"So you go around preaching redemption to deluded souls?" Adhafera smirked, but the look in her eyes was a little less cold. "A noble calling, I'm sure... 'broken', is it?" Her gaze flicked again to the unsettling darkness that seemed to gape in his forehead. "So who pushed you?"

"I used to. I used to think there were some who would at least listen. Time proved me wrong, or so it seemed. But it seems you're proving me wrong again, aren't you ?"
She was listening, at the very least.
Who pushed him. Quite a question there. "I don't have names for you, which is a shame. I would love to tell you who to avoid. But, ultimately, it was my sister that saved me."

"Names mean little to me. I don't know any of theirs, after all. Just the name of a little talking kitten... and whatever they broadcast into my head. Without asking." She lifted her chin. "I've been doing this since last December. You're the first one who's managed to get close enough to talk in all that time. The only one who tried, maybe, though I'm pretty slippery. Maybe they just weren't quick enough," she added, with a sharp grin. She was proud of the physical prowess she'd earned over those months.
And, well, she was pretty sure they were quick enough, but it would be interesting to see how Alunite responded to that. "You're an interesting guy, Alunite. I suppose if I'd been all starlight moonsparkles, you'd have shoved me after the youma?"

"Broadcast into your head... ?" He'd never heard of anything like that. It seemed rather worrisome... and worth digging for. "Can you tell me more about that ? I've never had that happen to me at all."
"It isn't the first time I've seen you." He said. "But you always left when you felt me. Not anything too unusual in itself, but it's when you did the same to a 'friendly' aura that I've started to grow curious." Air-quotes and all.
"Well, there's nothing that gets under my skin more than a close-minded fanatic. Don't you agree ?" That was the answer in itself, really.

Adhafera shrugged. "Not much else to tell. s**t gets said, I ignore it, that's pretty much everything. I'm not privy to anyone's secrets, and I don't want to be. They can keep their courts and princesses to themselves as far as I'm concerned."
At the mention of fanatics, she grinned, a real smile this time. "Hah. Truer words were never spoken." It was good to be agreed with, for once.

Too bad... Maybe he would get more out of her if they ever met again, but knowing where she usually patrolled, roughly... Surely he could engineer another meeting later on. Surely.
Oddly enough, he found himself actually hoping so. Borderline traitorous, perhaps, if he hadn't been so certain he might be able to sway her to his side with time. That was the only reason to look forward to next time.
Really.
He would bring this up with Zinkenite after the zodiac surrounding was dealt with. There were bigger fish to fry for the time being, but after...
Well.
Suddenly, his head darted to the left - another aura had entered. Strong and bright. Eternal senshi. "Whelp." He muttered. "Looks like it might be time to split ? Im certainly not in the mood to deal with idiots tonight..."

Adhafera felt it too; her head snapped around, expression souring into something grim and irritated. "Nor am I," she muttered, then turned back to Alunite with a smirk. "I'll remember how you feel. If you keep being interesting, maybe I won't run from you next time, Alunite."

"Perhaps I'll come see you again." He said, amused, and then made no effort to hide his teleporting - one second he was here, and the next he was gone, blinking out of existence as if he'd never been there, to destinations unknown.

Adhafera jumped as he was suddenly gone, between one blink and the next; she gave the space where he'd been a suspicious look before turning and hopping off the roof, landing on the next balcony down. Once she hit the street, she'd power down and that would be that...
For now, at least.
