I know that i am not the best rp out there and probably shouldn't be complaining but wtf was that in the White Castle? Some Husk are effin Captain level jfc. If they were that simple to dispose of, I doubt the head commander would have any issues

Okay, so...I'm not the only one that noticed that bull that whatshisface was pulling. I mean...seriously. If we're fighting/struggling with these husks AS CAPTAINS, why would he possibly assume that he can just walk in and kill a bunch of them? Like...wtf?

To give my honest opinion, some Rpers especially new ones or ones not trained properly may think that it is alright. Honestly though instead of making this public I would send a PM to the person in question privately. I don't believe this discussion needed to be made public.

Rank of the CHARACTER has nothing to do with breaking rules. Mods will deal with it appropriately. But I always believe talking to the person yourself via PM is a good idea. But if your talking like owener of the guild then that's a good question. I would be asking myself "why am I here" LOL

If a captain rank or something like that happens, goto pm negotiations. Should those break down, forward said pms' to a Vice capt or Captain of the guild. From there, well..things get resolved in one way or another. Feel free to bother me as well, just give me awhile to get around to ya.

If there was a problem with my pm instead of barking at my post, I am a very understanding person that take pride in whatever I post. Thr basic thing to do honestly was to pm me or at least some sort of communication to let me know of the problem.
I believe my ranking has no such affect on how I perform in battle. There shouldnt be a limit on how well someone rps because of a rank... How do u explain leutenants being stronger than their superiors. Also for so many ppl to rant on a two paragraph post is very inappropriate.
So bascially what I'm saying is this is a community for us to rp. The negative comments, and to top it off not even pm that person of the problem is not called for. In my opinion.

To give my two cents Sage, you pretty much just said what I said earlier. However, regarding ranking in Bleach Guilds, if you are a LT by default your character is not going to be stronger then a Captain. This is where you must use common sense. If you see that Captains are having an issue with the enemy then there is no way by default based on your characters rank that you are going to handle them no problem. There is not a limit on your Rp. No one is judging you on how good of an Rper you are, you just got to use common sense in relations to your characters rank and overall ability. Other then that I believe you should have received a PM instead of this being a public thing.

I do apologize for making this a big deal, seeing as I started it, I admit it wasn't the best way to deal with the situation, but you have to understand that your character is going to be a lieutenant for a reason. If he was stronger then a Captain, then he would be a Captain. To go off of what Rukia was saying, you have to use common sense. If Captains are struggling, there's no way your character, a lieutenant, is going to be able to kill one, especially that easily. There's a rank system for a reason, even in the anime, if it doesn't dictate power or ability level then there would be no point in even having one.
