or this one" so I try to hit everything I can think of, and it makes it silly.

I shall think on it and fix the Optimism one. Thanks for the heads up on the confusion Iris!

xD That's cause I haven't editted it in yet. I've been meaning to and keep forgetting. MY BAD. I'll get on that.

She'll try to ignore it and not let it show as long as possible, but eventually she'll just blow up at them if they're bullying her. She does have a limit on how much she'll take before she can't take anymore. As for being ignored, she'll probably just be all "Ah... well, fine, I guess... bunch of twats... -grumblegrumble-" and sort of withdraw into herself for a little while. Being ignored doesn't affect her as much as out right bullying does, so she doesn't tend to react as much outwardly. She'll just be miss grumpy pants. razz
