Okay! I think right now your attacks are underpowered, with the recharge times - you could totally scrap those and the attacks would still be acceptable! (You could also absolutely give him three uses on his first attack.)
Also, visually, are these sewing-style needles or surgery-style or like...cactus needles or what?

Scrapped the recharge times and made the first attack have three uses.
Also I was thinking like..throwing needles?

I actually feel that summoning throwing needles - a potentially deadly weapon, paritcularly if they're in any way corporeal (so they'd have to be made out of energy, regardless, and not "solid" ) - is kinda unacceptable for a Senshi attack. :C Weapons are really a Negaverse thing, so unless they're visual only (Ida's bow, Penthesilea's swords, et cetera) Sesnshi aren't allowed to use them. Something like sewing needles or something might be better? 8|a This is sort of a weird area for Senshi, sorry ;;

Yeah I meant they were made of energy! But I can make them sewing needles instead, it's not a big deal.

Thank you so much for your patience, I'm sorry this took me so long!
This profile looks great to me, but I have a few small questions before I can drop a stamp! For his eternal attack, how far can it travel? Is it just as far as he can throw it? Does it disappear if it hits something other than the target/does it have the ability to penetrate non-organic material (could it chip a wall if he missed the target and hit the wall instead, or would it just disappear?) If you can let me know, I will be back to drop a stamp, so if you make any changes or have any questions or comments, feel free to quote me and I will get back to you asap!

Added the range (throwing distance) and that it dissipated upon hitting non-organic material, though it's strong enough to go through thin material such as cloth/foil/ect. c:
